It spoke of the woman's seed.
It spoke of the virgin birth and so on. Alright, Luke chapter 8. I want
you to turn in your Bible to Luke chapter 8 of the Gospel
of Luke. Something remarkable. I was looking
back over my notes. sermon notes, and it was almost
ten years to the day that I came here as a guest speaker. And it was February 19th, 1989,
almost ten years to the day. And the very first message, well,
at least at that time, I had come here back in 1985 before
that. But when I came then, I preached
a message entitled, God's Family. And the title of this morning's
message is, The Family of Christ. Let's read verses 19 through
21. The truth remains the same. Luke 8, verses 19 through 21.
Then came to him his mother and his brethren.
And they could not come at him for the press or because of the
crowd. And it was told him by certain which said, Thy mother
and thy brethren stand without desiring to see thee. And he answered. Now this is
recorded in three Gospels. He answered and said unto them, Now, you see the picture, don't
you? He was speaking to the people. And Mary and some of her children,
she had more children. Some of those children came and
couldn't, it was too big a crowd, they couldn't get in to see Jesus
Christ. And so they sent someone and
said, we want to see Him. And He said this. My mother and my brethren are these," and he must have
pointed at or swept the crowd with his hand. My mother and
my brethren are these, which hear the word of God and do it. In another gospel it says that
he said, Who is my mother? Well, the other gospel said that
he said, when they said, your mother wants to see you, he said,
who is my mother? My mother, he said, my family. All right. Now, the Lord was
certainly not being disrespectful of this woman, Mary. Not at all. Oh, no. On the contrary. He's the only
son ever been born who was not disrespectful to his parents. Who truly, from as soon as he
was born, all through his teen years, honored his father and
mother. Over in another gospel of Luke
chapter, well, this gospel of Luke chapter 2, do you remember
the story where Christ was 12 years old at the time, a boy,
a 12-year-old boy, and they had mistakenly, they thought they
had left him behind. They thought their boy, their
son Jesus had been left, that they weren't being very good
parents, they left him behind. He was lost. They'd lost their
boy in the mall, you know. But anyway, they panicked, you
know, and frantically came back looking for him. And remember
what he said? Remember when Mary said, Your father and I have
been worried about you? He said, Don't you know? I wish
you not. She said, Your father and I.
He said, Wish ye not? I must be about my father's business. You see, Joseph had a carpenter
shop down in Bethlehem, in Nazareth. That's not the father he's talking
about, and that's not the business. So he should have known right
there. You see, twelve years old, he started letting them
know who his parents were. It's said that Mary kept these
things, pondered them in her heart. Well, she forgot. She's a woman. And she forgot,
and so she came when the Lord was preaching this day and said,
tell my boy, I want to talk to him. I want to see him. Nothing
wrong with that, is it? Well, Christ wasn't being disrespectful
to this woman here. No, no. But you know, at some
point in time, he ceased to acknowledge or be
acknowledged as the son of Mary. Around his 30th year, that's
a year of Jewish manhood. He reached 30 years old, and
that's about the time when our Lord's preaching ministry began. He ceased to be referred to or
be acknowledged as son of Mary, but only as a son of God, son
of man. I want you to look at Galatians
chapter 4 with me. I hope you have a Bible because Galatians chapter 4, because
the things I say are quite different. The things we believe, the things
that God says are quite different from what the world is saying
today. There were a people in Berea. It says that when the
apostles preached, it says they went home and took their Bibles
and opened it up to see if what they said was so. It says they
were more noble than other people. just because a fellow wore a
collar and they had the name reverend or Pharisee or doctor,
they didn't take it as being the truth. No, they went home,
got their Bibles out and opened it up and said, let's see if
what he's saying is really so. And I absolutely insist that
people do that. That's what we're going to do,
OK? We're going to look at the Bible, God's Word, and see if what comes
from this pulpit is so. All right? Christ had earthly
parents. This woman. We saw that Joseph
was the means of keeping Mary from being a public example.
