Troubled soul, listen to the Holy Spirit and not to your doubts! “His Spirit beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.” All of our trouble since the Garden of Eden has come from listening to the wrong voice. It is time that every believer tuned out the voices of Satan, doubt, fear, and every enemy of the grace of Christ and began to listen to him Who speaks peace to the troubled heart. “My peace I give unto you; let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Cease from your works, from your efforts to establish a righteousness, from your desire to find some good in this flesh. Enter into his rest!
