The marketplace is empty. No
more traffic in the streets. All the builders' tools are silent. No more time to harvest wheat. Busy housewives cease their labors. In the courtroom, no debate.
Work on earth is all suspended as the king comes through the
gate. Oh, the King is coming, the King
is coming. I just heard the trumpet sounding,
and now His face I see. Oh, the King is coming, the King
is coming. Praise God, He's coming for me. Happy faces line the hallways,
those whose lives have been redeemed. broken homes that he has mended,
those from prison he has freed, little children and the aged,
hand in hand stand all aglow, who were crippled, broken, ruined,
clad in garments white as snow. The king is coming. The king
is coming. I can hear the chariots rumble.
I can see the marching throng. The fury of God's trumpets spells
the end of sin and wrong. Regal robes are now unfolding. Heaven's grandstands all in place. Heaven's choir now assembled
start to sing amazing grace. I want to take you to the throne
room today. the throne room of Almighty God. We can't think rightly about
much of anything until we settle in our mind that there is an
occupied throne in heaven. an occupied throne in heaven,
and the God of the Bible rules from that throne. This is a fundamental
truth, that the throne of God is occupied. The Lordship of
Jesus Christ is the centerpiece of the gospel. He is Lord. He has risen from the dead and
he is Lord. And the Apostle Paul in the Philippians
letter said, and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled
himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the
cross. Wherefore God also hath highly
exalted him and given him a name which is above every name. that
at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow and every tongue should
confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. If you don't mind, I'm
gonna do it right now. He is Lord. He is Lord. He is risen from the dead and
He is Lord. He's my Lord and my Savior. In preaching the gospel, we should
start with where Jesus is now and work our way back. Today
in our religious world People are preaching and proclaiming
a gospel that is off base Jesus Christ right now is sitting on
the throne in glory Jesus Christ right now is king of kings and
Lord of lords and so we start with where he is now my friend
To all of those who are here, and it's great to see so many
here today and that that balcony is filling up. I want to say
to you. that every person in here, your
knee will buckle and your tongue will confess. It's just a matter
of when. I was privileged and honored
and excited about just doing what I'm going to do when I see
his face. My knee is going to buckle willingly
and I'm going to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. we must preach this message of
the Lordship of Jesus Christ. You say, well, what do you mean
by that, Pastor? I mean, today, most are preaching
that folks ought to accept Jesus as their Savior. I want to tell
you, the big question is not whether you've accepted Him,
but whether He's accepted you. The truth is, He can pass you
by. He can save you or damn you and still be Jesus Christ and
Lord. Oh, that today He might pass
your cell and you might cry out, pass me not, oh gentle Savior. It's worth a try. If you're all
messed up, screwed up, it's worth a try to cry out, pass me not. You know, He might just stop.
Amen, at your cell. He is Lord. Saul of Tarsus was
on his way to Damascus to apprehend and kill Christians, but he got
apprehended. That's in the book of Acts, chapter
9. He got apprehended. Here was a Christ-hating, Christ-rejecting
member of the Sanhedrin who was legalistic, caught up in the
law, and he thought he was doing God a favor by killing Christians. But something happened on the
Damascus Road. You see, your only hope, I look
out across this auditorium, I see lots of faces that I know for
sure you are enslaved. You are enslaved by drugs. Many
of you in here, you're going to need a heavenly visitation. You're going to need to be apprehended. And those of us who are saved
and in here, we have a tendency to wander, prone to wander. Lord, I feel it. I'm shocked
that so-and-so relapsed, not me. I just pray I won't. Amen. Because there is a power
working in us, and that's our hope. But Saul is walking down
the Damascus Road with papers, and he is struck down. Oh, that
you might know, those of you who are Christians in here, the
power that works in you. You believe according to the
working of his mighty power. How many in here, has he made
a believer out of you? He made a believer out of me.
