A slow man on trees, a lamb weeping,
moaning, moaning. But I will, but I will not be
your lamb to be stolen. All right. Second Chronicles. Second Chronicles. We could probably should have
named this the tale of three prophets. three men who spoke and prophesied
before King Jehoshaphat. But the prophecy of the man in
chapter 20 is the one that we're going to dwell on tonight. We
dwelled on Micaiah in chapter 18, and tonight we'll dwell on
the prophet in chapter 20, Jehaziel. All right, you may remember I
said that Jehoshaphat was a great, great grandson of Solomon. And
you remember over in chapter 18, the last couple of verses,
last few verses, the Lord protected Jehoshaphat. Remember? He was... Syrians came after him. And look at verse 31, chapter
18. came to pass, the captains of
the chariot saw Jehoshaphat. They said, it's the king of Israel.
They thought it was Ahab. They came after him, the whole
army. And they compassed about him. They circled him. And Jehoshaphat
cried out. And the Lord helped him. He cried
unto the Lord. And God moved the whole army. And not fire one arrow at him. Like we noted, one arrow was
fired, wasn't it? It was shot. The Lord helped him. Why? We just read Solomon's prayer
in which Solomon said, Lord, you've made a covenant. with
my father David, and you promise there won't, but there'll always
be a man on the throne of Israel." Jehoshaphat was immortal. He
was on the throne. He was Solomon's great-grandson,
the man on the throne, God's man. And nothing could harm him
because of this covenant that God made with David, all right?
Even so, all of God's sovereign saving grace is for His elect,
for His chosen, all those who He gave to His Son, the Son of
David, in a covenant of grace before the world began. And no
one, David's psalm said a thousand
should fall at thy side and ten thousand at thy right hand. It
will not come by day. Why? He's going to see his seed. He's going to see his seed. And so he promised in a covenant
to establish Christ's throne forever and his seed after him. And God saves and keeps us the
same way. How did God save Jehoshaphat? How did God save Jehoshaphat?
You remember Jehoshaphat allied himself with Ahab. Jehoshaphat
was in a bad way, wasn't he? If you had just met him then,
you wouldn't think he was a child of God at all. Well, then how
did God save Jehoshaphat? He sent a prophet. He sent a
man with a message, and Jehoshaphat heard it, and the fear of the
Lord was established in him. Look at chapter 19 now. Chapter
19. Now, this is after Ahab died
and the armies returned back to Judah and Jerusalem. Verse
1 says, Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, returned to his house. Could not help but think about
the verse, Mark, the perfect man. Behold, the upright, the
end of that man is peace. Peace. The end of every believer.
Peace. Eternal peace. I'm going to go
to that New Jerusalem. There will always be peace. But transgressions, the next
verse in Psalm 37 says, but the transgressions shall be destroyed,
all of them together. The end of the wicked shall be
cut off. Ahab was cut off. Looked like everybody was against,
everybody was against Jehoshaphat. The whole world was charging
at him, didn't take one shot at him. Ahab thought, I'm clear,
ain't nobody can get me now. One little error here. See the sovereign God and on
behalf of His elect? All right. A perfect man, peace. A righteous, peace. And we're
going to see why. Because the battle's not ours. All right. Verse 2. There's a
fellow named Jayhue. Jehu, son of Hanana, seer, went
out to meet. He came to meet Jehoshaphat when
he was coming back from the battle. And he said to King Jehoshaphat,
and here's the first thing he said to him. And it wasn't nice. It wasn't, oh, you've served
the Lord well and the Lord loves you. That wasn't Micaiah's message
either. Look at it, verse 2. He came
out to Jehoshaphat and said, Shouldest thou help the ungodly
and love them that hate the Lord, therefore is wrath upon thee
from before the Lord. You've been joined up with Ahab,
whom I hate, whom the Lord hates. Now, that sure is on our minds
of late in our study of Revelation, isn't it? Jehu was 60 or 70 years old, this
man. This wasn't a young fellow. This
was an old prophet. Jehu prophesied against Ahab's
father. He prophesied against Ahab's
father. He was a brave man, J.D. Sixty
or seventy years old, and he said, he pointed his finger,
they say you're not supposed to point your finger. They say
that's one rule in public speaking, don't point your finger. Well,
the old prophets didn't learn good public speaking. He pointed
his finger at Joseph Patton and said, should you love them that
hate God? That's why all this trouble is on me. The evil communications
corrupt good men. There's a rebuke. And what does this tell us about
how we're to feel, how we're to think about those who hate
the truth? Now, I'm talking about these
false preachers. Ahab represents the ruler. Over
in 1 John 5, listen to this. It says, there's a sin which
is unto death, and I say, I do not say that you should pray
for it. We're told to pray for our enemy, love them that despitefully
use us. But David said in Psalm 139,
Do not I hate them that hate thee. Yea, I hate them with a
perfect hatred. I consider them my enemy, thine
enemy. And so that's the sense here, isn't
it? And you remember over in the
Revelation where the Lord was the intolerance of the early
church. You remember? All right. He said, The wrath of God is
on you. The wrath of God abides on the
ungodly, and if you join up, if we join up with them and side
up with them and run with them, God will fall on us too. Right? We'll be where God's wrath is.
