How do we know that we are saved?

The certainty of our salvation is anchored in the trustworthiness of God's Word rather than our subjective feelings. Romans 8:38-39 assures us that nothing can separate us from the love of God, which reinforces our confidence in our salvation. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit is given to us as a witness, affirming our adoption as children of God (Romans 8:16).
