Let's read these first eight
verses together. And I saw a new heaven and a
new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth were passed
away, and there was no more sea. And I, John, saw the holy city,
new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as
a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out
of heaven saying, behold, the tabernacle of God is with men,
and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people,
and God himself shall be with them and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears
from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow,
nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former
things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne
said, behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, write,
for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me,
it is done. I am alpha and omega, the beginning
and the end. I will give unto him that is
a thirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. But he
that overcometh shall inherit all things, and I will be his
God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving,
and the abominable, and murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters,
and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth
with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." The new heaven and the new earth.
The new heaven and the new earth. Final judgment's over. Final
judgment's over. We saw that Satan, death, and
hell were all cast into the lake that burns with fire and brimstone.
The only people, that was the second death. The only people
that's in this new heaven and new earth is those whose names
were written in the book of life. In the book of life. And I tell
you the last enemy, our Lord said the last enemy to be destroyed
is death. He said he must reign, he must
reign. And the last enemy that he will
put under his feet will be death. But our Lord Jesus has triumphed
over everything. God's triumph always has, never
been in doubt about that, never been in doubt. In fact, the Lord
Jesus said, or the scriptures tells us that 2 Corinthians 2
says that Christ will always triumph in Christ, always triumph,
no matter what's going on. But God in Christ has triumphed
over all of his enemies. Remember we have these seven
parallel sections. Here's our last section. Judgment,
Christ come, persecution, judgment, Now this is the final judgment
when death and hell and all the false prophets and them were
cast into hell. And we come now to this last
beautiful glorious theme, the fully concrete victory of God
Almighty. And you know there's a great
comparison between the book of Genesis and the book of Revelation.
Great big glorious comparison. You know, but the scriptures
is, I always call it like a seed bed or a flower. The seed starts
out in the book of Genesis. The seed of everything starts
out there. Then you go out through the scriptures, and then as you
go through the scriptures, you watch that flower begin to grow.
And you watch it start to bloom out. And then when you get here
to where we're at right now, we see the flower in full bloom.
For I see a new heaven and a new earth. Look back up there in
verse 11 of chapter 20. This is what I said last week.
And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from
whose faith the earth and the heaven fled away, for there was
not found no place for Him. That was it, that's done. The
next thing you read is there's a new heaven and a new earth. But all right, let me give you
some few comparisons. In Genesis 1, it tells us God
created heaven and earth. Here in Revelation, it describes
Him creating a new heaven and a new earth. And I'll tell you
what, that old earth and that old heaven, it's all passed away.
It's a new heaven, new earth. And this is what we, this is
our future. It's our future. You know, and
in Genesis, it also calls about God calling light into existence. Let there be light, and there
was light. But look over here, in Genesis
21, in verse 23, look what it says. He called light into existence. He gave us the sun, the moon,
and the stars in the creation of light. Sun by day, moon by
night, stars. But look what it says here in
verse 23. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the
moon, to shine in it, for the glory of God did lighten it,
and He's the light thereof. He said, let there be light,
now and in this new heaven and new earth. We don't need the
sun, we don't need the moon, we don't need the stars. God's
the glory of that place, Christ is the light of that place, and
we won't have any of those things in this new heaven and new earth.
And then the third thing about Genesis is, God describes a paradise
lost. They dwelt in paradise. That's
where Adam and Eve dwelt. And they lost that paradise.
They were driven out from that paradise. Called it Eden, said,
oh listen, you dwell here, it was paradise, paradise. But here
in Revelations, we have paradise restored. Let me show you first
here in Genesis 2, Revelations 2, 7, excuse me. Look in Revelations
2, in verse 7. Look over here at this. Revelations 2, in verse 7. Talk about paradise. He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. To him that overcometh
will I give to eat of the tree of life, now listen to this,
which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Huh, the paradise
of God. Now back over here in our text,
look over here in Revelation 22 too. Oh my, you know it's a, this is
a wonderful thing. We lost, paradise was lost. They dwelt in paradise. Adam
and Eve did. Driven out, God said, I tell
you what, you come into this paradise restored. And you know
there, the paradise was destroyed and we lost it. But here in Revelation
22 and verse 2, it says this, and in the midst of the street,
And on either side of the river, where was the tree of life, which
bear twelve manner of fruit, which yielded her fruit every
month and the leaves for the healing of the nations. So all
they had a tree of life there and here it's all restored. And
there's another one. Genesis describes to us the cunning
subtlety of Satan, how he come And he appeared as a serpent.