We're going to be under it. That's what he said. All right.
Nevertheless, verse 3, nevertheless, he said, now here's the good
news. You see, God's word, Joe, doesn't
come first of all love and peace and good news, and it's a rebuke,
isn't it? That's what he told young Timothy.
All the word of God is possible for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction. All right, and verse 3, nevertheless,
Jehu said to Jehoshaphat, there are good things found in thee.
Now, is he saying that nevertheless,
you're a good man, there's still some good in you? No, there's
none good. God's Word is not contradictory.
This is what Paul told Timothy in 2 Timothy 1, verse 14, that
good thing which was committed unto you. Remember that? That good thing. A good thing's
in you. Here it is. Here's the good thing
that was delivered unto you, unto us, unto Jehoshaphat. Same
thing. Verse 3, You've taken away the
groves out of the land, and preparest thine heart to seek God. He's
forsaken idolatry to serve the true and living God. And it's exactly what Paul wrote
to the Thessalonians when he said, Know him, brethren, beloved
of the Lord, your election of God, for our gospel came to you.
And later he said, Because you've turned from your idols to serve
the true and living God. Good things come to you. Good
gospels come to you. Micaiah came with the gospel.
Jehoshaphat heard it. He struck fear in Jehoshaphat's
heart and created faith for the true and living God in him. And
as soon as he got home, he started Tearing up his idols. Look at
verse 4. It brought him to repentance.
This is the goodness of God that led him to repentance. Verse
4. Jehoshaphat dwelt at Jerusalem. He went out again through the
people from Beersheba to Mount Ephraim, all through the land,
brought them back unto the Lord God of their father. He set judges
in the land. And here's what he said to them.
Here's his counsel to them. Verse 6, Take ye what you do. You judge not for man, but for
the Lord. You work for the Lord. You're not working for me like
Ahab's boys. You're working for the Lord who
is with you in judgment. Wherefore now let the fear of
the Lord be upon you. Fear God. Take heed and do it. Fear God. Don't even fear me,
Jehoshaphat said. Fear God. That way a man will tell the
truth, homie. But be sure and tell the people
the truth and judge righteous judgment, homie. I look at these
three things he says about God. This is wonderful. There's no
iniquity with the Lord. Oh, the judge of all the earth,
he's right in all things. And with the Lord, our God, there's
no respect to persons. No respect to persons. That means
he's not looking at anybody to see who's a good boy and who's
a... There's no respect to persons. He respects one, his son. Lastly, no taking of gifts. You
can't bribe God. Jehoshaphat knows something,
doesn't he? He sure does. A righteous God,
no respect the person, you can't bribe him. You can't make a deal
with God. Verse 8, Moreover in Jerusalem
did Jehoshaphat sit, Now he's going to set preachers up, the
right ones, Levites. Going to make sure. Levites, the priests,
the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment of the Lord
and for the controversies when they returned to Jerusalem. And
he charged them. Now here's his charge to them
saying, verse 9, Thus shall you do in the fear of the Lord. Faithfully, from the heart. Don't do anything for filthy
lucre or out of constraint, but do it out of fear of the God
and from the heart. And, all right, verse 10. And he says, What cause to ever
shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in your city between
blood and blood? It doesn't matter. between kinfolk, between law
and commandment, statute and judgment, and warned them that
they trespass not against the Lord. The wrath come upon you,
upon your brethren. If this do, you shall not trespass. In verse 11, he set up one fellow
as the head, the chief priest, Amariah, in all the matters of
the Lord. And he said, Deal courageously,
and the Lord shall be with you. All right, now chapter 20. All
right, now, Jehoshaphat has brought his people back to worshiping
God in spirit, rejoicing in Christ Jesus. No fear of man, no confidence
in the flesh. True worship. Now there's true
worship in the land. Because there's true preachers.