I believe according to the power that has worked in me. Saul of
Tarsus was struck down, and it's so interesting to me that he
didn't say, I accept you as my personal Savior. That wasn't
the first thing out of his mouth. The first thing out of Saul of
Tarsus' mouth was, who art thou, Lord? Who art thou, Lord? Oh, we need an answer to that
question. Who art thou, Lord? Whoever struck
me down is boss man. He's Lord. He's master. Who art
thou, Lord? I am Jesus. Who is Lord? Say his name. Jesus is Lord. He is Lord. Have you been apprehended? Oh,
I know I have. I know I've been apprehended,
and I'm glad about it, and I know who apprehended me. It was the
Lord Jesus Christ. It took a big God to save me.
A rebel by nature and by choice. Some of you sitting right here
right now are staring at me like this. We'll be out of here in about
25 minutes. And I can go on with my rebellious
life. Oh, I hope you get conquered.
I hope he apprehends you. I hope the blue light comes on
behind you. I hope you get arrested by Jesus
Christ. What an honor it is. The Revelation says that there
is somebody sitting on a throne. It was amazing to me this week
as I read through the book of the Revelation and so much about
this throne. So much about this throne, which
is the very center of heaven. All the activity of heaven is
going on around this throne. Everybody is circling this throne. And whoever is on the throne
is getting all of the attention. And Greg said it right. It is
not the revelations plural. It is the revelation. This whole
book says somebody's coming, somebody's coming, someone has
come, someone died, someone was buried, someone arose, somebody
got up out of the grave, somebody ascended into heaven, somebody's
coming back. And then when you get to the
last book of the Bible, it says this somebody is sitting on a
throne receiving all the glory and all the honor and all the
praise. Before you get caught up in the
revelation with all the non-significant things, just remember this. Jesus
Christ is the heart of the revelation. The revelation is the unveiling
of the future glory of Jesus Christ. What's going to happen
in the sweet by-and-by? We shall see Him who died in
our room, stead, and place, and paid our sin debt, and delivered
us from the wrath of God, and from the hell of God, and from
condemnation. And we will say, Thou art worthy
to receive glory, and honor, and praise, both now and forever. Jesus Christ. Note with me some
characteristics of this one who sits on the throne. If you have
your Bibles, please keep them open to revelation. And we will
go to the eighth verse, first of all. He is said to be holy. This one who sits on the throne
is holy. And I would just say to you quickly,
in order for you to go to heaven, you have to be holy. So you've
got a problem and so do I. I have to be as holy as God to
go to heaven. I have to be without spot or
wrinkle or any such thing. And since God is holy, he does
not sweep sin under the rug. We are all liars by nature. We
try to cover up our dung. We try to hide it, but the Lord
sees it. The Lord knows everything we've
ever done. We know really about our sins,
right? How is God gonna take hold of
you and save you? I am so glad that God has saved
us in a holy way Your sin has to be punished or you go to hell
all of your sin debt has to be paid and you have nothing to
pay with and And so the Bible tells the story of this holy
God who became flesh and tabernacled among us in order to rescue you,
in order to save you and I from our sins. He must save us in
a holy way because God is holy. And so he came and that's exactly
what he did. Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty,
which was and is and is to come. Wish I knew what all that meant
just read it and receive it. He's holy and He's eternal He's
Almighty. Do you have an Almighty God?
I I listen I see what's going on in our world. Occasionally
I read the newspaper not a whole lot anymore and I think to myself
it's going to take an Almighty God to do something about this
and And since we work with those who are addicted to drugs and
or alcohol and anything else, it's taking a vast number of
people out of this world. It's powerful. The pharmacy,
the demon, drugs, it's got a hold of some of you. I mean, it's
got a hold on you. It's going to take something
mightier and greater. It just seems like all the talk
about heroin use today, it's going to take an almighty God. Brooks Patterson doesn't know
how to stop it. Sheriff Beshear doesn't know
how to stop it. You know, they don't know how
to stop it. But there is one who is almighty, he can stop
it. He's almighty, verse 8, this
one sitting on the throne. He is said to be eternal, verse
8, which was and is and is to come. Verse 9 says that He liveth
forever. My God liveth forever. And by
the way, when your God gives you everlasting life, you live
forever too. Isn't that something? And I give
unto them eternal life and they shall never perish, neither shall
any man pluck them out of my Father's hand. I am heaven bound. I'm gonna live forever. Amen. And that becomes more precious
at 72. He's worthy, verse 10 says, he
is worthy to be worshiped. Oh, do you understand that? That
he's worthy. If you're converted, you know
that's true. He's worthy to be worshipped. Watch your testimonies. Watch
your bragamonies. Get rid of all boasting because
you're not worthy to be worshipped. Your church is not worthy to
be worshipped. Your Pope, priest, or whoever,
pastor is not worthy. There's only one worthy to be
worshipped. And that's the Lord Jesus Christ.
