Alright, brethren, if you will,
be turned to Daniel chapter 2. Daniel chapter 2. So good to
be with you again. And brethren up in New Jersey,
send their greetings, send their love. We pray for you all often. Some of you, I think, listen
to some of our messages and you'll probably recognize right away
that This passage is something I quoted Thursday night if you
were listening. And I just want to preach some
more on this subject. But I want to start here in Daniel
2 this morning. Let's read this together. Now
Nebuchadnezzar had a dream. And Daniel was brought before
him and Daniel gave God the praise for giving him the interpretation
of this dream. And we'll read here what God
said would come to pass. It says, verse 31, this is the
dream he saw. He said, Thou, O King, sawst
and behold a great image. Now get this in your mind, it
was just one image. It was just one figure, looked
like a man, one image. This great image, whose brightness
was excellent, stood before thee, and the form thereof was terrible. This image's head was of fine
gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his
thighs of brass, his legs of iron, his feet part of iron and
part of clay. Thou sawest till that a stone
was cut out without hands." Now this is going to be our focus,
the stone cut out without hands. Thou sawest till that a stone
was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet,
that were of iron and clay, and break them to pieces. Then was
the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold broken
to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer
threshing floors. You see this whole image, his
feet were destroyed, but then every part of this image was
destroyed. The iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, the gold,
this was all the different parts of this image from his head to
his feet. All of it was broken to pieces together, became like
the chaff of the threshing floor. and the wind carried them away
that no place was found for them, and the stone that smote the
image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. Now
this is the dream, and we will tell the interpretation thereof
before the king. Thou, O king, art a king of kings,
for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength,
and glory. And wheresoever the children
of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven
hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over
them all. Thou art this head of gold." So Nebuchadnezzar was
this head of gold. And he said, and after thee shall
rise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom
of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. And the fourth
kingdom shall be strong as iron, for as much as iron breaketh
in pieces and subdueth all things, and as iron that breaketh all
these shall it break in pieces and bruise. And whereas thou
sawest the feet and toes part of potter's clay and part of
iron, the kingdom shall be divided. But there shall be in it of the
strength of the iron, for as much as thou sawest the iron
mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were
part of iron and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly
strong and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron
mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed
of men, but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron
is not mixed with clay. Now, let me say this. It really
doesn't matter who these kingdoms represent. It doesn't matter
who these kings are and who these kingdoms represent. There's just
one image. There's just one image. They
were all together. They were all made up of one image. And
each of these kingdoms had earthly kings, and they were all inhabitants
of the world. That's the main point. There's
just one image. And each king and each inhabitant
of these kingdoms all had one thing in common. They were all
men. They were all earthy. They were
all sinners. All of them. And this stone cut
out without hands broke this one image into pieces until it
was like chaff. But this stone cut out with hands
turned into a large mountain and filled the whole earth. Now
look here, here's the point, verse 44. And in the days of
these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom. That's what's being declared
here. The God of heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall
never be destroyed. And the kingdom shall not be
left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume
all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. For as much as
thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without
hands, and that it break in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay,
the silver, and the gold, The great God hath made known to
the king what shall come to pass hereafter, and the dream is certain,
and the interpretation thereof sure. If God will enable us to
hear this in the heart, in the new heart, in spirit, this is
going to be great comfort to you that know the Lord. And I
pray that the Lord will show us that Christ is that stone
cut out without hands. He is the king, that's what's
being declared. And he has a kingdom. And this
kingdom's not of this world. It is not of this world. In any
way, the king's not, and the kingdom is not. And this king
shall overcome every other kingdom in this world. And his kingdom
will grow like a great mountain. a stone cut out that grows into
a great mountain and fills the whole earth. And we belong to
this kingdom of heaven. You, who have been brought into
subjection to Christ the King, who trust Him as all your salvation,
you are the subjects, the members that make up this kingdom. A
kingdom is not just made up of the walls, a kingdom is the people. and we have Christ for our King,
and you that He's called are the members of His Kingdom. Now
let's get right into this and look at it. This stone, first
of all, the stone cut out without hands is the Lord Jesus Christ.