A legitimate, giving legitimacy to this child born, so he wouldn't
be thought of as a bastard, an illegitimate child. Remember,
they said, well, this is Joseph's son. Right? We know who you are, you're
Joseph's son. Well, Christ had earthly parents,
but they were only the means to an end, he said. They were
only the means to an end. Galatians 4, this is the reason
that the eternal Son of God had this woman. Verse 4, Galatians
4, when the fullness of time was come, God sent forth, whose
son? His son, we read in Isaiah 9,
verse 6, a child is born. Yes, a baby was born in Bethlehem. Mary had a son. No, she didn't. No, she didn't. It wasn't Mary's
son. God sent forth His son. You see, a child is born. It's
a baby in a belly, but Mary had nothing to do with it. The Son
is given, the Scripture says. The Eternal Son, who had no beginning
of days, was given. Given. He said, A body thou hast given
me. Isn't that what Christ said?
Lo, I come, a body hast thou given me. Christ didn't begin
in Bethlehem 2,000 years ago. There was a baby, there was a
human body that was assumed by the eternal Son of God 2,000
years ago. But no, Jesus Christ didn't begin
that. And Mary wasn't a means of His
begetting. All right? All right, why? All right, look,
read on. It says, When the fullness of
time God sent forth His Son made of a woman. Why? Why was he made
flesh? The word was made flesh and dwelt
among us. Great is the mystery of God.
God was manifest in the flesh. He made flesh, made of a woman,
a human being. Why? Read on. Made under the
law to redeem them that were under the law. Because the children being partakers
of the flesh, Hebrews said, he himself was partaker of the same.
He's going to be a substitute. Listen to me now. You've got
to follow along. You've got to follow along. He was born of
a virgin woman. Do you know why? Do you know
why Christ was born of a virgin? Do you know why? It wasn't necessary. Why was Christ born of a virgin
woman? What did that have to do with? The whole gospel started
all the way back in Genesis chapter 3. God speaking about this virgin
birth. The woman's seed. The virgin
woman's seed. The word seed is sperma. Woman
doesn't have sperm. Man does, right? Well, it says
the woman's seed. Well, what's it talking about?
It's going to be a virgin give birth. But it's not even her
seed, not even her egg. Christ didn't come from Mary's
egg. Oh, no. We're going to see that. Turn
over to John 2 with me, John chapter 2. Why was Christ born
of a virgin? Because, listen to me, because we come from Adam's seed, Adam's
loins. Adam was the only human being
ever created. You and I weren't created, so
to speak. We're offspring, right? Adam was created. That's why
he was called the Son of God, miraculously, without the aid
of humanity, miraculously created. That's a picture of a new birth,
isn't it? Well, Adam, though, everybody else, every human being
on this planet comes from Adam, right? Sons of Adam. Isn't that
what we sung in that song? There's another reason we sung
that song. Adam's likeness to Ephesus. We come from Adam. We bear the image of our Father
Adam. Right? What was Adam like? Sinner. This is why the whole Scripture
talks about we're born in sin. You see, you and I get our characteristics
from our parents, don't we? Good points, bad points, very
few good points, mostly bad points. We get the genes, if you will,
we'll call them genes, from our parents. Chromosomes, all those
things that make us up, we were just like our parents. We emanate
from them. I come from Henry Mahan, his
seed, from his loins, mixed with the egg of Doris Frese, which
made up this human being, okay? And I bear both of their seed,
their characteristics, their traits and all that. What does
that mean? Well, my mama was a sinner. David
said, I'm brought forth from the womb, speaking life. In sin
did my mother conceive me, David said. In sin did my mother conceive
me. What does that mean? It means
my mother was a sinner. My daddy was a sinner. Her daddy,
her mother, her daddy, her mother, her daddy, all the way back to
Adam are sinners. Everything born of Adam is a
sinner. Can't do anything but sin. They're
born sin. That's the reason you don't have
to teach your children to lie. They come forth from their wombs
speaking lies, as Scripture says. You don't have to teach them
to lie. That's in them. That's their nature. You understand
that? So why was Jesus Christ born
of a virgin? You understand that? In him is
no sin. He can't come from man. There's
no sin in him. He comes from God. That's really
not Mary's egg either. Her egg is full of the seed of
Adam. Oh no. This is all of God. Look here at John chapter 2.
John chapter 2 verses 1 through 4. The third day there was a
marriage in Cana of Galilee and the mother of Jesus. supposedly
and both was there and both Jesus was called and his disciples
to the marriage and when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus
saith unto him, They have no wine. His mother came up to him
and said, They have no wine. Now look at his answer here.