And here in Genesis, he appears as a serpent. He called that
old serpent, the dragon, the devil. And that's what he's called,
Apollon. And in Genesis, he comes as a
subtle, cunning, very cunning, very subtle. And he's a very,
very cruel. And he robbed our first parents,
lied to Eve, and then caused Adam to deliberately do what
he did. And so he was cunning and subtle,
and he destroyed our first parents. But Revelations tells us the
devil was bound and cast into the lake of fire. He'll never
ever do anything again. And then in Genesis also describes
man hiding from God. You remember when they fell,
and their eyes were opened, and they went over there and got
in amongst the trees, and they hunkered down, got down, you
know, got low, and you know, God had been walking with them
in the cool of the day, and the Lord Jesus has, and they got
down, you know, and hid, and God said, Adam, where are you? Well, I'm over here. Anyway, they hid, you know the
story behind it. You know the story behind it.
And I tell you, they hid from God's presence. But here, look
what it says in verse three here of Revelation 21. Oh my, now we have intimate communion
between God and his blessed people. And I heard a great voice out
of heaven saying, behold, the tabernacle of God is with men.
And listen to this, he will dwell with them, and they shall be
his God, and God himself shall be with them and be their God. Drove them out, I mean, you know,
they hid from God. Here, everybody's in the presence
of God. And God dwells with them, and
they dwell with God. And Genesis shows us the tree
of life. And you know what he did when
he threw Adam and Eve out of the garden? He put a cherubim
there with a flaming sword. And the scripture says he put
it there to keep the way to the tree of life. To keep the way
that you could not get back in there. Because if they made it
that tree of life, they would live forever as fallen parents,
as fallen men. And so they couldn't get to that
tree of life. God drove them out and put a
sword up there with a cherubim, a flaming sword. And I'll tell
you what, but here we're talking about, look in Revelations 22,
14 with me. Oh my, he has the right to the
tree of life. Oh, let's see, Revelations 22,
14. Look what he said here now. Well, that's not the tree of
life, that's, yeah, 27. Oh, it was 22.2, 22.1, I'll get
it here in a minute. But there he said again in verse
Revelation 22, he says, in the midst of the street, and on either
side was the tree of life, the tree of life. We got right to
the tree of life now. We can come to the tree of life.
We have that right to the tree of life now. We lost it, but
now we have right and access to it. Now, what's the theme
of this blessed book? Revelations, what's the theme
of it? It's the theme of it was that God was going to, He's conqueror,
that's what it's called, more than conquerors. And it's not
the devil that is victorious, and a lot of people seem to think
He is. A lot of people give a lot of credit to the devil. And they
say He's got all this power. But oh no, He has no power but
what Christ gives Him. But our Lord Jesus Christ, he's
the one that's victorious. He's the one that always wins. He's the one that conquered everything.
And though it sometimes just seemed like God's plan is thwarted
and even defeated, but he always comes out triumphant. And here in Revelation 21 and
22, we have the final, final victory. We're conquerors, Paul
called us, we're more than conquerors through Him that loved us. Now
it's one thing to be a conqueror, but to be more than a conqueror,
to be one that has more than just absolutely overcoming, conquering,
and our Lord Jesus Christ, He conquered all things for us.
We're not only delivered from the greatest curse, That awful
curse that we had in Adam. This earth that was cursed. Everything
was cursed. But we received the most glorious
blessings besides. And I tell you, we not only are
in the presence of God, but God's gonna dwell with us. He says,
you're my people and I'm your God. And this is the fulfillment
of covenant promises. You know, you need to see that.