He's the King of the Kingdom. He's the King of Kings and Lord
of Lords. Now, in Genesis 49, 24, that's
what he's called. He's called the shepherd, the
stone of Israel. Well, there's a lot of scriptures,
you know, where Christ is the stone which the builders refused,
which has become the head of the corner. Christ is the foundation
stone. He's that stone laid by the Father,
the trident stone, the precious cornerstone, the sure foundation.
Now, in our text, he's called the stone cut out without hand. Now, whoever built a house and
you have some stone in your house, who here ever had stone just
be cut out of a mountain on its own without any man's hands doing
anything to cut that stone out? That never happened, has it?
You'd say that's a miracle, if a stone was cut out of a mountain
without hands. Well, Christ coming, the Son
of God coming and taking flesh was a miracle, and it did not
involve human hands. No sinner's hand had anything
to do with Christ Himself coming. It was absolutely a miracle.
And no sinner's hands could have anything to do with it. He came
to save His people. So he's got to be that holy,
harmless, undefiled, high priest that's separate from sinners.
And no man can have anything to do with his wondrous incarnation. It was by divine power. It was
by the invisible power of God. It was by the Spirit of God.
And no man had anything to do with his incarnation whatsoever. Hebrews 8.2, we see here the
stone cut out without hands. Without hands, that's something
you see throughout Scripture. Not made with hands, without
hands. This is what's, the phrases that
are used to describe our salvation all through Scripture. Hebrews
8, 2 speaks of Christ as the true tabernacle which the Lord
pitched and not man. Hebrews 9.11 says, Christ has
come, a high priest of good things to come by a greater and more
perfect tabernacle not made with hands. That is to say, not of
this building. He's the one that the temple
pictured. He's the one the tabernacle pictured.
And he's that one that's made without hands. He came, born
of a virgin, of the Holy Spirit, took the body God prepared for
him. And man had nothing to do with it. He told the Pharisees,
In John 8, 23, they came over to him questioning, you know,
and trying to exert their authority over him. And our Lord said,
you're from beneath. You're from beneath. I am from
above. You're of this world. I'm not
of this world. Truly, the Lord Jesus Christ
is not of this world. He came down from above. He came
down from above. He came down from heaven. He's
not of this world. John 3.31, John said, He that
cometh from above is above all. He that is of the earth is earthly. That's me and you, by nature. We're of the earth and we're
earthly. And we speak of the earth. But Christ is not of the
earth. He's from above. He came down.
Such a high priest became us. It was necessary. It was the
need that his people had. He had to be holy. He had to
be harmless. He had to be undefiled. He had
to be separate from sinners. And he came down from above.
Now, secondly, here's what I want you to see. He's the stone cut
out without hands. We're talking about his miraculous
birth as a man into this world. not of corrupt man, not of a
sinner. He's that holy child. He's the
Son of God come in human flesh. Now secondly, he had to be the
stone cut out without hands because he's the king that has come to
set up his kingdom. There in verse 44, it said, in
the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom
which shall never be destroyed. He's the God of heaven. And he
came down and took flesh to set up a kingdom that shall never
be destroyed. Now, as I said before, Christ's
people is his kingdom. You who he's called make up his
kingdom. The brethren he's called in New
Jersey are part of his kingdom. Brethren up in Lexington are
part of his kingdom. His people are the kingdom. But,
now be sure to get this, his kingdom is not of this world.
His kingdom is not of this world. Jesus answered in John 18, 36.
They brought him to Pilate, and Pilate asked him, he said, are
you king of the Jews? Well, indeed, he is king of the
Jews. He certainly is. But not like Pilate thought,
and not like carnal men think. But he said to Pilate, my kingdom
is not of this world. My kingdom's not of this world.
This world had nothing to do with establishing his kingdom.
You and me had nothing to do with establishing His kingdom,
and no other sinner had anything to do with establishing His kingdom.
