It's all over but the shouting. You see, the trumpet shall sound. Dead in Christ shall rise. The
battle for man's soul has been won, and Emmanuel won it. True story, in World War II,
after World War II was over, after peace had been declared,
after the enemies had surrendered, an armistice and everything was
declared. It was over. But there were little
pockets of resistance here and there. There were Japanese hid
out in islands and men that were still fighting and they had to
go and tell them, hey, put your guns down. It's over. You're
fighting a losing battle here. It's over. There's some resistance, but
the battle is won for our soul. Psalm 71. David, we believe,
wrote this psalm because it speaks of the harp and the psaltery.
This is his story, the story of his life. He's telling in
this psalm or song. He's singing this once again.
I love to think about David out on the hillside, playing his
psaltery or his harp, and singing unto the Lord, nobody else around. Singing unto the Lord, and penning
these words as the Lord led him to do so. He's thinking about
his whole life, from birth to old age. I believe he may have
written this in old age. Tammy, I read this at your father's
funeral. Do you remember that? Dad asked
me to say some things and do the eulogy and read something.
I read this psalm. Her dad, George Brown,
loved the Lord, or rather, was loved by the Lord. Knew the truth
and loved it. Heard the gospel, believed, and
died gray-haired. The Lord took him home. Long time ago. Psalm 71. He says, In thee, O Lord, do
I put my trust. Let me never be put to confusion. In thee do I put my trust. Daniel
wrote in his prayer, or said in his prayer, Lord, righteousness
belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion effaces. He said that twice. O Lord, to
us belong Confusion of faces to our kings, our rulers, our
fathers. Why? They've rebelled against
God. Our world is in chaos and confusion. Confounded. Everyone is confounded. Meaning, we don't know what to
do. Why? You rebel against your Creator.
There's no peace. No rest. No confidence. No quiet. No answers to a rebel against
God. No. God said so. We'll do it.
But those that trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion. They're
not in confusion. Paul said we're in trouble, but
we're not in distress. It's not chaos to us. This is
my Father's world. And though the wrong seems all
so strong, God is the ruler yet. Right? We trust Him. We know
that He reigns and rules. We believe. If you have no God,
you have no hope. I mean no sovereign. No absolute
sovereign. You have no hope. None. And you're
in confusion. But not those who trust the Lord.
He's our God. Our Lord. We read that, didn't
we? King of kings. Lord of Lords. Let me never be put to confusion. And the only way we'll be put
to confusion is by listening to other voices. Do you hear me? Man's confused. Somebody said to Scott Richardson
one time, he said, you're contradicting yourself. The Bible contradicts
itself. You're confusing us. He said,
no, he was born confused. I'm not confusing you. That's
what Daniel said. Confusion belongs to us, but
righteousness unto Him. Verse 2, deliver me in thy righteousness. Cause me to escape. Escape what? Deliver from what? Well, flee
from the wrath to come. Escape. Our gods are consuming
fire. How will we not be consumed by
His holiness, by His justice, by His wrath? In Christ. And some of you know already
what that means. Christ our righteousness. I am the Lord, I change not.
Therefore, you sons of Jacob are not consumed. It is of the
Lord's mercies that we are not consumed. Where are His mercies?
In Christ. Deliver me. That I may escape
in Thy righteousness. Now, David says this five times. Thy righteousness. Thy righteousness. Thy righteousness. Thy righteousness. Thy righteousness. I've got five
points. The truth is in five points.
Thy righteousness is all five of them. Five times. These are five smooth stones
out of this brook, this river of truth that will slay the enmity,
that will slay the doubt, the fear. Thy righteousness. Now
listen carefully to it. Listen. Let us not think of this
as merely a doctrine. Doctrine won't save you. There
are many people who believe the doctrine they call imputed righteousness. Never written in the Bible like
that. Imputed righteousness. Righteousness imputed. There
are many, some, many that believe in imputed righteousness, that
don't know God, that don't know Christ, that are not saved. You
can believe in imputed righteousness and not be saved. You cannot
be saved and not know Christ, not know that Christ is your
righteousness. You cannot be. There are lots of Calvinists
that are lost. No Arminians are saved. What
I'm trying to say here is you can know doctrine and not know
the Lord. You can't know the Lord, though, and not know His
doctrine, not know the truth. Salvation is not a doctrine,
it's Jesus Christ, it's a person. Just replace the word righteousness
with Jehovah Sikhinah, a name. We're not saved by a doctrine,
we're saved by a person. The Lord, our righteousness.