Your will is so messed up. So messed up. Don't talk about
your free will. Your will is enslaved. You are enslaved. You want to
know how messed up your will is? Look at your choices. How's
your free will working for you? How's it working for you? You
must have a new will given in the new birth that gives you
a hunger and thirst for righteousness, where you want Christ more than
crack. You want a Redeemer. You want
a Savior. You're willingly coming to Jesus
Christ. He liveth forever. He's worthy
of worship. So worthy, notice this. that
in this fourth chapter it is said, four and 20 elders fall
down before him. Years ago somebody said, who
are those four and 20 elders? And I said, I don't know who
they are, but I know they fall down in front of him. I know
that. I mean, I can't name exactly
who they are, I could probably a little bit tell you, but it
really, don't place your, don't hunt mice while the roaring lion
devours you. Do you get that? I saw no one
but Jesus. That's what ought to be happening.
I see him. They fall down. Are you there
yet? You know what salvation is? It's
surrendering. It's hoisting the white flag.
Some of you are so hell-bent and so rebellious. You grit your
teeth at that which is righteous. You're just in a state of rebellion. I'm always hearing things like
this. I'm CEO, but I always hear things. Well, they broke the
rule. You know, we can't get them under control. They come
to the center, but they're out of control. They're out of control. You know why? They haven't hoisted
the white flag yet. You haven't hoisted the white
flag. It's like this, all to Jesus I surrender, all to him
I freely give. It's like this, be my king, be
my Lord, reign over me, work in me both to will and to do
of your good pleasure. Have thine own way, Lord, have
thine own way. That's the desire of a child
of God, he's Lord. Notice this too, not only do
they fall down, but he is so worthy that they cast their crowns
before the throne saying, thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive
glory and honor. Thou art worthy. There's nothing
that sickens me any more than to hear people talking about
their crown. When we get to heaven, he's gonna
pass out the yo-yos and the crowns. When I was a little boy growing
up in the Baptist church, I used to wonder, how on earth are people
gonna balance all those crowns? Do you know what I'm talking
about? Let me tell you this, heaven's not going to be about
you. Heaven's not going to be about
your crowns. Heaven is not about your reward. You're going to bow to that One
who before the foundation of the world plotted, planned, and
schemed to come to this earth to save riches like us. Isn't that awesome? Isn't that
wonderful? I say this now, I don't want
a crown. People say, what about your legacy? I hope my legacy
is this. He never preached without exalting
Jesus Christ. He never talked or preached without
lifting up the grace of God. You know, I already know I'm
going to be good in the heavenly choir. You know why? I'm already
singing the song. I've been practicing now since
I was eight years old. To God be the glory. And when
I come into heaven and right into the choir, I'll be right
on key. I know the words to the song.
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and praise both
now and forever. Amen. He's worthy because he created
all things. This is what the fourth chapter
of the Revelation says. He's worthy. He created all things. In the beginning was the Word
and the Word was with God. And everything was created by
Him that was created. And without Him, nothing was
created. And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. Oh, that one sitting on the throne
is the Creator. Say, well, explain that to me. I can't. I just know He's the Creator.
The one who saved me is God in human flesh, and he created everything. He's worthy. He's worthy because
the purpose of his creating all these things were for his pleasure. Often people have said to me
in the last 50 years, well, he seems to be a very self-centered
God. He is. My glory I will not give to another
between here in heaven. You're going to lose your strut

Verse 1, and I saw in the right hand of Him that sat on the throne
a book written within. The one that sat on the throne
had a book. written within and on the backside
sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming
with a loud voice, who's worthy to open the book and to loose
the seals thereof? And no man in heaven nor in earth,
neither under the earth was able to open the book, neither to
look thereon. And I wept much because no man
was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to
look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto
me, stop your weeping. Behold, the lion of the tribe
of Judah, the root of David, hath prevailed to open the book
and to loose the seven seals thereof. Well, what does that
mean? That means there is a book that contains the whole purpose
and plan of God. It was a mystery, a mystery. You would never have thought
of this. Great is the mystery of godliness. God was seen of
angels and manifest in the flesh. You would never have thought
of this, that God came to earth, the great creator. And in that
book was the plan and purpose for the people of God. Oh, life
is a mystery. And the key holder to this mysterious
book is Jesus Christ. He's the very purpose of God.
