Saul was religious but lost.
Many, like Saul, are zealous, sincere, enthusiastic about their god and their religion, but like Saul, they are LOST.
Here is Saul's testimony that he told everywhere he went; how the Lord revealed Himself to Saul and sent a preacher to tell him the truth. This is how God saves every sinner and what (Who) every saved sinner sees, knows and hears. This is every true believer's experience.