He is our righteousness. He is made unto us righteousness. It doesn't say this is revealed
unto us. It says He is made unto us righteousness. Although He
is revealed in that. And I'm making myself clear.
David calls Him the God of my righteousness, doesn't he? Surely,
Isaiah said, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness
and strength. The righteousness of God. We
trust Him. We look to Him who is righteous. Who has made unto us righteousness.
I can't labor this point strongly enough. I can't make it clear
enough. And some that talk much of trusting
in the finished work of Jesus Christ. I would not make somebody
an offender for that work. Jesus Christ did finish the work.
But I'm not trusting in His work, I'm trusting in Him. You can't
trust in Him and not trust in His work. But you can say, I
believe in the blood and the book and the blessed hope, and
not know God. We need to trust the Lord, the
person. Brother Maurice Montgomery said,
you can't hug up to a doctrine. This is a person we trust. You
can't know Him without knowing His truth. But you can know these
truths and not know Him. I did as a young boy. I knew
these doctrines. I could argue them. I didn't
know God, didn't know Christ. But a person came one day. A person came. The Lord came
and wrestled with me. And then it all became very clear.
All this doctrine is not doctrine, it's Him. It's the God who elects. It's His covenant of grace. It's
His blood. It's His righteousness. And I don't want to diminish
the wonder of this, Thy righteousness caused me to escape." The righteous
Lord. You see, here's the thing. God is righteous. God is holy. We're not. How are we going to
be delivered? In His righteousness. But how
can God be just and justify me? Somebody. It's not a thing. It's a person. The Lord. Here
He comes, Isaiah said. Here He comes, the Lord our Righteousness.
Call His name, Jeremiah said, Jehovah Sidkenna, the Lord our
Righteousness. He's come. The Righteous One
of God, the Holy One of Israel came. Names written on His breast. Names written on His shoulder.
Engraved on the palms of His hand. He's us. We're in Him. It's a person. That's the best I can do with
that. He is going to deliver us because Jesus Christ is the
deliverer. Jesus Christ is our righteousness.
Alright? Cause me to escape. How is He
going to cause us to escape? He Himself leads captivity captive. He Himself. See, David is praying
to a person here. Isn't he? He is praying to a
person. Save me. Help me. Keep me. Deliver me. He's talking to a
person. He's not talking about a doctor. He's talking about
a person. Incline thine ear unto me and save me. Verse 3. Now, will God save one that calls
unto Him like this? Every time. Verse 3. Be my strong habitation whereunto
I may continually resort. Turn over a few pages to Psalm
91. Psalm 90 and 91. I can't get away from these two
Psalms and don't want to. I want to dwell here. If there
were only two chapters in the Bible, this would be enough. Be thou my continual, my strong
habitation where I may continually resort. Psalm 91, He that dwelleth
in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow
of the Almighty, I will say, of the Lord. He's my refuge,
my fortress, my God, in Him will I trust. See, underneath us are
the everlasting arms. We're in His hands. My continual,
my lifelong, and this is what David's going on to say, My habitation in whom I live
and move and have my being, whereunto I continually resort. That is,
I come to Him. I keep coming to Him. And I may continually. Thou hast
given, verse 3, commandment to save me. David pleads the Lord's
word, the Lord's sovereign edict, if you will. His command. You've
given commandment to save me. Like Job said, In Elihu, in that
prayer, deliver him from going down into the pit. I found a
ransom. Almighty love arrests that man. The Lord gave commandment. Go
fetch Mephibosheth. Bring him to me. Well, he's lame.
I know. Pick him up. Bring him to me. I was given commandment to save
me. Thou art my rock and my fortress. Do you know how many times? He
talks about the Lord being our rock and our fortress. When's
the last time you've had to flee to a cave for refuge? Anybody? No. David, all his life,
knew something about going to a high place where he can see
the enemy. Or in a cleft of a rock, we could
hide and be safe while the enemy went past, or the storms of life. He knew many times. He's talking about a person.