He's the very purpose of God. Life is a mystery. What's the
plan? Some of you are in here today and you're very messed
up about life. What's my purpose? Why are we
here? I was telling the crowd Wednesday
night, I read where a little girl on Facebook said, I have
no purpose. I have no reason to live. Why
am I here? Oh, you need to see Christ opening
this book. There is a purpose and there
is a plan. What a mess this world would
be if there was no plan. I pity people who don't believe
in the great almighty sovereign God. Purpose is the biggest word
in the Bible And we know that all things work together for
good to them that love the Lord get happy now Those who are called
according to his purpose You have a purpose you're here on
purpose. God has a purpose for your life.
Don't forget it Christian Now watch this. I Love this There
was no one that was worthy to open the book, to break the seals,
to take and make known the mystery. What a mess! No plan, no purpose,
no abundant life, no water springing up, no one in charge, no Lord,
no Savior, no heaven, no sins forgiven, no mercy seat, no grace,
no pardon, no justification, no propitiation, no salvation. What a mess! If somebody wasn't
worthy to open the book, if there wasn't a plan, if there wasn't
a purpose, if in this life only we have hope, we're of all men
most miserable. I would have taken the 38 I got
a long time ago if I didn't believe there was a God who sat on the
throne, who was in charge, and this world was not a runaway.
I have seen that America is not a runaway, that God has done
something in this nation, that He's holding the reins. What if all there was in life
was smoking a joint, poking a needle in my arm, in the corner of my
eye, trying to find a vein. What if all there was to life
is writing prescriptions and popping pills and broken relationship
and love betrayals and making money and being religious? What
if all there is in this life are those things and a fear of
the grave? Let me tell you, honey, You're
here to hear the gospel today. You need to hoist the white flag.
And you, my friend, gentlemen, you need to lay the shotgun down
and surrender to King Jesus today. Stop doing it your way. I can
tell you this, for all of those of you who are rejecting Christ,
in front of you is nothing but misery. You're going to have
a hell of a life. I promise you that every day
when you get up, misery. Every single day. Things happen. Sin happens and destroys you. Just destroys
you. What Jesus gives is a well of
water springing up, eternal life, joy and peace. Oh, we need somebody
to open the book to make known the plan and purpose of God.
And what an awesome thing it is when the Holy Spirit in regeneration
power opens your eyes and you say, oh, God had a plan for me. I see why I'm here. I see why
I was born. I was watching something this
week, I don't know whether it's TV or Facebook, where a lady
who was aborted, she was being aborted and somehow the abortion
doctor, if you want to call them doctors, was late. They performed some kind of thing.
She should have been born without arms born without legs It didn't
happen God spared her life and she was giving glory to Jesus
Christ. That's what you call born on
purpose for a purpose Well, they searched through heaven
and found a Savior verse 5 says of Revelation 5 Stop your weeping
How many of you in here have a weeping life? Stop it. The
lion of the tribe of Judah hath prevailed. He has come that you
might have life and have it more abundantly. I want somebody to
love me. I want to have someone. I want to have a meaningful relationship. Only in Jesus Christ, through
Jesus Christ, by Jesus Christ, can you have a little heaven
on the way of heaven. There are monsters out there
to you ladies who have one thing on their mind. They're out there. You guys are part of the monsters
if you're without Christ. I was reading yesterday about
how women are treated in some of these Arabic nations. Horrible. Like animals. Absolutely horrible. You know, in Jesus Christ, through
Jesus Christ, He says to men, husbands, love your wives just
like Christ loved the church. We're going to have a wedding
here at 1 o'clock if I get through. You are to love your wife as
Christ loved the church. You are to study her, Jesus said
in His Word. You study your wife because you
don't have a clue what she wants or what's going on. You don't
understand women. No man understands a woman, but
the Lord does. And so you study her so you can
be her loving protector. Jesus Christ is not a woman hater.