You keep Revelation 21 and look over here with me in Genesis,
I mean, excuse me, Isaiah 65. Look in Isaiah 65 with me. In verse 17. This is just the,
this is the fulfillment of covenant promises when God said there'll
be a new heaven and a new earth. This is just something that God
said He's gonna do. Did anybody ever doubt? I mean,
you know, those people, they got all kinds of views about
the last days. They got the view of a great
tribulation. They got the view of Christ sitting
on a throne in Jerusalem for a thousand years. They got a
view of people having to stay on this earth and go through
seven years of great tribulation. They have every kind of view
under the sun. Everything but God being God. Everything but
God controlling things in this world. Everything but God being
sovereign. Everything but God's will and
purpose being carried out. Oh, I tell you what. Look what
he said here in Isaiah 65, 17. For behold, I create new heavens
and a new earth. And the former shall not be remembered,
nor even come into our mind. We won't remember it. Oh my, so let's go back over
here again, men. Oh, the first heaven and earth
passed away there at the great white throne. But everything
that was wrong and under the curse is gone. Now you've got
to see this. Our 2nd Peter chapter 2. We've
looked at this before, but look here 2nd Peter chapter 3 with
me, excuse me. And you keep where you're at
now. You know the first heaven and the first earth have passed
away. We'll hear they'll set it on that great white throne.
That's another thing, you know. A lot of people have different
views about the throne. Some people go to the judgment
seat of Christ, and then some people end up at the white throne.
But as far as I can tell, there ain't been one judgment in this
world. Just one judgment. One last day. One last time. The sheep will be on the right
hand, the goats will be on the left. and the judgment will take
about that long, because judgment's already been accomplished. Judgment,
as far as God's concerned, it's over and done with. I mean, we
were all judged in Christ, so that judgment's over and done
with. We were judged in Christ before you and I ever existed,
before God ever created Adam in the garden. God had us in
Christ, and the judgment, as far as He is concerned, was already
over and done with. Ain't that right? And I tell
you what, and then on the other side of it is, the judgments
already started and already been judged and everybody in this
universe has already been judged either in Christ or outside of
Christ. That's just the way it is. You
know there's the elect and there's the reprobate. There's vessels
of mercy and vessels of wrath. There's vessels of honor and
vessels of dishonor. And that's just, and you know
who makes the decision, who's gonna be the, you know who the
potter is? He said, he told Jeremiah, he said, go down to Potter's
house. All right. Now I want you to stand and watch
that potter. And that potter got him a big bunch of clay.
He put that thing on the wheel and started spinning that wheel. Next thing you know, he made
just what he liked. He was a potter. Then he made one and he threw
it away. He said, now that's the way I am. He told Jeremiah. He said, Jeremiah, that man makes
that potter. He said, that's the way I am.
I'm the potter. You're the clay. And I'll tell
you, Tim James one time, we was in a meeting once and he went
off to Big K, Kmart I guess it was, and bought him a bunch of
clay. Bought him some clay. And he
got up to preach and he was using, out of Romans 9, he said, and
out of a clay, you know, out of clay, out of the same lump
were all men made. And he took that clay and he
took it and laid it over here and he molded it up, took this
and over here, said, I'm gonna throw that in the way. He said,
that's where God is. He said, I'm gonna give you an
illustration today. And I tell you what, we're in
2 Peter chapter three. Look in verse 10. But the day of the Lord will
come as a thief in the night. Now that means it's gonna come
totally unexpected. In which the heavens shall pass
away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with
fervent heat, the earth and also the works therein shall be burned
up. Now we saw that in Revelation.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner
of persons ought ye to be? be an all-holy conversation in
godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of
God, when the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and
the elements shall melt with fervent heat. Nevertheless, even
though all these things are going to happen, nevertheless, we,
according to his promise, look for a new heaven and a new earth,
wherein dwelleth righteousness. I said, that's why we're looking.
Well, John sees it. John said, I see this new heaven
and I see this new earth. Back over here in Revelations.