Rock of ages, cleft of man. How many times does it speak
of the Lord being our rock, our fortress, our refuge, a fortress? The Lord being our shield, our
hiding place? How many times? Psalm 4, Thou,
Lord, only makest me to dwell in safety. The Lord is a shield. He'll bless them with favor.
He'll be a shield around about them. Look at the next verse.
He said, Thou art my trust from my youth. Verse 5, My hope, O
Lord God, Thou art my trust from my youth. Verse 17, He said,
God, Thou hast taught me from my youth. That's why we believe
this was David who wrote it. He said, that has been my trust
from my youth. Oh my. Oh my. Lamentations 3 says this, it's
good for a young person to bear the yoke in his youth. Oh my. Lord God, put the yoke of Christ
on our young people. Wherewithal shall a young person
cleanse their way by taking heed thereunto according to the word
of the Lord. Oh Lord. Young people, call on the name
of the Lord. Paul reminded young Timothy of
his mother and grandmother, Lois and Eunice. And he thanked the
Lord that Lois and Eunice had Timothy under the sound of the
Word, he said, it was able to make him wise unto salvation.
There's nothing more important in this life. Nothing. And the Lord saved young Timothy
at an early age, and David. And David said, the Lord, you've
taught me from my youth. Taught me who you are, what I
am, my need of you, and your righteousness. And he praised
Him. It had been my hope, O Lord,
Thou hast been my trust from my youth. Verse 6, By Thee have
I been holding up from the womb. Thou art He that took me out
of my mother's bowels. You're the one that gave birth
to me. Gave life to me. The title, the story, is The
Lord, My Life, Our Life. In Him we live, and move, and
have our being. The God in whose hands our breath is. He gave it, and
He gave you life. When you die, it's when He takes
it. Right? Right? Let me hear you say, right. The
God in whose hands our breath is. You gave me life. Life is
breath. Heartbeat. And I won't die until
you take it, until He takes it and stops His heart. There are no life support instruments. Do you hear me? When you die,
nothing, when the Lord takes your life, nothing can support
it. But this, how to support us in
life, in sickness, health, He's our life. He gave me life and
you're going to take it when it's time. The bounds are set. The number of our months are
with the Lord. Cannot pass. Go to sleep. Trust in the Lord. How many times do we have to
read this? You took me out of my mother's
bowels. My praise shall be continually of Thee. From the womb you have
watched over me. And he goes on to talk about
old age. Verse 7. He said, I am a wonder
unto many. Brother John just told me, John
Davis, he said, I was a preemie. John said he was born in two
months. He weighed two pounds. He weighed
two pounds. Have you ever seen a two pound
baby? Amazing. By the way, a baby is
a baby as soon as that heart starts beating in the womb, right? Well, anyway, he said he was
two pounds and they didn't expect him to live. Well, there he sits. Who did that? The hospital, the
life support machine. The Lord did. The Lord did. It's a wonder. But there's a
greater wonder than that. Can I say it, Ted? This is your
story. It's my story. Lived 40-some
years. Didn't know the Lord. Shaking his fist in the face
of God, didn't he? That was me. Shaking his fist
in the face of the God who gave him breath and gave him life,
40-some years old, like Moses. But God, rich in mercy, chose
him. And one day, gave him life. Quickened him. Gave him new birth.
Born of God. From the womb of the morning.
From death unto life. From darkness to light. Oh, He's
a wonder. And He's a wonder now to many
that don't know this Lord. And I'm a wonder. And you're
a wonder. I'm a wonder to myself. Aren't you? I'm a wonder to myself.
Isn't it a wonder that we're still here? Why are we still
here? Because of our wonderful Lord.
Because of His mercy. Thou art my strong refuge. Let my mouth, verse 8, be filled
with Thy praise and Thy honor all the day." You know, the Lord talks about
the world being their mouth full of cursing and bitterness, and
I hang my head in shame because I do that sometimes. Don't you? At the end, the Lord convicts
me of it. And I think, what have I got to murmur about? What have
I got to complain about? And it's little things. Little
things. I was washing the car a little
bit this morning. Bugs off of it. That hose that
Mindy loves so much. That coiled hose. I hate that
thing. The coiled up hose. She loves it. I hate it! And
it got right around my leg and I... And I come, I say, this is the
Lord's Day. Are you going to be over a hose?