I saw 500,000 women very confused just a week ago. Women's rights. You know, if you know Jesus Christ,
oh my goodness, what can take place in your life? Come to Christ,
you ladies. He has prevailed. I love this
passage, he prevailed. You know what he prevailed over?
He prevailed over your sin. He paid your sin debt in full.
He prevailed. That means he conquered. He paid
it in full and said, it's finished. It's accomplished. It's done.
He prevailed over your sin. He prevailed over the grave.
I have a glorious hope. If time goes on and in the will
of God, I will die. But there's a great getting up
warning because Jesus Christ got up out of the grave up from
the grave He arose he prevailed over death He has prevailed over
all of our enemies and he reigns until he makes them his footstool
And we have no enemies. He prevailed over slew foot Satan
He prevailed over Satan What a glorious thing it is.
Let me read these verses to you real quick. Let's start with
Revelation 5 8 and when he had taken the book the four beasts
and four and twenty elders fell down before the lamb Having every
one of them harps and golden vials full of odors which are
the prayers of the Saints and they sung a new song saying thou
art worthy to take the book and to open the seals thereof for
thou was slain and Some of you go, all pastor preaches is that
old bloody gospel. Yes, yes, yes. The blood, the blood, the blood
of Jesus Christ. There's power in the blood. There's
wonder working power in the blood. Though your sins be a scarlet,
the blood of Jesus Christ will make you white as snow. There
is a fountain filled with blood. drawn from Emmanuel's veins,
and sinners plunge beneath that flood, lose all their guilty
stains. There's power, power, power,
power, power, power, wonder-working power in the blood of the Lamb. That's the truth. They sung a new song saying thou
art worthy to take the book to open the seals thereof for thou
were slain and it's redeemed us to God by thy blood out of
every kindred and tongue and people and nation." Black people,
white people, red people, you better get along with one another
because when you get to heaven, there's going to be all kinds
of folks there. Amen. Let's look at verse 11, and I
beheld and I heard the voice of many angels round about the
throne and the beasts and the elders and the number of them
was 10,000 times 10,000 and thousands of thousands. Love that. It is my belief that there'll
be more people in heaven than hell. I don't know exactly how,
but I know Jesus always wins. Say, even me? Yes, the Spirit
and the bride say, come. Let him that is a thirst come.
And whosoever will has a desire to come, come on. Say, oh, I
have such a desire to say, but I don't know whether God chose
me. Don't be stupid. If you have a will to come, it's
because God put a will in you. Come on, come on, come to Christ. Look at verse 12, saying with
a loud voice, this is what 10,000 times 10,000 and thousands are
saying, saying with a loud voice, worthy is the lamb that was slain
to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor
and glory and blessings. and blessings, and every creature
which is in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and such
as are in the sea and all that are in them, heard I saying,
blessings and honor and glory and power be unto him that sitteth
upon the throne and unto the Lamb forever and ever. And they fell down and worshiped
him. Now you little rebellious sinner,
little peanut that you are, Just running around, doing your own
things, using drugs, fornicating and adultering, just doing your
thing. What a miserable life you're
going to have. Why don't you just bow down right
now? Why don't you just fall out right
where you are? Why don't you just surrender?
You know, I long for the day when people are falling out of
these seats. Oh, I'm trusting Christ. I've been a rebel. Oh,
I've wandered and wandered, and here I am, 29 years old, and
I look back over my life, and all there is is popping pills
and shooting needles in my arm, and life, I've gone from relationships. I don't know whether anybody
loves me. I don't know whether I love anybody. I don't know
whether I'm capable. Life is such a mess. I'll tell
you how it can all change in a moment, in a twinkling of an
eye. Come to Christ. Come to Jesus
Christ. I want you to go over to Revelation
19. Now, this is the end of the story. The book has been opened. This
is how it all ends. This is how it all ends. Chapter
19, verse one. And after these things, after
all these things, I heard a great voice of much people in heaven.