Now he's about 30 years old here and he said unto her, Mother, I don't mean to be disrespectful. Did he call her mother? What does he call her? If you
look through the scriptures, he never called her mother. What does he say? Read it. Woman,
what have I to do with thee? Now there's infinite truth right
there in what he said. What have I to do? Or what did you have to do with
me? Nothing. Now, I hope you'll stay with
me here. Look over quickly at John chapter
19. If you can't turn quickly enough now, just listen to me.
It's all vital. Did you hear that? Christ said
to Mary, He rebuked her. You're not supposed
to rebuke your parents. He's not. That's not his mother. She thought she was. I want to see you, woman. What have I to do with you? She's really talking to her father. She ain't talking to her son.
She's talking to her father. John chapter 19. All right. Look
at this now, John 19, Christ is hanging on the cross, and
look at this, verse 25 and 26. Now they stood by the cross of
Jesus, his mother. And why does the Holy Spirit
keep calling Jesus, his mother? To tell us who this is, all right? Jesus, yes. You know Jesus, his
mother. Who's his mother? You know Mary.
To distinguish this Mary from Mary Magdalene, to another Mary.
There are three or four Marys, all right? So to distinguish
the right Mary, they say, now this is Jesus' mother. This is
that Mary. You understand why the Holy Spirit wrote that? Jesus
said, all right, read on. And it says that he stood by
the cross, Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister Mary,
the wife of Cleopatra, Mary Magdalene. See all the Marys? When Jesus therefore saw his
mother, he's looking at this Joseph's wife, and the disciples
standing by whom he loved, he saith unto his mother. What'd he say? Woman, behold,
thy son. He's not talking about himself.
He's not saying, woman, look on your boy here. He's looking
at John. Look at the next verse. Then
saith he to the disciple. See, you saw that disciple standing
by him who he loved, John. Here's Mary standing there and
John standing there. He said, woman, that's your son. Or that is, from this day forward.
See, he cared for his own. His child, he was taking care
of his child and his dad, just like parents do. Not his mother,
not seeing his mother in old age, she wasn't old right then.
She had this baby Jesus, she was about 14, 15 years old. About
6 or something like that, huh? She's not ready for retirement.
She's no old widow. But the son is caring for the
mother here. No, the father's caring for the child. And he
says, woman, right there's your son. Right there's your son. He's going to take care of you.
And son, look at that. Verse 27, they say, behold thy
mother. Behold your mother. There's your
mother. You go home with her or she go home with you. All right, now turn to Romans
chapter 1 with me. Romans chapter 1. Romans chapter
1. See, I went to great lengths,
didn't I, to show that this woman is not Christ's mother. She's
a woman. He's a seed. A woman, yet it's not hers at
all. It's God's seed. See to God,
that's what the angels sing, shall be called the Son of God.
It's of the Holy Spirit. It's not of you at all. Woman,
what have I to do with thee? Nothing. And in Romans chapter 1, what
I want to show here is this. You know, today, and people, it behooves me to say
this today because Catholicism. Catholicism is,
isn't it the world's, isn't it the largest religion in the world?
Catholicism, I believe it is. And it's getting a foothold.
There's a subtle movement in the midst of that heresy to join
together. And it is. It's being joined.
A great call for what's called ecumenicalism, or that is People
of all faiths joining together, even Catholicism and Catholics
and Protestants joined together, you know. Church of England,
so to speak, joined together. A show of unity with Catholicism. There's something bad wrong with
all this. Number one, there aren't different
faiths. Scripture doesn't say anything
about different faiths. It says there's one faith. Truths. One truth. But the problem with this is,
and this needs to be stressed in this day, this adoration and
worship of Mary is absolutely an abomination to God. It's anti-Christ. It's anti-Christ. And it's proof
of reprobacy. Look here at Romans chapter 1,
alright? Romans chapter 1, verse 16. Paul said, I'm not ashamed
of the gospel, that is, the good news of Christ. It's not the good news of this
blessed woman, mother of Jesus. Hail Mary, full of grace, mother
of God. Pray for us poor sinners. Her
name is not mentioned here, is it? As a matter of fact, you
won't find it mentioned again. It's the gospel of Christ. His person. His work. Christ
is the power of God unto salvation, it goes on to say. We'll read
on down here now. You see, salvation is not Christ
and anybody. It's not Christ and somebody
else. It's not Christ as a mediator and then we have her as a mediator
or anybody else for a mediator. No, there's one mediator. There's one Savior. There's one
person who shed their blood. Mary didn't shed a drop of blood,
and Mary can't forgive one of my sins. And for that matter,
no one can. John, Peter, James. And that's
what Paul said. Remember? When Paul said that?