What's wrong with you? Let my mouth be full of praise
and honor and glory all day long. Let nothing but praise and honor
come out of this mouth. Why? Because it's the Lord's
mercy that I'm not in hell right now. I'll be thankful I've got
a water hose. I'll be a bad one. Be glad there's
water coming out of the hose. I got a car to wash. One time,
my truck broke down in front of the post office at a very
inopportune time. My truck broke down. And I sat
there, what am I going to do? What am I going to do? Well,
I got out a piece of paper and started writing things down.
Why I should be thankful. Number one, I got a truck. It's
not running right now. But I got a truck, and lots of
people don't have one. And none of our brethren in those
villages in Mexico have a truck. They might have a bicycle. That's
it. They don't have air conditioning. And they got sandals, and they're
living on dirt roads and 100 and some degree heat. Boy, do
I have a lot to be thankful for. I thought I got a truck. Well,
Stephen, I knew what was wrong with it. I knew. I wrote down,
I'm thankful I know how to fix it. I can fix it. I don't have
to. Sent it to a mechanic who was
going to charge me an arm and a leg. I was thankful for that. Well,
I had a little card in my wallet. It wasn't triple A, but it's
good Sam. I'd just call up and he'd come
and he did. He came and got me. I told the
truck, I'm thankful I got that. I'm thankful I got a truck. I'm
thankful I got a home. I'm thankful this. I'm thankful
that. I thought of a hundred things I could be thankful for.
It's just a minor inconvenience. And I'm thankful that it happened,
that it made me stop and think of all I need to be thankful
for. Let my mouth be filled with thy
praise all day long. Because all day long, and into
the night, and all night long, and the next day, God is my refuge,
my provider, my protector, my salvation, my life, my hope. I'm sure an ungrateful person.
Read on. He says, verse 9, cast me not
off in a time of old age, forsake me not on my strength failing.
Oh my! We go from weakness in the womb
to weakness at old age, don't we? It's sad. It's sad, isn't it? The older
you get, the weaker you get. So sad. I never thought, I never thought I'd see my dad
like that. Did you Matt? I never thought I'd see that
man that I, just such a rock. I never thought I'd see him like
that. We're all going to get like that. If we live long enough,
we're all going to get long death. What's your hope? When your mind is gone, When
your mind is gone, the older you get, the more feeble-minded
you become. What is your hope? It ain't a what, it's a person. The Lord is my refuge. You see
why it's vital that we know Him now. He that blesseth himself
in the earth, blesseth himself in the God of truth. You will
be blessed beyond blessing. The blessing of all blessings.
is when the Lord comes to you through the truth and says, I'm
your God. I'm your Lord. I'm your Savior
from here on out. I always have been, but from
here on out, you're going to know it. And even when you're
so old you can't remember anybody's name, I'm your God. To old age,
to hoary hairs, he said in Isaiah 46, I will carry you. I gave
birth to you, and I will carry you. Cast me not off in the time
of old age. Would he? Could he? Oh, no. It's not possible. Forsake me
not, and my strength fail. Verse 10, my enemies speak against
me. They that lay wait for my soul take counsel together. They
say, God has forsaken him. Persecute him, take him, and
nothing's going to help him. He's easy. I've got him. I remember when I was a boy,
you know, my dad was in his forties. prime strength and all that.
He was a pretty imposing man at the time. And he was pretty
stern all the time. I know now why. But some people
were harassing my sister. Oooh. I saw something come over
him and I thought, I don't want to be the object of that. I don't want to be the object
of his wrath. But He made it very plain. You touch the apple
of my eye, you're going to deal with me. Well, that's our God. He loves His children infinitely
more than we love our own. And we have many enemies, and
He knows it. And He sent them. But they're in His hands. They're
under His absolute control. And no matter who or what says
what against you, take Him. No. We belong to the Lord. You
can't have Him. He's our deliverer. Look at verse
12. Oh God, be not far from me. Oh my God, make haste to help
me. Be not far from me. I love my children as much or more
than anybody. Our daughter used to take her
swimming at the lake I always had a little bit of a fear of
the lake. You know, the water is dark, especially out where
it's overhead. We taught her to swim at an early
age, which is a wise thing to do. And now, our granddaughters,
and we're doing just that right now. We're out at the lake, camping,
and we go swimming. And they will tell you that I
will not let them out of my reach. Don't I? Papa, are we going to
go out? Not without me, you're not. But
we can swim good. Maybe. But that water's deep,
and it's dark, and if you go under, I'm not able to see you.