That's that 10,000 times 10,000 and thousands. By the way, do
you notice how the Spirit of God descends on this place when
we're singing? And do you know this, that we
get the angels excited in heaven? Not only are we excited down
here, but they're joining in with us. And that's what happens
in heaven. The people of God who've been
saved here on earth, they start singing and the angels get excited. I don't know how many there are
of them, but there's a whole bunch of them. He could have
called 10,000 angels. Remember that song? And destroyed
the world. But he didn't on the cross look
and after these things I heard a great voice of much people
in heaven saying Hallelujah salvation and glory and honor and power
unto the Lord our God. They just keep saying the same
thing That this one who sits on the throne is worthy and that's
what's missing in most churches. I The proclamation that He's
a King, that He's Lord, that He's sitting on a throne, and
that He's worthy of all glory and honor. For true and righteous
are His judgments, for He hath judged the great whore. You know
who the great whore is? Religion you say well, how is
that pastor? I don't understand that. Let me tell you this every
church that's preaching Someone else besides Jesus Christ is
a whore church which did corrupt the earth."
Now, get it, I didn't say that, say, Pastor, you shouldn't use
those words in church. Well, John used those words here
in the Revelation, and he's talking about religion here. The church
of the Lord Jesus Christ is to have a single-mindedness toward
Christ. And when people of the church
or religion look away from Christ and say it's the baptism, It's
the Lord's Supper. You've become a harlot church. Preach Christ. There's nothing
more beautiful than a church preaching Christ. It's Christ
alone. In Christ alone. In Christ alone. And did corrupt the earth. Religion
is a corruptible thing. with her fornication, and hath
avenged the blood of his servants." Watch this, verse 3. And again,
they said, hallelujah. And her smoke rose up forever
and ever. God's going to throw lots of
church folks in hell. Single-mindedness toward Christ.
It's either Christ or hell. This is not multiple choice,
folks. It's Christ or hell. I am so
happy. I am so honored. I am so privileged. I have been
so blessed that God showed me as a young boy, there's something
wrong with exalting a church. There's something wrong with
being a Baptist, Catholic or Methodist and putting that above
Christ. Amen now, don't be backing up
on me. It's Christ alone. Your church is not going to get
you to heaven It's not going to happen and the four and twenty
elders verse four and four beasts fell down and worshiped God That
sat on the throne saying amen Amen Hallelujah, and a voice
came out of the throne saying praise our God. Oh, these folks
are getting happy. I They're getting happy. Verse 6 says, And I heard, as
it were, the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of
many waters, and as the voice of mighty thundering, saying,
Alleluia, for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. He reigns. None can stay his hand nor say
unto him, what doest thou? He rules in the armies of heaven
and among the inhabitants of this earth. He is sovereign.
He is the mighty God. And we say, hallelujah. Let us
be glad and rejoice. I am right now and give honor
to him for the marriage of the lamb has come Look at verse 10
and I fell at his feet to worship him. There's something about
this falling at his feet There's something about this surrendering
Some of you are struggling because you just won't let it go You
won't surrender. Turn it over to the Lord. He
has you, Christian. He has you. He's working for
your good. Verse 11, and I saw heaven open.
Behold, a white horse and he that sat upon it was called faithful
and true. Verse 13, and he was clothed
with a vesture dipped in blood, and his name is called the Word
of God. Ah, he's got a vesture dipped
in blood. The Old Testament says that he stomped in the winepress
alone. Who is this that cometh from
Eden with dyed garments? traveling in the greatness of
his power. And in the Old Testament, the
answer come back, it is I, mighty to save. It was a type of the
Lord Jesus Christ who was pressing the grapes and the grape juice
had covered his vesture, his clothing. So he went to the cross. He went to the cross and with
the wrath of God poured out upon him. His vesture was stained
with blood. Look at verse 14. And the armies
which were in heaven followed him, every last one of them.