When people were saying, We're of Paul, we're of Paul, he said,
Paul didn't shed his blood for you. Paul can't save a fling. There's only one who can save. God doesn't hear Paul's prayers.
There's only one whose prayers God hears. Huh? Christ. Christ only. Look at
verse 18. So, the wrath of God is revealed
from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who
hold the truth in unrighteousness. What does that mean? They've
got a copy of God's truth, God's Word, the Word of Truth, but
they hold it in unrighteousness. They're going to twist it. When
the Scripture says, Blessed art thou, Mary, among women. A twist
to say, blessed art thou above women. We're going to look at
these things Wednesday night. Like I said, Wednesday night,
we're going to see how that, we're going to study this gospel,
so-called gospel today that's so close, but yet so far. And Christ said, if it were possible.
And to see the very elect, it's so close, but if possible. Well, no, this is a spirit of
Antichrist and it began with Satan in the garden with a woman.
That's no coincidence saying, is it, that he spoke to a woman?
Paul deals with that too, 1 Corinthians 14, 1 Timothy. Well, the wrath
of God now, he says, is revealed from heaven against all them
who hold the truth in unrighteousness. Verse 25, going down there. who
changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served
the creature more than the Creator. They worshipped the means and
not the Maker, worshipped Mary and not the Son of God. Well,
and it goes on to say that he gave them over then to a reprobate
mind. What I'm trying to show here,
and the purpose of this whole message, is not to refute Catholicism. I don't think there's anybody
in here worshiping Mary. I really don't. I don't worry
about that. These things need to be said,
though. It needs to be dealt with. Our Lord did. He said, Woman, what have I to
do with thee? Here's what I want to show you.
Here's what I want to show you. Now turn with me to Romans 2.
While you're in Romans, we're just going to run through Romans
real fast, alright? What I'm trying to show us from
the Word of God is that there's no connection between the flesh
and the Spirit. No connection between the flesh
and the Spirit. This is important. If you don't understand this,
We don't understand this. We don't know the salvation of
God. It's so subtle, genetic. I mean,
this thing is so subtle. This is a, it's this mixture. There's no connection between
the flesh and the spirit. None whatsoever. The world and
the God's kingdom. Separate. Totally. Just as Christ had no connection
with the, with, with this earth. Really. No family, so to speak.
They weren't his family. They weren't his kindred. That's
what he said, didn't he? Nothing to do with the flesh.
Neither do the people of God have anything to do with the
flesh. Romans 2, verse 28. Look at it. Romans 2, verse 28.
Now, he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly. Scripture says Jews are going
to be saved. All Israel is going to be saved. Well, the whole
world of religious people are all confused, thinking that Jesus
Christ is going to return and go sit in Jerusalem and sit on
a throne. And they're going to start sacrificing. He is not a Jew, which is one
outwardly. Christ was a Jew. You say, yeah,
He was a Jew. He was born of Jewish parents. No, He wasn't. He's a Jew inwardly. Read on here. Verse 29, He is
a Jew which is one inwardly, circumcision is that of the heart,
in the spirit, not in the letter. Romans 3, Romans 3 verse 20. Look here, By the deeds of the
law shall no flesh be justified in his sight. So he's already
told us that God's people, God's family doesn't have anything
to do with the flesh, or a nation, or a country, or a people, Jews
over there. And neither is justification
having anything to do with the flesh. You see that? No flesh should
be justified. Romans 7, turn to Romans chapter
7. Let's search the Scriptures now,
see if this is so. Romans 7, talking about flesh
and spirit, flesh and spirit. Romans 7, verse 18, Paul said,
now Paul's a Jew. And he went to great lengths
in Philippians to say, hey, I was a Jew. I was a Hebrew. I'm Hebrew now. I was born a
Jew. But that didn't make me a son
of God and has nothing to do with my salvation. He went to
great lengths to show that. And the whole book of Romans
goes to great lengths to show what this flesh does has nothing
to do with spirit. Nothing to do. What we do in
the flesh has nothing to do with us being a son of God. Just the
same as Christ was not of the flesh. No connection, no connection,
none whatsoever. They're born not of bloods. Hear that? That is not natural
birth, has nothing to do. Well, look at Romans 7, verse
18. In my flesh, Paul said, I know
that in me, that is, in my flesh dwelleth no good thing. In my flesh. Romans 8 now, just
over the page. Romans 8, verse 5. They that
are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh. That is,
those who think about the flesh, those who have this kind of thinking. Those who have this kind of understanding
or lack of it, they mind or think about the flesh. They think,
what can I do to work my way to God? What can I do? Well,
because I'm a Jew, I'm God, because I do this, I flesh, flesh, flesh,
flesh, flesh, flesh, God, flesh, flesh. Nothing. No connection. No connection. Paul said in another
place, that which is flesh is what? Flesh. That which is spirit
is? These two lust against one another.