I'm going to be right by your side. So if you go under and
can't come up, I'm going to pull you up. Do you hear me? That this world
is a deep and a dark place. The waters of sin and troubles
and trials and tribulations, He said, the waters shall not
overflow you. Why? Because His arms are not
short. He's near us. And we go under and we say, they're
over my head. What does He do? How many times? Reach down. Close up. How near is He? Be not far from
me. He never is. He never will. 49, I believe it is, he said, for
a little while I forsook you. Just for a little while. You
thought I'd forsaken you, but no, I was right there all along.
But these are like the waters of Noah. It's not going to overflow
you. You're in an ark. Be not far
from me. David says, hurry. How many times
does he say hurry? Hurry. Hurry. Help me. I'm going down. I'm going down.
And he pulls us out. Verse 13, let them be confounded
and consume their adversaries to my soul. They are, he ends
this by saying, they are brought unto shame. They are confounded.
The last verse. Those that seek my hurt. Verse
14, I will hope continually and yet praise thee more and more.
I will hope. We go through times when it seems
hopeless. But like David said in Psalm 42, Why art thou cast
down within me, O my soul? Hoping God. I'll yet praise Him. Even though you get so far down,
and so seemingly hopeless, and so in despair, and the waters
are so deep and so dark, and you don't know how you're going
to get out, and you cry to the Lord to help you, and hurry on
sinking, He will. He has. He has. He will. He shall. Every time. He will not let you
go down. And hope thou in God. I'll hope
continually and praise thee more and more. Verse 15, My mouth
shall show forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day.
I can't count the blessings, the number of times that you've
saved me. That's what he said. I can't
count the number of times that you've watched over me. I look back. I'm not young anymore.
And I look back on my life and see all the countless times that
the Lord watched over me. That at the time, I didn't give
it a thought. And I'm certainly not bragging on this. I'm bragging
on the Lord here. That when I was 18 years old,
I fell 60 feet and landed on my back on concrete. and got up and walked to the
ambulance. So I was laid up a while. I'm not a vegetable. I'm not
a quadriplegic. I'm still alive. And at the time,
I didn't know the Lord. Did not know Him. A rebel. God
did that. Is it means of bringing me back?
Back home like the prodigal? To hear the gospel? I'm a wanderer. My mouth shall
show thy righteousness, thy salvation all the day. I can't tell the
numbers. Verse 16, I'll go in the strength of the Lord God.
I will make mention of thy righteousness and thine only. David said, I
will. I will. I will. I will. You will what,
David? I'll praise Him. I'll honor Him. I'll worship
Him. Let others boast of free will.
Let us boast of free grace. Alright? That's what we will
do. By God's grace, we will show forth His righteousness. He goes
on to say, Lord, let me live just long enough to tell others
about it. I'll go in the strength of the
Lord God. He is my strength. He is my life.
Verse 17, O God, You've taught me from my youth. You've taught
me. Hitherto have I declared Thy
wondrous works, the greatest of which is salvation. Now, verse
18, also, Now that I am old and gray-headed. I bet there was a time David
thought he'd never get old. He was 18, 16 or 18 out there
fighting Goliath. Full of him and vigor and he's
virile and strong. What's wrong with you all? Come
on now, let's go here. And now he's an old man. And there's times he's afraid. He's
afraid. He doesn't have any strength.
And he's ashamed of his weakness. He's ashamed of his lack of faith
and all that. And here he says, Lord, You won't forsake me now,
will You? No. No. He won't. Another psalm is at 37. He said,
I've been young and now I'm old. I've never seen the righteous
forsaken. Or his seed begging bread? Not one time. Oh, no,
not when you're old and gray-headed. Oh, no. He's carried you from
your womb. He'll carry you until then. Oh,
Lord, until I've showed Thy strength unto this generation and Thy
power to everyone that is to come. David, what's your hope? God. David, what's your trust? The Lord, my God. David, what
is your salvation? The Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord,
my righteous. David, what's your strength?
The Lord is. David, what power do you have? None. The Lord is
my power. David, where do you get your
comfort? In the Lord. What's your wisdom, David? The
Lord. Verse 19, Thy righteousness also, God, is very high. Who
has done great things? Oh God, who's like unto Thee?