There's a true king on the throne. And the truth is throughout the
land. So their troubles are over. Right? Their troubles are over. God's with them. So now who can
and what can we accuse them of? Well, everybody. was against them now. Look at
verse 1 of chapter 20. All right? Chapter 20. Everybody
was against them now. Verse 1. It came to pass after
this also the children of Moab and the children of Ammon with
them other beside them, and I came against Jehoshaphat. About everybody
got together now against Jehoshaphat and the children of Israel. Well, God's with them now, yes. And who can be against them?
Well, everybody is, but none will conquer. None will lead
them captive. None will rule over them. They will not. All right, verse
2, it says, this great multitude, became a great multitude. Became
some, told Jehoshaphat, saying, there cometh a great multitude
against thee from beyond the sea on this side of Syria. Behold,
they be in Hazazan-Tamar, which is in En-Gedi. Everywhere, all
around us, the whole world is against us. The whole world is against us. What have we done? You know,
we've done the right thing now, haven't we? Serving the true
and living God. Now the whole world's against
us. Yeah, and that's why. So it is with every child of
God who worships the true God. The whole world is against us.
And many more of them than us. John said, We're of God, and
the whole world lies against us. Remember that? And they're against us. Our Lord
said, Marvel not, brethren, if the whole world hates you. But now wait a minute. And like Elijah's servant, he
finally saw that, really, they that be with us are more than
they that be against us. But it sure looks bad for Jehoshaphat
and the folks down there. Look at verse 3 and 4. And Jehoshaphat
feared. He's just a man. He was afraid.
Wouldn't you be? Sure you would. Elijah was afraid
of Jezebel. He stood in front of 850 prophets,
but one woman scorned, made him run. She said, I'm going
to kill you. Well, that's another story. But verse 4 and 5, Judah gathered
themselves together, the host of that fear, verse 3. He feared
and sent himself. What did he do? Sent himself
to seek the Lord. And everybody else proclaimed
the fast throughout all Judah. Judah gathered themselves together
to ask help of the Lord. Even out of all the cities of
Judah, they came to seek the Lord. Now, here's a gathering. You remember that first gathering
over there in chapter 18? Remember when Jehoshaphat, he
was out of sorts, and Ahab, they said, well, we better seek the
Lord to know whether or not we ought to go up or not. And so
what they do, the Lord had them a big hoe now. And everybody
that wanted to preach could preach, you know. Remember that? Anybody
that had anything to say could say it, and they all said it
at the same time. Now, here's a real meeting. Here's a true
meeting of God's people. Here's a gathering of God's people,
of people seeking the Lord, calling on God in prayer. All they do
in this meeting is pray, and one fellow stands up to preach. They start praying. And God sent
a message by one man, and it was good news. It was good news. Just what they needed to hear.
Just what they needed to hear. One man is going to preach. All
right, look at Jehoshaphat's prayer. This is wonderful. This
is wonderful. Wonderful, sweet, sweet, sweet,
sweet. All right, verse 5, Jehoshaphat
stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem in the house
of the Lord before the new court and said, O Lord God of our fathers,
art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all
the kingdoms of the heathen? And in thine hand is there not
power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?" Oh, I immediately thought of
Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom
come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Same thing,
same thing, isn't it? Art not thou our God? who didst drive out the inhabitants
of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the
seed of Abraham thy friend forever." And they dwelt therein, and it
built thee a sanctuary. Therein, why did they bid for
thy name? Saying, and he recalls Solomon's
prayer, If when evil cometh upon us as the sword, judgment, pestilence,
famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, thy
name is in this house, and cry unto thee in our affliction,
then thou wilt hear and tell." He's pleading God's promise,
God's Word. All he's doing is repeating back
God's Word, praising God and repeating His Word. God will answer that prayer.