All this wrong now is under the curse is gone. Every trace of
sin will be gone. Death will be gone. All the curses
on this earth, thorns and thistles, all that will all be gone. Man
has to go out here and work and sweat and make his living no
matter what he does. It's a labor. And he said, that's
all that's all done away with. No more curse, no more sin. Everything,
the curse is gone. No more dragon, there ain't gonna
be the dragon anymore. False prophet, he's gone. Harlot,
the great Harlot Babylon, she's gone. And then, look what he
said, a new heaven, new earth, for the first heaven and earth
were passed away, and there was no more sea. No sea as we know
it. No sea as we know it. You remember
where God said he cast out seas in the depths of the sea? Well,
here we don't even have a sea. I don't know where he went. And
the sea in the scriptures always represents a great crowd of people,
a great bunch of people. A sea of people. And that's what
he told us in here, he said a sea of people. And God took away
the sea that even held our sins in them. And then look what he
said in verse two. And I, John, saw. And I, John,
saw. Oh, the things that God let him
see. The things he's seeing, we'll one day see too. We'll
one day see too. And I, John, saw the holy city,
new Jerusalem, come down from God out of heaven, prepared as
a bride, adorned as her husband, for her husband. He said, I saw
this holy city, new Jerusalem, You know over in Galatians it's
also the heavenly Jerusalem, that city that's from above. And oh, it's a new Jerusalem,
not anything like this earthly Jerusalem. And he called it holy. He said it's holy. Anything God
has and anything God's gonna dwell in has got to be holy,
got to be holy. It's separate from sin, consecrated
to God. And this new holy Jerusalem,
look what it says here. Said this she's coming down out
of heaven prepared as a bride or going through heaven for her
husband You know, this is the church here. This is the bride
of Christ. He's talking about She says she's
a bride And she's been a born been dressed up. God's got her
dressed up got all of us dressed up. I When you think, can you
imagine what we'll be like when we get there? When our Lord Jesus
Christ on the Mount of Transfiguration, he looked like a lightning. He looked so white that people
couldn't, glistening so bright that people couldn't look on
him. He was just glorious, he just glistened, and I'll tell
you that's what it's gonna be. And he makes his bride to come
down. This is the wife of the Lamb.
And I'll tell you what, when you go looking through the scriptures,
and the church is often called a bride. Often referred to as
a city. City set on a hill. Revelations,
I mean, excuse me, Psalm 48 talks about walk around Zion, walk
around her. Walk around this city of God.
And that's what he calls it, he said the city of God. Walk
around it. Look at his bulwarks, look at
his walls, look how he's enclosed in here. And that's the way it
is with this Bride of Christ. He's got the Bride of Christ,
and this Bride of Christ comes down from God out of heaven.
Oh my. And that's why Paul said, I show
you a mystery between Christ and his people. His people. And then he calls it a city.
Because this is a permanent residence. It's a place where you're going
to be at all the time. And it has a great number of inhabitants
in this city. And you're in a city, there's
safety, there's security, fellowship. And our Lord says, you know,
you're like a city set on a hill. City set on a hill. And then
John said he saw it coming down from God, out of heaven from
God. You know why he says it's coming
from God? Everything we have comes from God. Coming down from
God. The church is born from above.
When you talk about this church coming down out of heaven, coming
from God, that shows us that everything is born of God. This
church is born of God. This church is new. This church
comes from God Himself. And the whole of the work is
God. He done all this work. And you know what? This was the
city that Abraham was looking for. You'll get there and you'll find
it. Abraham looked for this city. And he find, you know, what he's
looking for, we're gonna find. We're gonna find. And then look
what he said here in verse three and four. Oh, she come down from
heaven. God prepared her. Oh, we got
to be prepared by God. We gotta be dressed up by God.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven. At first he saw, now
he hears. I heard a great voice out of
heaven saying, behold, the tabernacle of God is with man. You know, let me say something
about the tabernacle. You know, the scriptures tells
us that Christ came as the Word and dwelt among us or tabernacled
among us. And the thing about the tabernacle,
is that when you looked at it from the outside, it was just
a tent. Badger skin over it. But you went inside of it, and
it was beautiful. The walls were gold. And you
went in there, and all this beautiful white linen up in the top, and
all needlework done on it, just glorious and beautiful. But on
the outside, it didn't look like much. And that's the way our
Lord Jesus Christ was. When He come into this earth,
only outside He didn't look like much. But I tell you what, when
He come into this earth, He was the tabernacle of God. God was
in Christ, and He tabernacled among us. He dwelt among us.
And I tell you, He is the tabernacle of God. And He gonna be with
us. Behold, the tabernacle of God
is with men. And listen to this now. And I
tell you that tabernacle, that's where God met men in the tabernacle. There you saw the glory of all
of his attributes. There's where sin was put away.
That's where all the people of God met God at the tabernacle.
