Paul makes known to Sinners (Jew and Gentile) that we are brought near to God, and forgiven of our sins by the blood of Jesus Christ. It is NOT the Law of Moses that brings us near to God, but the blood of Christ. And this is made known unto us by the preaching of the riches of Christ.