His kingdom is not of this world. His people, who are His kingdom,
this is what He said of each of you born of His Spirit. This
is what He said. They are not of the world, even
as I am not of the world. Now you're going to have to have
some faith right here. Because me and you can't see
anything but What's earthy? With these carnal eyes, that's
all we can see. We're going to have to have faith to see what
he's saying. But how can that be? How can it be? By our first
birth, we're of the world. By our first birth, we're sinful
flesh. By our first birth, we're earthy. We're of that first man who's
earthy. And we're guilty before God's
law. So how can it be that we're not of the world? When I think
about this, God made the first man, Adam, out of the dust of
the earth. He's earthy. He made him out
of the dust of the earth. He breathed into him the breath
of life. But Adam sinned against God and became guilty and we
all became guilty in him. Everybody did. But not only that,
Adam died spiritually right then. And he began dying physically
right then. Sin equals death. And so he began dying. Well,
when you were conceived, you were conceived of corrupt seed,
and in your mother's womb, the moment you were alive, you began
to die. The moment you had life, you
began to die. We come forth from our mother's
womb, and yes, we grow up, you know, as from children to men
and women, but we're dying the whole time. And we're spiritually
dead. What that means is we do not
have the spirit to worship God. We do not have a new man in us
to worship God. And we can't make that spirit,
we can't make that new man, we can't do anything to have that
new man, that new spirit, to have faith, to have repentance.
We can't do a thing to get it. We're of the earth, we're earthy
by nature. That's all we are. Now, you can
get religion, And you can do a bunch of good works, but if
God doesn't do something for us, when a man dies, his body's
going back to the dust, and all those good works he did are going
to die with him, and then he's going to face God, and he's going
to face judgment, and he's going to be cast out and endure the
second death and damnation forever. That is what it is to be nothing
but a natural man. That is the beginning, the course
of it, and the end of it. We're of the earth earthy by
nature. So how is it that it's going to be said of us that we're
not of this earth? How are his people made to be
his kingdom and to be not of this world? Well, that stone
cut out without hands, he sets up his kingdom. He sets up his
kingdom by making his people entirely his new Creation. Now creation, when you read the
word new man that's created, that word created, the Greek
word is the same word that's used to describe the creation
of the world. It's created of God. He does it without the help
of man's hands. And His kingdom and His people
are not of this world because our Father, now get this, this
is where it all started. Our Father chose His people in
Christ before He ever made the world. Before the foundation
of the world He chose us in Christ. He formed His kingdom in Christ
our King in eternity before every day of the world. That's not
of this world, wouldn't you say? God knew us from the beginning,
chose us in Christ, blessed us with all spiritual blessings
in Christ before He ever made this world. You're not of this
world. You're not of this world. And
his kingdom is not of this world because Christ came and established
his kingdom unlike any other earthly king ever established
an earthly kingdom. Worldly kings come with great
fanfare and they come with conquering armies. Our king came as a lowly
infant in a manger. Worldly kings come riding into
the city on a great stallion and they come, you know, and
everybody He falls down, and our king came riding into Jerusalem
on an ass's colt, meek and lowly. Our Lord Jesus Christ, when he
walked this earth, he only wore one crown. He did wear a crown
when he walked this earth, but it was a crown of thorns. He
only held a scepter one time when he walked this earth, and
it was put in his hand by his enemies who mocked him in derision. He only wore a kingly robe one
time is when they put the purple robe on him and bowed down and
said, Hail King of the Jews. He was only exalted by this world
one time. That's when we nailed him to
a cross and exalted him up on that cross. But all of that was
how our king established his kingdom. That's not like any
man could do it or would do it. But our God's not like us. His
thoughts are not our thoughts. His ways are not our ways. Worldly
kingdoms are established in the blood of others. Our king established
his kingdom in his own blood. He came and laid down his life
for his people. He came and was made to see that
his people are, and bore the wrath of God that his people
deserve, and died the death that we deserve under the curse of
the law, and was buried in the grave, That's what our king did. That's how he established his
kingdom. He made us the righteousness of God in him. He made us to
be thoroughly, totally without sin before God. The law never
again being able to condemn us. The law now being our friend
that says we must be justified. We must be given life. We must
be saved eternally because justice demands it. That's what the Lord
Jesus Christ did. That's how he established his
kingdom. But did he stay in that grave?