A great army in heaven and upon white horses, clothed in fine
linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a
sharp sword. Let me tell you this, when the
Lord comes back, When the Lord comes back and the enemies form
their armies against him, and all the church folks are against
him, and the different ecclesiastical institutions are against him,
he won't pull a nuclear bomb out of his arsenal. He will say,
be dead. Out of his mouth, because he's
almighty God. In fact, you know how powerful
he is? One morning he got up, I guess, and walked out and said,
let there be light. And there was light. That's how
big he is. Let them all die. Don't think
that the enemies of our God are going to be a problem for him.
Don't think you're a problem for him. Because every knee is
going to bow. I like this too. Verse 16. And he hath on his
vesture the one that was stained, and on his thigh a name written,
King of kings and Lord of lords. That's his name. My Savior is
King. My Savior is Lord. He's sitting
on a throne at the right hand of God, making intercession for
me. I bow down before Him. I worship
and adore Him. He is Jesus, the Savior. I like this too. The Bible says
in, look at the 20th chapter, 21st chapter. Verse 4, and God shall wipe away
all tears from their eyes. Have you cried a lot? Have you
cried a lot in this life? Has it been a struggle through
life? I guarantee you there's going
to be struggles in this life. Thank God where sin did abound,
grace did much more abound. But there's a day coming for
you, Christian. When he's gonna wipe away all
tears from your eyes There'll be no need for tear ducts in
heaven and there shall be no more death neither sorrow nor
crying Neither shall there be any more pain for the former
things are passed away as things in this life happen to you that
literally crushed you and they it doesn't have to be physical
pain have you been used and abused and Has life been absolutely
torture at times? One of these days, God's going
to wipe all those tears from your eyes. No more memory of
those things. It'll all be gone. Isn't that
a wonderful thing? It's all going to be gone. Look
at verse 23, and the city had no need of the sun, neither of
the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God did lighten
it, and the lamb is the light thereof. Verse 25 says, there
shall be no night there. Oh, Michigan, January and February. And it's gloomy for days. The
fog sets in. It does something to you There'll
be no night there no more nights for you No more lonely nights for you
no more crying on your bed He'll wipe all tears from your eyes
chapter 22 verse 3 and there shall be no more curse in verse
5 he says it again for about the fourth or fifth time and
there shall be no night there and And no need for a candle,
neither light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light,
and they shall reign forever and ever. How's your future look? Oh my, what a great future I
have. You know why I'm not worried
about tomorrow? Because I know who holds tomorrow. And I thought yesterday, sitting
in my study, I sang it to myself. Well, I did, I sang it out loud.
Bring forth the royal diadem and crown him, crown him Lord
of all. We know it, don't we, brother?
That's the cry of my heart. I want to crown him now. He's
Lord. He's Savior. He's Redeemer. He's a friend that sticketh closer
than a brother. He's the way. He's the truth. He's the life. He's the door
of heaven. He's the water of life. His name
is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace, Everlasting
Father. He's the rose of Sharon. He's
the lily of the valley. Amen and hallelujah. That's what
it's all about. Now, I would like to encourage you.
You ought to do this. You should do this. You will
eventually do this. Today, in your heart, God has
done a work. You've heard the message. Never
before have you heard quite anything like this, but today something
happened inside of you. You actually in thought and in
deed trusted Jesus Christ. You believed on the Lord Jesus
Christ. You're not ashamed of him, are
you? If you've never confessed him, if you've never said, I'm
in the Lord's army, If you've never publicly confessed Christ,
I want you to do it today. I'm zeroing in on you. I'm asking you, have you made
a decision today? Has something changed today?
Are you able to say today, I'm trusting Jesus Christ? I've
lived in the pit long enough. I have come to believe that He
is the Great I Am, the Sovereign, the One who sits on the throne,
and I'm trusting Him for my life, for eternity. I'm trusting Jesus
Christ. I believe He has a purpose for
me. I don't believe I'm an accident. I remember years ago. A young
lady said to me, pastor, I heard the gospel, but I want you to
know this. I don't know who my mother or
my father, I don't know who they are. Actually, she used this
word. I'm a bastard. I'm an illegitimate
child. But today I trusted Jesus Christ. And today I know I'm a child
of the king. You can be there too. Let's stand
together, confess Him as Lord. I'll meet you down here. You
don't have to say anything. If you just want to come forward.