And now, verse 10, Behold the children of Ammon and Moab and
Mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade when they
came out of the land of Egypt. They turned from them and destroyed
them not. Behold, I say, how they reward
us. to come to cast us out of thy
possession, which thou hast given us to inherit. O our God, wilt
thou not judge them? We have no might against this
great company that cometh against us. Neither know we what to do,
but our eyes are upon thee." And this verse here will make
you cry. Verse 13, And all Judah stood
before the LORD with their little ones. Got their little ones all together. We can't do that. But you're our God, and we're
looking to you. Oh my, isn't that wonderful?
Wonderful. Stood before the Lord with the
little ones. Here we are with our little ones. We can't do anything for our
little ones, let alone ourselves. Our eyes are on them. Isn't that wonderful? The Word of the Lord came. How?
An audible voice from heaven? No. He raised up a man in the
midst of the people. Verse 14, Then upon Jehaziel,
Jehaziel, son of Zechariah, not the prophet, but another, son
of Benaiah, son of G-I-L, son of Metaniah, a Levite, the sons
of Asaph, came the Spirit of the Lord." This is the congregation. God's Word. You see, Jehoshaphat
is going to hear the gospel two or three times. He heard it from
Micaiah. Micaiah, he's going to hear it
from two or three faithful witnesses, two or three prophets. Men in whom the Spirit of the
Lord dwells. Men in whom the name of God is. Literally. Micaiah meant who
is like Jehovah. Jehu means, Jehovah is He. Jehaziel means, Jehovah sees
me. Well, these are men not like
Ahab's prophets who deal deceitfully, corrupt the Word of God, but
true men in sincerity, as of God, in the sight of God, who
speak of Christ. Here's Jehaziel's message. Spirit
of God came on him, and verse 15, here's his message, five-minute
sermon, two-minute sermon. Verse 15, Jehaziel said, Hearken,
or hear ye all Judah, ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou King Jehoshaphat. Thus saith the Lord unto you,
Be not afraid, nor dismayed, by reason of this great multitude. The battle is not yours, but
God's." Fear not. The battle is not yours. Read on. Tomorrow go ye down
against them. Go on. Face them. Behold, they
come up by the cliff of Ziz. You shall find them at the end
of the brook, before the wilderness of Jerusalem. But you shall not
need to fight in this battle. Set yourself. Go out to meet
them, but just set yourself. Stand you still and see the salvation
of the Lord with you. O Judah and Jerusalem, fear not,
nor be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them.
for the Lord will be with you. Fear not. And so it is. Every believer
is in a struggle. Every believer is in a battle.
Every believer is in a warfare, but it's not with flesh. Paul
said, We wrestle not with flesh and blood, but with principalities,
powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness
in high places. And we're no match for them.
And we cry out just like these people did. We have no might. We have no might. Neither do
we know what to do. Our eyes are upon them. Our eyes
are upon His Son. Eyes are upon the tabernacle
of God that dwell among men. We call unto God in the name
of that tabernacle, Jesus Christ the Lord, to hear us and save
us from our injuries. And we wrestle not with flesh
and blood. We wrestle with sin, Satan, self, the world of temptation,
but war is in the soul. It's a war. If you don't know anything about
this war, you're not among the children of Israel. It's a war
in the soul. And did we in our own strength
confide, our striving would be losing.
We're not the right man on our side, the man of God's own choosing. My favorite hymn. Thus ask who
that may be. Why? Christ Jesus. It is He. Lord Sabbath is His name. From age to age, the same. And He must win the battle. And Martin Luther wrote in another
verse, he said, one little word will fail Him. Do you worry about Satan? One
little error The Lord can finish this battle
with one arrow. You don't need to fight. The
Lord will have them kill each other. That's exactly what they did. Look at verse sixteen and chapter
twenty. Go down, he said. Go down. And
people, you want to go out and face the world tomorrow. Go.
Go wherever the Lord puts you, wherever the Lord leads you.
Verse seventeen. You will not need to fight. Just set yourself. Set yourself. Stop. That means stop. Stand
still. See the salvation of the Lord.