And we all meet God in Christ, and then look what he said. God
is with men, and listen to this, and he will dwell with them. I'm going to live with them.
I'm going to live with these men. I'm going to live with these
people. I'm going to be with these people
that come to this city, that come down out of heaven, this
bride. I'm going to dwell with them.
And listen to this, that they shall be his people. They're going to be his people.
Can you imagine what it's going to be like When God says, come
all ye that enter into the joy of the Lord, and the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world, come in here. And
God said, these are my people. These are my people. There'll
be people, there'll be people of the judgment that can point
a finger at me. There'll be people of the judgment
that say, that preacher right there, he offended me. He hurt my feelings. I seen him do this, and I seen
him do that, and I saw him do that other thing. You know what
God gonna say? I am his God, and he is my son. What makes
the difference? God. God. Oh my, listen to this now. Listen to this. And God himself
shall be with them, and be their God. Oh my. And what's gonna happen when
we get there? What's gonna happen when we get
there? Oh my. Look in verse four. And God shall
wipe away all tears from their eyes. You know, that's figurative language.
He wipes tears from our eyes now. But that's figurative language. When we get there, there'll be
no tears. But he's saying, you know, he said, all the things
that made you cry, all the things that hurt you, all the things
that brought you to tears, all the things that grieved you and
brought you to where you just wept, he said, I'm gonna wipe
away all those tears. And then listen to this. Ah,
there'll be no more death. There'll be no more death. How many times have we wept over
somebody that died? He said, listen, you ain't gonna
cry anymore. I'm gonna wipe away your tears.
And you'll never, never see another death. You'll never see another
death. You'll never endure another death.
You'll never know what it is to like to see somebody dead.
No, no. No more death. And listen to
this. And there ain't gonna be no more sorrow. No more sorrow. No more sorrow. And there ain't gonna be no more
crying. No more crying. And now listen to this one. And
there ain't gonna be any more pain. Ain't gonna be no pain in your
body. Ain't gonna be no pain in your mind. Ain't gonna be no more pain in
your heart. All the pain will be gone. Oh, it's easy, you know. I read
this when I was working on this. It brought me to tears just to
hear what God had to say about it. Oh, and I know you have too. You've shed buckets of tears
in your life. But God said there ain't gonna be no more. Oh, no more death. No more death. There ain't going to be no more
sorrow. No more crying. And no more pain. You know, Fran's going to have
that open heart surgery in the morning. She's going to be in
pain when they get through with her. She's going to be in excruciating
pain. They're going to bust her breastbone
open. and go in there and do that. Do you know how painful
that's gonna be? God said, there's gonna come
a time there ain't gonna ever be no more pain. Oh my, why? Because all those
things that existed before that would bring all those things
to you, they don't exist anymore, said they're passed away. They're
passed away. They're passed away. The old
has passed away. The old has passed away. Then
in verse five. And he that sat upon the throne
said, behold, I make all things new. He that's on the throne, that's
God in Christ on the throne. He said, behold, I make all things
new. You know, God's already made
so many things new for us. He gave us a new birth, gave us a new heart, gave us
a new nature, made us new creatures, but here, here, he told us he's going to give
us a new name. Then we're going to have a new
history. Our history's not going to be like it was. It's going
to start like it never, like you never had it when you get
there. You never had a history. You're starting all over. Brand
new. And only God can make things
new. Only God can do that. Men think that, oh, if I can
just, we can just get a better education. If we can just get
people in a better environment, get them better homes, better
environments, better lives. I'll tell you what, let's take
away from the wealth and give to the poor, let's redistribute
wealth and that'll make everybody happy. That'll bring in a new
era. But only God. can take someone
or anything and make it new. If he made it with heaven and
earth, don't you think he can make a brand new one? He can make a brand new one.
And then look what he said, I'll make all things new. There ain't
gonna be nothing old. I've got shirts, I've got shirts
that's 25 years old and I still wear them. It's an old shirt. And then I
get old shirts, and you do too, and you wear them out, and you
throw them away. And things get old. In this world,
we get old. We ourselves get old. But there ain't gonna be nothing
old there. It's all gonna be brand new.