Not a question, it's a statement. Very high. He said in Isaiah
55, higher than the heavens. Who's like unto Thee? None. No
God like our God. And His righteousness so high,
His mercy higher than the heavens. Great for them that fear Him
and hope in Him. Read on with me and I'll close.
He says, You've showed me great and sore troubles. All the troubles that we have,
all the trials, all the tribulations, many that we can attribute to much of our
foolishness and our sin, but the fact of the matter is, it
was the Lord. It's the Lord. Here's what Psalm
90, here's what Moses said, He said, make us glad according
to the days you afflicted us, the years we've seen evil. Make
us glad. Make us see that whom the Lord
loveth, He chastens them. Make us glad. Make us see that
the Lord sends trials to His people and tribulations and troubles
while they're in this earth and never lets up because He's showing
them you're not of this world. Showing them who holds them up.
Showing them whom to look to and to trust in. Showing them
who protects them, who keeps them, who reaches down and picks
them up, who it is that provides for them. Showing them. Making them, weaning them from
this world. You've showed me sore and great
troubles and He's brought us out of all of them. He shall,
verse 20, quicken me again. And again, He shall bring me
up again from the depths of the earth." When we're old, gray-headed,
and finally breathe our last breath, God takes it. He takes
it. All souls are mine, He says.
I kill. And I make a life. And we lay that body down. They
lay our bodies in that tomb. We're not there. We're with the
Lord. Listen to this. Don Fortner wrote
this. They read it at his burial. When I breathe my final breath
and drop this robe of flesh and death, when my appointed work
is done, my allotted time is gone, don't stand around my grave
and cry, I'll not be there. I did not die. My Savior came
to call me home. I am with Him. In heaven I have
gone. Now I am free from sin and pain, and glorified with
Him I reign. Do not stand around my grave
and cry, I am glorified. I did not die. Seated with the
Lord on His throne, glorified by what He has done, I am a trophy
of His grace. Rejoicing, I am beholding His
face. Do not stand around my grave and cry, I am with Christ. I did not die. My body lies beneath
the clay until the resurrection day, and that day when Christ
comes again, body and soul will unite again. Don't stand around
my grave and cry, rejoice with me. I did not die. And I don't
know when we're going to get through our heads and our minds
that whatever it is that kills us, sends us to God. No more
pain. No more suffering. No more sorrow. We ought to say, Lord, hasten
it. Hurry! Why do we want to stay in this
God-forsaken place? Because we're weak, that's why.
Because we're flesh, and He knows that. I'm glad He knows our praying.
And when the time comes, it's His time. And a day of one's
death is better than a day of our birth. Do you believe God?
That's what He said. And you'll increase my greatness.
What's that name? Verse 21. You'll increase my
greatness. It does not yet appear what we shall be. Be abloved
now, we're the sons of God. It does not yet appear that.
And great, you know, great. I'm a great sinner. And the Lord
showed me great salvation, and great mercy, and great grace,
and a great pardon. And this is a great message we're
hearing of a great God, and so great a salvation by commandment.
And here we sit, great things we've heard, great things He
has done. He's going to increase that. It's going to get better. I promise you. This is people
with a stammering lip you're hearing now. Next person, like
Virgie. She doesn't want to hear any
more bad preaching. Earlene, she didn't want to hear
any more bad preaching. Is she talking about me? Maybe. But the next voice she heard
was, Jesus Christ! Virgin! Come home, honey! You're home! I wish it had been
sooner. Increase my greatness. We're a greatly blessed people
right now. Greatly blessed. Greatly blessed. We ought to
be singing His honor and glory all day long of what great salvation
He's done for us. Oh, but it's going to increase.
Great. Comfort me on every side. I'll
praise Thee with a psaltery. David said, he's ending this
psalm, I'm just going to, give me something to play. I'm going
to play it. to him, and softly thy truth,
and, my God, I'll sing with the harp, O thou holy one of Israel,
my lips, O let my lips greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee,
my soul which thou hast redeemed. My tongue shall talk of thy righteousness
all the day long. They are confounded. Yes, they
are. I am not, though. Bless God.
They are brought to shame. Let's seek my heart. Why? Because the Lord is Lord, and
He is our trust. Amen. Thank you. Thank you for
requesting this. Okay, let's sing a closing hymn.
What number? 497.