The Lord will be with you. Lord Jesus. Who is it? Do you
just ask who that may be? The Lord? Who is this Lord? Who
is the Lord that will be with us? gone out before us to fight this
battle. Salvation is of the Lord. It's
all of the Lord. It's in His hands. We don't need
to fight. Do it. Huh? Battle's not ours. We don't have to fight Satan. We don't have to fight sin. We
don't have to fight the world. Who is He that overcometh? Jesus says to Christ, if we'll
stop, if we'll stop all our striving, stand, if we'll stop all our
striving, stand on the promising and see, look to the Lord, we'll
see our sins gone, see all our sins gone and our enemies. You'll
see the Lord is your salvation, your captain. If the Lord's your shepherd,
you know what the Lord, if He's your shepherd, if the Lord's
your shepherd, what He makes you do is what? Lie down. The world says stand up for Jesus. Well, if the Lord's your shepherd,
He'll make you lie down. Read, lie down, dream pastor,
decide still. You've seen these license plates,
BZ for Jesus? You've seen that blasphemy? Everybody's
so busy for Jesus, aren't they? But he makes his people just
be still. Be still. That's what he said. Come on
to me. I'll give you rest. You're laboring heavy laden in
religion. Stop. Stand still. Look. See the salvation freely provided.
And so Jehaziel told him, stand still. Stand still. This was
no new message. Was this a new message? I want
you to turn very quickly. 1 Samuel chapter 17. 1 Samuel
17. This was no new message. You thought it was going to have
you turned to Genesis, didn't you? Or Exodus? Exodus, didn't
you? Who else said this? Stand still.
Moses. When all the children of Israel
stood at the Red Sea, you know, and their enemies were behind
them, wasn't Moses saying? Holding up the rod, the word
which represents the Word. Stand still. You don't need to
fight. What have you got to fight with?
Stand still and see the salvation. Stand still. Same message to
all of God's people, strangers and children in this
world, whom the world is against and hates. Same message. Look
here at 1 Samuel 17. Do you remember this? Verse 32,
David went out. against the Philistine. David
said to Saul, verse 32, Let no man's heart fail because of this
Philistine, thy servant will go and fight with the Philistine.
Who went and fought the Philistine? One man. What did it take to fail him? And look at verse 46, David went
out with his staff in his hand and five loose stones. And David
went out, verse 46, and he said to that giant, This day will
the Lord deliver thee into my hand, and I will smite thee.
I bet he's pointing at him. I will smite thee, and I'll take
your head. That sounds I'll take your head is what I'll
do from thee, and I'll give the carcasses of the host of the
flesh things, all of your cohorts, unto the fowl's ear, the wild
beads, and all the earth." Look at verse 46, "...all the earth
may know that there is a God in Israel, and all the assembly
shall know that the Lord saveth, not with sword and spear, for
the battle is the Lord's." And he'll give you his eye." Who
said that? David. David said that,
but in the spirit of the Son of Man.
And so, now, Yahaziel, back in the day, true prophet, came with
the same message. How do you know he's a true prophet? He said the same thing the other
prophets said. You see that? How do you know
Micaiah is a prophet? He said the same thing the other
prophets said, didn't he? How do you know? He said, Salvation
is of the Lord. How do you know he's a true prophet?
He said, Salvation is of the Lord. That's the byword. That's the
motto of all believers, is it not? Is not Jonah 2 and 9 our
watchword? Salvation is of the Lord. Twail-bellied theology. All right. Salvation is of the
Lord. We sung that song, Fear Not. So be not dismayed, I am
thy God, I will still give thee aid." That's what Christ came
down and said, didn't He? Fear not, fear not, fear not.
You want some good reading this week? Start in Isaiah chapter
40, where He said, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people. And start
reading through the next three or four chapters and read how
many times He says, fear not. Do it. You want something to
read this week? Start in chapter 40 where he says, Comfort. Now,
this is for God's sake. Comfort. Good news. Good news. What does it say? The warfare
is accomplished. The battle is not yours. The
warfare is accomplished. It's already over. And it goes
on to say many times, fear not, fear not, thou worm, Jacob, fear
not, fear not. That's what our Lord said. That's
what Jehoshaphat heard and believed and rejoiced in. He confessed.