Did he stay in that grave? Our Lord told him in John 2,
19, He said, you destroy this temple and in three days I'll
raise it up again. And they didn't know what He
meant. They said, well, this temple
was 46 years in the building and you're going to try to raise
it up in three days? He was talking about the temple
of his body. That time we're not going to
outbid it with hands. Now, they brought these false accusers
in In campus, it's the judgment hall, they brought them in and
they were up all night trying to find something to accuse him
with. And these false accusers came in and what they said, they
got the first part of it wrong. But they got the second part
of it right. They said this, we heard him say, I'll destroy
this temple that is made with hands. Well, that's not what
he said. Because he's talking about his body and it wasn't
made with hands. And they said, and he said, within three days
I'll build another made without hands. They got that part right.
Because that body made without hands came out of that grave
without the hands of a man as well. And what holy of holies
did he enter into? When he came out of that grave
and he ascended to the Father, what holy of holies did he enter
into? Christ has not entered into the
holy places made with hands. They're figures of the truth.
They're just pictures and types. He entered into heaven itself
now to appear in the presence of God for us. Are you seeing
that this kingdom is spiritual? Are you seeing that this kingdom
is not made with hands? Christ our King came down and
took a body not made with hands. The work he did to establish
his kingdom in righteousness was not of man's sinful hands.
He came out of the grave without man's hands. He went into the
holiest of holies, not made with hands. And He appears in front
before God, who is Spirit, representing His people, interceding for His
people. This kingdom is not made with
hands. You are not of this world. Nothing about this kingdom is
of this world. Well, but by our first birth
we're born of flesh, so we are flesh. We're of the world by
nature. We can't change that. But he
said his people are not of this world. But he was talking about
those that have been born again of the Spirit of God. He said, to Nicodemus, that which
is born of flesh is flesh. That part of you that's born
of flesh is of the world. It is flesh. But that's not the
you that's a member of the kingdom. That which is born of the Holy
Spirit is spirit. That's the you. That's the new
you. That's the true you created of
God without hands. That's the true you. God dwelleth
not in temples made with hands, neither is he worshipped with
men's hands. He said, The hour cometh and
now is when true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit
and in truth. For the Father seeketh such to
worship Him. God is a spirit, and they that
worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth." When
we're born the first time, this body that we have has a soul
in it. But we don't have the spirit
in which to worship God. We have to be born again. And
that birth's not of man's hands. That birth is not of this world.
That birth is from above. That birth is by the Spirit of
God coming down and entering into these bodies of death. That
birth is being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible,
by the Word of God. That living Word, that Word that
liveth, that Word that abideth forever. What do you think that
Word's going to create? It's going to create a new man
that liveth and abideth forever. The curse of this world's not
going to have any dimension over that new man. He's born of God. He's created of God. He's entirely
of God without the work of man's hands. In your new spirit, in
your new man, is where you worship God. We come into this place,
bodily exercise profits a little. We all have a body. And Christ
abides in our body. He and the new spirit within
you are one, inseparably one. That new man is created in His
righteousness and His holiness. We didn't do anything to make
us righteous and holy. It's all of Him. But if we worship
God, we're going to come in here, in our bodies, and sit down here.
But if that's not worshiping God, You're not worshiping God
just because you come into a church. That's what men think that are
just trying to have a form that they think God's going to receive
them because they just came here week in and week out and sang
along and listened to the preacher and tried their best to keep
their eyes open, but never heard a thing. That's not how you worship
God. If you worship God, it's going
to be God coming into yours and bearing witness with your spirit,
that new spirit He's put in you, and bringing you to see Him and
worship Him in spirit and in truth through faith. That's true
worship. That's not of this world. A preacher
can't produce it. We can't produce it, sitting
in a pew. That's all of God. God's the only one that can produce
that. This kingdom's not of this world. Truly, every member of Christ's
kingdom is otherworldly. That's really what holy means.