There ain't gonna be nothing old there. Oh my, and he said he makes all
things new. Look what he says here now in
the last part of that verse. And he said unto me, write, write
this down now. I want you to write this. These words are true and faithful. I want you to write this down
for the comfort of my people, for encouragement to my people.
what I'm telling you and what I'm reading to you and what he's
saying to us here in these verses. He says, you write these things
down. They're true. And I'm faithful. They're gonna take place. They're
gonna take place. And then look what he says there
in verse six. And he said unto me, it is done. It's done. What in the world
is he talking about? It's done. It's done, that's
what he means. What he's talking about, God's
will and purpose, is spoken of and this has already been done.
You know why? Because as far as God's concerned,
it is. You know when he talks about
us in Romans, he said, for whom he did foreknow, them were also
called. Whom He called, He also justified.
Whom He justified, He also glorified. Now every one of those in the
past tense. He called us, justified us, and
glorified us. And there ain't none of us yet
been glorified. But God says in the past tense
we're glorified. And that's what He said right
here. That's why we go to be with Christ. Oh my. Yeah, it's done, it's done. And
look what our Lord said about himself. I'm Alpha and Omega. The beginning, I'm the beginning
of God's will. I'm the beginning of God's purpose.
I'm the beginning of everything that God ever started and done
in this universe and in this world. And I'm the end of it.
I'm the end of it. And listen to what he says. I'll
give unto him that is a thirst of the fountain of water of life
freely. Oh my. You know, evidently you're gonna have a
fountain there, and it's a fountain, and you know you drink of it.
Christ is that water of life, and we're drinking of that water
of life freely now. And it's eternal life. He's talking
about salvation, full, salvation, free. And look what he says,
and it always proceeds from God. And who is that fountain? And
there's talks about a fountain over in Zechariah. He said, there
is a fountain open for uncleanness. And then look what our master
says here. He that overcometh, verse seven,
he that overcometh, he that the conqueror, that's what it's saying,
he that conquers shall inherit all things. Oh my, inherit all
things? Well, that's what he says. He
said, we're heirs of God, joint heirs with Christ. So whatever
they have, we have. Whatever they have, that's what
we're gonna get. And again, he says, I'll be his
God. Talking about Christ now, I'll be his God. He shall be
my son. That's the inheritance that we have, God and Christ.
That's our inheritance right there. And what we possess by
faith now, there it's gonna be realized. But oh my, these people
here, listen to what happens to them. We heard about all the
things for us, all the things that God's done for us and said
it's done, it's done. But the fearful, the fearful. Why fear? Why be afraid when
God's uncontrolled, when God's running this world? And unbelieving
and abominable, murderers, whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters,
and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth
with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." Now these
people here, look what a wonderful thing is for us. Then he goes
down here and said, those that are, these people ain't even
going, we inherit all things. These people inherit nothing
but woe and judgment and condemnation. But God, God, I'll be their God. They'll be my people. I'm going
to wipe away all the tears. I'm going to take away all the
sorrow. I'm going to take away all the pain. Our Father, thank you for allowing
us to meet here tonight. Thank you for your word. And Lord, bless it to our hearts,
bless it to our understanding. Lord, these things go so far
above us, go past us. And this flesh keeps us from
entering into them as they really are. But Lord, one of these days,
this faith that we look to Christ and the future that you prepared
for us, the blessed eternity you prepared for us, Lord, we'll
enter into it. We'll need faith no more. We'll
need hope no more. But, oh Lord, we'll still have
the love, your love for us, and we'll enter into that perfect
love towards you. And, oh Lord, what a day that'll
be. What a blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed day that'll
be. Lord, bless it to our hearts.
Bless it to our understanding. Keep us as we go our ways. Lord,
let the folks get home safely. Give them a good night's rest.
Let their bodies be rested and give them grace for tomorrow.
And Lord Jesus, we pray for Bill and Fran. Oh Lord, bless them. God, encourage them. Comfort
them. I know she's dreading this. And
so Lord, God, help them. Give the doctors wisdom tomorrow. And protect her. See her through
this surgery. Bring her out the other side.
And Lord, bless them to come and worship with again. We ask
these things in the Lord Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Every hour of every day Every
moment and in every way, I'm leaning on Jesus. He's the rock of my soul. I'm singing His praises. Wherever I go. See you Wednesday, God willing.