Verse 20, Jehoshaphat confessed. He wasn't baptized, but he stood
up publicly. rose up early in the morning,
verse 20, and went forth in the wilderness of Tekoa. And as they
went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, ye
inhabitants of Jerusalem, believe in the Lord your God, so shall
you be established. Believe His prophets, so shall
you prosper. Believe God, believe God's Word,
even though it's from a man. Receive it as it is in truth,
the Word of God. And verse 21, what did he have
them do? Just worship. That's all. Just worship. Let's
read these next four verses. When he consulted with the people,
he appointed singers unto the Lord. They should praise the
beauty of...Holiness? Yeah. As they went out before
the army, and to say, Praise the Lord for His mercy endureth
forever. And when they, where did you
hear that at, Sherry? Great, great granddaddy. And when they
began to sing and to praise the Lord, look at this. All they
did was worship. And now their enemies are going
to follow. And the Lord set ambushments
against the children of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir, which
were to come against Judah, and they were smitten. The children
of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of the Mount
Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them. And when they'd made an
end of the inhabitants of the Seir, everyone helped to destroy
the others. They killed each other off. All the children of Israel, what
did the people of Israel do? Just worship. They didn't fire a shot. They
didn't lift a hand. God's Word's true, isn't it?
It is promising. In verse 24, when Judah came
toward the watchtower, evidently that was a big place where they
could stand up and look out over the place. And in the wilderness,
they looked under the multitude and behold, dead bodies everywhere,
none escaped. They were all dead. I mean all of their enemies. Every last one of their enemies
was lying dead on the ground. Now what's that? Huh? You look to Christ and you'll
see your sins gone. All of them. All of them. And Christ said, He'll yet bruise
Satan under your feet, your enemies, shortly. You'll see them lying
at your feet. Just simply for those who worship
God and rejoice in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the
faith. Not by might, not by power, but
by spirit faith. The battle's not over. It's the
Lord. You'll see your sins gone and
your enemies under your feet very shortly. But there's a sad note at the
end of this story. One that the Lord wrote it and
it needs to be brought up. You remember Jehoshaphat was
evidently a very weak fellow. Very weak in character. Remember,
he allied himself with Ahab and shouldn't have. But Jehu came
and reprimanded him for it and said, See what happens? The wrath of God is against you
for loving them and hating the Lord. Well, did he learn his
lesson? No. Ahab's son, which was just
as wicked as Ahab, Jehoshaphat joined up with him, went, got
on the ocean, took his ship and went somewhere. He let his son,
listen to this, Jehoshaphat let his son marry Ahab's daughter,
a daughter of Jezebel. And he suffered, because his
son ended up being a reprobate. So does that need to be brought
up? The young people, how many times? Jezebel, Ahab, all that represent
this world and you ally yourself with this world. Parents, keep
warning them. I do, I will. I'm a very young
believer. If you go the way of this world, you'll die with this world. You've heard the words of Matthew
2 through 3, haven't you? All right? Speak the Lord. Go the way of the world, you'll
die with it. Jehoshaphat was a fine man, a
believer, but his son was lost. And you can't get in the glory
on the virtue of your mom or dad. Their faith has no bearing
on you whatsoever. All right, that's important.
All right, let's think. Our Heavenly Father, how we thank
You for this Word. It's full of promises lest we
despair, warnings lest we presume. How we thank You for it. We love
everything. Every word of every admonition,
every encouragement, every warning, every word of comfort, every
review, every word of every good news. Lord, thank you for it. We need it all. We're like these
children, no different than the children of Israel. We, like sheep, go astray, and
every man go his own way. And our little ones, Lord, we
bring them before You now. I ask that You would put the
fear of God in their heart, in our heart. O Lord, Thou art our God. Art
Thou not our God, the God of Central Baptist Church? So we ask that You would have
mercy upon us. You said, Your mercy endureth
forever. You know we need more of it. There are yet some in
here who need Your mercy. Lord, be merciful to Your people
for Your great namesake, for that covenant that You've made
with Your Son on behalf of Your people. May that covenant pertain
unto us and our little ones, we pray. This place where you'd
cause your name to dwell, your glory, your honor. Lord, bless
us. Bless us for Christ's sake. Save us and our house, we pray
in Christ's name. Amen. You're dismissed. Bye bye.