It means unlike anything on this earth. We didn't make ourselves
holy. He did. You've heard your pastor
say this many times. You know what the word Hebrew
means? You're Hebrews if you're born of him. He's the king of
the Jews if you're Hebrews if you're born of him. And the word
Hebrew means from beyond. You're from God. You're not of
this world. Well, Christ is indeed the King
of the Jews, but remember this, He's not a Jew which is one outwardly.
Neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh.
He's a Jew which is one inwardly. Circumcision is that of the heart,
in the spirit, not in a letter, whose praise is not of men, but
of God. In Christ, also, you're circumcised
with a circumcision made without hands in putting off the body
of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ. What
are the means he's going to use? If this whole thing is not a
man's hand, what's the means he's going to use then? He said,
if my kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight
that I should not be delivered. But my kingdom's not from this,
he said. So that means the weapons we're
going to use in this are not going to be carnal. They're not
going to be of this world. This is the word of the Lord
unto Zerubbabel, Zechariah 4, 6. He's talking about the temple
being built, picture of his kingdom being built, his church being
built. This is what the word of the Lord was to Zerubbabel.
It's going to be built, not by might, not by you and I, not
our might, not by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord."
That's how it's going to be built. That's how these children are
going to be born. Our weapon is the sword of the Spirit. The
sword of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit has forged out
a sword for us. And here it is. This is the sword
that the Spirit of God has made, right here. This is the sword
of the Spirit. And our one weapon in this in his establishment,
his kingdom, we're not protesting, we're not rioting in the streets,
we're not trying to put down earthly kings, we're not trying
to establish the church in the blood of martyrs. Christ told
Apostle Peter, put up your sword, Peter. Why not break the cup
my father given to me? This kingdom is established one
way. by the preaching of Christ and
crucified. And that's not even a man's hand.
God has to give the man the message and the spirit and the power
to even go and preach and then has to bless it to the hearts
of the people to make the people hear it. It's all of the Lord. The weapons are not carnal. And
the fact of the matter is our enemies are not carnal. We're
not wrestling against flesh and blood. We have enemies we can't
even see. Powers and principalities and
rulers of the darkness and high places. We can't even see the
enemies that we have. How are we going to defeat an
enemy we can't see? This gospel. The Spirit of God. Christ our King. That's how.
That's how. And we have this treasure in
earth and vessels that the excellency of the power might be of God
and not of us. The power in this weapon is Christ
our King. Now you that are chosen of God,
you that have been made righteous in the stone, not made with hands,
you that have been born from above, in your new spirit, you
are not of this world. Just the same as Christ is not
of this world. We understand Christ is not of
this world, don't we? We get that. He said, they are
not of this world, even as I am not of this world. you're a new creation created
of Christ alone. And you know, there's a lot of,
there's, you know, we have England to look to as a kingdom, and
you see the pomp of that kingdom, you know, when they have a great
event at the palace. I've been over there, and some
of you have been there, and you've seen the palace and all that,
and it's a lot of pomp involved. Do you know that the pomp and
the glory of this kingdom we're talking about, I'm talking about
you sitting right here right now, is even greater than England's? Because everybody in this kingdom,
you that he's called into this kingdom, you are a king and you
are a priest. You are a king-priest. You say,
well, I look around and I just see a bunch of poor people. I
don't see that. You can't see it with carnal eyes. It's a spiritual
kingdom. It's not of this world. We're
not robed in a physical robe. We're robed in the righteousness
of the Lord Jesus Christ. We're kings entering into this
spiritual kingdom. Priests entering into this holy
of holies that can't be touched with hands, that's not made with
hands, that can't even be known by a carnal man. And we're bowing
before our king who's seated in glory. Worship in our heavenly
Father, whose Spirit, and all by the Spirit of God. Do you
see this kingdom? I love this world. So, in His
kingdom, we're worshiping Him in spirit and in truth. Now,
we need to get this. And if you think, you know, you
look at these kings and priests and say, well, I don't see the
glory or the pomp in that. The Lord said we're joint. Heirs
with Christ. You're heirs of God. Everything
that belongs to God belongs to you. And join heirs with Christ. Everything that belongs to Christ
belongs to you. That's glory. That's great pomp. That's great
glory. More than this world ever knew. Now, this is what we need
to get. This means so much now, after
everything we've heard. We worship Him in spirit and
in truth. And this is the word of our Lord spoken through Paul.
The kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness
and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. We're so attached to this
earth, and we're so constantly looking at the things we can
see with our carnal eyes, and we're trying to make our salvation
based upon what we can see with these eyes, what we've done with
these hands, what we haven't done with these hands, what we've
eaten, what we haven't eaten, what laws we think we've kept,
we haven't kept. Let me give you something, and
I hope you get this. You have never kept the law of
God. I hadn't either. Now, relatively
speaking, you might be more obedient than your neighbor, but that
don't count with God. It's got to be perfect. Christ
is the only righteousness of His people. So what does this
mean this kingdom is not meat and drink? Well, the kingdom
of God is not in eating and drinking are not eating and drinking certain
things. It's not in outward carnal commandments. Have you ever noticed, Brother
Rex just read Galatians 3, have you ever noticed how often through
Galatians and in other scriptures that Paul refers to the law given
at Sinai as the weak and beggarly elements? He refers to it as
the elements of the world, as the rudiments of the world. There
was not a law given that could give life. That law was given
to show us our sin. That law was given to show us,
declare us guilty. It was given to declare our need
of Christ and to glorify him in type and figure. The kingdom
of God's righteousness, but it's not righteousness that we've
worked out. It's the righteousness of the
Lord Jesus Christ imputed to us through God-given faith. The
kingdom of God is peace. It's not peace we've made. It's
by Christ reconciling us to the Father and coming and making
us to be born again so that we reconcile to Him and bow to Him
now. The kingdom of God is joy. What
did Paul say? We're the circumcision who worship
in spirit and rejoice in who? Christ Jesus. He's our joy. We
joy in the Lord. And we have no confidence in
His flesh. Now, all of this is in the Holy
Ghost. It's all of the Spirit. It's
all spiritual. God's given us a new spirit,
created in righteousness and holiness of Christ. So the laws
of this kingdom are not of this world. The laws of this kingdom
are not of this world. Every king's got to have some
laws. We got some laws. Every man's going to either be
under the law of sin or under the law of our king. There's
just no doubt about that. That's how we want it. The laws
of this kingdom are not of this world. It's the law of faith.
Everything we do, we do trust in the Lord. Brother Rex just
read it. The law's not of faith. You can't try to come by the
carnal commandments. I know they're spiritual. They
reach to the heart. They declare we're guilty in our thoughts.
But you can't come to God in those commandments. You have
to believe on Christ. That's the only way we come to
God. We walk by faith. And the constraint is not law,
it's not legal. It's the love of Christ because
of what He's done for us. That's the rule we're under,
faith which works by love. The world's law says, do to others
as they do to you. If somebody offends you, you
just offend them right back. You get one over on them. The
law of this kingdom says, you do as you would that men should
do to you, do you also to them likewise. The world says, eye for an eye. The law of our king is, if your
enemy hunger, feed him. If he's thirsty, give him drink.
