"Thank God for Katrina", and such things

(Not sure this one goes here, but what the hedge.)

The WBC usually heralds most catastrophes such as 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, the tsunami, etc., because in their opinion only the reprobate die in catastrophes, and hence there's cause for celebration. What do you think, is it only the reprobate who die in catastrophes? And regardless of your answer, do you think we should do like the WBC and publicly thank God for these events?

WBC are right about one thing though: GOD HATES SWEDEN!!! http://www.godhatessweden.com
For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me. (Ps. 40:12)

If I am not mistaken, the queen of Sweden is a Brazilian chic isn't she (the one in the picture in the link above spilling her boobs)? Brazilian like me? Yes I am Brazilian, but she ain't like me and I ain't like her... She is a Brazilian babe indeed...

When a large number of people are destroyed in one place at one time, it is to be interpreted as God's wrath upon the reprobate! That is BIBLICAL! What is the scriptural basis for asserting that the majority of those who die in any widespread earthly disaster are true Christians? There is none. The wrath of God IS REVEALED against the wickedness of mankind!

In no way am I asserting that EVERY PERSON who dies in a large scale disaster is reprobate. God takes some of his own home to glory in many such events!
I got four things to live by: don't say nothin' that will hurt anybody; don't give advice--no one will take it anyway; don't complain; don't explain. Walter Scott

Excellent Mr Higby, and surely you would agree with me that it's cause for celebration when the elect are taken from this wretched world to live in the mansions Christ built for them?

Thank God for Katrina! Thank God for tsunami!