Opposite ends of the pole. They have nothing to do with
one another. Nothing to do. Am I confusing you? Well, I hope we'll be confused
on this point, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom
of God. That's what Christ said, didn't
He? Flesh and blood. All right, Romans
8, verses 8 and 9, "...they that are in the flesh shall not please God."
Are you in the flesh? You say, no, I'm not in the flesh.
Well, man, you're weird then. What are you, some extraterrestrial
being here? You're just a... Everybody in
here is flesh. Paul said, I know that is in
me. That is in my flesh. I'm in the flesh. I live in the
flesh. I got flesh. Don't I? You got
flesh. We're in the flesh. What does
that mean then? Can't please God. But we do. No matter what we do, He won't
please God. No matter where we're born, that
doesn't mean we're the sons of God. Romans 9. Romans 9, verse
8. Look at it. This is just the
fundamental of the gospel here I'm trying to declare. Romans
9 verse 8, all right? He's talking about Abraham, he's
talking about Isaac, he's talking about Jews in verse 9 or 8. Romans
9 verse 8, he says, that is, they which are the children of
the flesh, these are not the children. But the children of
the promise are counted for the seed. Now, now let's work on
this a little bit. Promise, seed, not flesh, not
flesh. And where's my watch? There it is. Well, and I have
very few minutes to try to clear this up if anyone's confused. We're not born into the kingdom
of God. We don't work our way into the
kingdom of God. I don't care if we, Paul said,
if we give our bodies to be burned. We don't work. Flesh is flesh. Neither in the flesh cannot please
God. Why? It's got flesh in it. It's sinful. It's sinful flesh. What we do has nothing to do
with us being the sons of God, if we are the sons of God. What we do will damn us. The works that we perform, works
of the flesh, it does have bearing on that. It'll damn us. If thou, Lord, shouldest mark
iniquity, who shall stand? Then how are we going to get
to be sons of God? You and I can't do anything. That which is flesh is flesh.
This is why Jesus Christ came. made of a woman, assuming flesh,
because they that are of the flesh are flesh. And that which
is of Adam is full of sin. But he wasn't of Adam, but he
had flesh, but it wasn't sinful flesh. And so Christ, the Scripture
says, suffered in the flesh the just for the unjust, that he
might bring us to God. He was a substitute. You see,
why did God Almighty hang that body of Jesus Christ on the cross? Flesh! In His flesh, the Scripture
said. He suffered in the flesh. He
was crucified. God killed that body of that
man named Jesus. Why? Because to show His utter
abhorrence of flesh, sinful flesh. And he was made sin, the Scripture
says, for us who knew no sin. Christ didn't have to die. See,
it's appointed unto man once to die, and that's the judgment.
This body is decaying, it's dying. The minute you're born, it starts
decaying and dying. Why? Sin's in the flesh. Christ wasn't decaying. He'd
have lived forever. His body. No sin in it. He lived forever. He had to make
himself die. God had to kill him. He said,
nobody takes my life from me. I lay it down. And God, to show
his utter abhorrence for sinful flesh, slew his son in the flesh. Why? That's me. That's me. That's
this sinful man, this body of death. In my flesh dwelleth no
good thing. Well, God hung it on the cross.