The world's rule is every man for himself. Our king's law is,
look not every man on his own things, but on the things of
others. We're looking out for one another. We're trying to
do what we can to help one another. Not because we're trying to be
accepted of God, because we are. The world drags one another to
an earthly judge. The opposes men have to show
up to court and testify, and they accuse and excuse, all because
they want vengeance. You and I have welcome access
to walk right into the throne room of our King, who is our
judge, who is also our advocate with the Father, who is also
our righteousness, who is our all, and we can come to Him,
and His throne is called a throne of grace. And we come there and
ask for mercy for our own self. We come there and ask for mercy
for our brethren. If a brother has offended you,
you can go and ask the Lord to have mercy on him. Or if you're
offended, Lord, have mercy on me. Don't let me be acting this
way. And you know what? Our King is
of such great power, He will make the subjects of His kingdom
to stand. That's what He'll do. The only
reason you're here right now Still believe in Him and trust
Him as He's made you stand. In Christ's kingdom, every believer
considers every other believer better than ourselves. Better
than ourselves. Now, we got this old man that's
nothing but earth. So we're going to have to be
constantly wrestling against him. And the only way you're
going to succeed in that is through the power of the Spirit. Through
the Spirit, we mortify the flesh. This kingdom is full of thanksgiving,
it's full of gratitude, it's full of love, it's full of devotion,
all the while confessing how poor and weak our deepest love
and our deepest gratitude is. Not anything as it should be
compared to what Christ has done for us. Now let me end. This
stone cut out without hands became a mountain that filled this whole
earth. It conquered all the other kingdoms. Well, Christ has conquered
every kingdom in this world. He's breaking them in pieces
right now. We're not having a fight against them. We're not having
a war against them. He's doing it through the preaching of the
gospel. He's calling his people out. Bringing them into this
kingdom. The gospel of this kingdom shall
be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations,
and then the end shall come. The kingdom's within you, he
said. That's that new man, that new spirit, one with Christ.
The kingdom's within you. He's not going to lose one he
redeemed. He's going to bring them all. He's going to bring that
stone. It's going to bring the headstone
crying, Grace, Grace unto it. It's going to be complete. Now,
you that are sitting here that don't believe on Christ, why
don't you? This is the fact. This is not it. This world's
not it. Everything in this world is going to melt with the fervent
heat. There is a kingdom that will never be destroyed. There
is a kingdom that is forever, and a king that's forever, and
a people that make up that kingdom that are forever. Why will you
die? Why not come and bow to this
king? Kiss his scepter right today and believe on him. And
you brethren that are born of Him, you're a member of this
Kingdom, He tells me and you, seek ye first the Kingdom of
God. These other things that we have
to do every day, our Heavenly Father knows we have need of
these things. He's going to provide them, but
He's saying even when you're having to do the everyday things
you have to do, always be seeking first the Kingdom of God and
His righteousness. He's preeminent. He's preeminent.
And here's what He tells us. You've not come to Mount Sinai,
this great mountain filled the whole earth. You've come to Mount
Zion. That's the mountain. And here's
what he said in Hebrews 12, 28. We receiving a kingdom which
cannot be moved, let us have grace whereby we may serve God
acceptably with reverence and godly fear. And what about when
you die? What about when you drop this
earthly part of you? We know if our earthly house
of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a
house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. Our King's going
to come again. He's going to raise these bodies
immortal. He's going to raise these bodies
to be perfectly one, just like the Spirit is. But you know,
when you die, when your body dies, the Scripture says nothing
about anything having to be done to that Spirit. Be with the Lord
right then. Because it's not made with hands. It's of Him. And that new body,
something's going to have to be done. It's going to have to
be created anew, just like the new Spirit is. But when it gets
done, it's all going to be the creation of Christ. and not a
man's hand had anything to do with it. And he's gonna get all
the glory. Colossians 1, 2, 12, turn there
with me real quick. Colossians 12, last scripture. Let us give, verse 12, Colossians
1, 12, let us give thanks unto the Father which hath made us
meet perfectly fit, right now where you sit, to be partakers
of the inheritance of the saints in light. In other words, right
now, you are as fit to enter into glory with Him as that thief
was on the cross when he believed the Lord and entered with Him
that day. He's made you fit to enter. And here's how he did
it. Who hath delivered us from the
power of darkness. It's past tense, you see. It's
already happened. And hath translated us into the
kingdom of his dear son, in whom we have redemption through his
blood, even the forgiveness of sin. Let's thank him. Thank him.
