He who treasures the word of Christ, who bears in mind his precepts, who observes his message in its entirety—has in him the love of God, and love for God has been established and is reaching maturity. This is the way that we know that we are in Christ—we love him, his word, his will, his presence. One cannot separate Christ and his teaching and commandments!