And Roberta, he says he's going to destroy all flesh someday. You understand that? Those of
you who have trouble with the flesh do. Don't you? You know, we say that
there's nothing wrong with these bodies. There's nothing wrong
with the flesh except for sin. If it wasn't for sin, well, that's
true. Adam had flesh. Christ had flesh. sinless flesh. But the fact is,
people, once sin entered, it permeated us. There's no separating
the flesh now, and sin, no separating. This is what, while I'm really
getting out here with Eastern religions, think if they can
just get out of this body. You see, if they can just remove
themselves from all carnal pleasures and lust and so forth, just be
separate from their bodies, you know. And it's really no different
than the average churchgoer who thinks, I can just quit this
and quit that, you know, and not go here and not go there,
then God will accept me. No, no. Flesh, not spirit. You must be born from above. A new creature in Christ. It's
not flesh. I know it's a mystery, I know
it's difficult, but back in Luke chapter 8, here's what the Lord
said in conclusion in Luke chapter 8. He said, that's not my mother. Your mother's looking for you.
I don't have an earthly mother. I don't have an earthly father.
Woman, what have I to do with thee? I have nothing to do with
thee, just as Christ had nothing to do with the flesh. Neither do any of the sons of
God. They're not born of flesh. The blood is in the will of the
flesh. You hear that? John 1, 13, which we're born,
not of the blood, not of the will of the flesh. The works
of the flesh. Romans 9, it's not of him that
willeth, or of him that runneth, or of worketh. Flesh, no flesh
is justified by the works of the law. Not flesh, flesh, flesh,
it's just flesh. It's going to have sin in it.
No, it's promise. It's promise. It's seed. It's
Christ. The woman's seed. Assuming flesh. Do you understand that? Do you
understand that? You understand me? Why Christ came? Born of
a virgin. Nothing to do with the flesh.
Born of a virgin. Son of God. Why did he become
flesh? So God could kill his flesh.
Because I'm flesh. God's going to destroy all flesh
someday. He's going to give us a new body, but the Scripture
says it's going to be fashioned like unto His glorious body.
It's going to be like the second Adam's body without sin. Sinless flesh, perfect flesh,
never to decay or die again. And Luke 8, our Lord said this
in closing. He said, My mother and my brethren,
this is my family. Are these which hear the word
of God? Did you hear what all was said
this morning? Say, I don't believe all that
preaching. Well, then you're not of God. For he
that is of God heareth God's word. What's your name? Heather? To
hear. Christ said in another place,
He said, Let these things sink down in your ears. The Son of
Man shall be delivered. When you hear something, I'm
hard of hearing. I just don't hear everything.
I really don't. To hear, it means it sinks down.
Hey, I heard that. But to sink down goes a little
further. It means to go down and actually
take root. We looked at that Wednesday night and it actually
takes root. Where nothing can take it away.
And you love it. You love it. Love what? The root. The promise
of seed. The salvations of the Lord. Of
the Lord Jesus Christ. Him and Him only. And he said,
my mother, my brother, my family, that is, are they which hear
the word of God. They hear it. They don't. And
they don't argue against it. They don't. They receive it. All of it. And it says, and they do it.
And I remind you what he said over in John chapter 6. He said that some people came
to him one time, some Jews. Some Jews came to him and said, What might we do to work the
works of God? We want to do the works of God
we want to. We want to do what's right we
want to do good work so God will accept us. But what might we
do to do the work of God. Christ just say it. All right
he this my family are he that heareth my word and doeth it. And what he said to them. And
what he said to them. This is the work of God. That's
the infinite meaning right here. This is the work of God, that you believe on Him whom
God has sent. But there's something I, I don't
know what, he didn't hear me. He that heareth God's word, and
doeth it. All right, what must we do to
work the works of God? How can we be, this is the work
of God. That you believe on him whom
God sent to do the work of God. Who alone can do the work of
salvation. Who alone can get you into heaven. For that which is flesh is flesh.
You can't get that. No man cometh unto the Father,
but by me." That's why I came. Is that clear
enough? What you do, is it doeth Him. Believe. You say, I'm really
confused now. Well, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Christ is salvation. Some of them. Christ is all. It's not our doings, it's our
dyings. Our servants are our workings,
Jesus Christ only. Flesh, no connection. Christ, that's the only connection. That's the only. He's going to
bring us to God. All right. Well, Brother John,
you got another hymn picked out?
