No matter what we might be going through; loss, depression, anxiety, fear, addiction, feeling unloved, feeling hopeless; we must remember that, there is no hopelessness in Christ!

In continuation of this past Sunday's highlight, Pastor Clark discusses the importance of the Gospel, as we struggle through life's challenges.

"There's hope for you. But it's not in yourself. You're going to live an entire life, seeking joy and peace and happiness, and it's only found in Jesus Christ!" -Pastor Kent W. Clark

God is our strength and our comfort! The most therapeutic thing we can do to get through our darkness is, turn to God! He is our refuge. He has not left us to deal with life's challenges alone. And He has always been there!

It only gets better! Because we are in Jesus Christ, we have so much to look forward to!

Here's another highlight from our Sunday service!

Maybe you're here and someone
precious has been taken from you. You know what the Lord says?
Sorrow not as others who have no hope. Think about that. Think about that. It only gets
better for us. People are taken from us, and
yes, it hurts because we're lonely. I think about Mr. Guillory and
those crazy guys that are up there probably singing and watching
us today, seven of them men of grace in heaven. died of heart
attacks and cancer and all kinds of things. But you know, there's
a great reunion coming. I thought about the thousands
of miles Gilroy and us guys have traveled across this country
and given tremendous hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ and
raised millions of dollars to finance Grace Centers of Hope.
You see, my God is real. I feel him, I sense him. I know
he's here today. We're exalting him. Maybe some
of you fear death, I don't know. Do you know you won't have to
cross Jordan alone? You know, I used to wonder, I
used to hear that old song at Grace Church in Warren, and I
would hear it over and over, and I always loved it, but over
the years, it's become much dearer to me. I won't have to cross
Jordan alone. Jesus died all my sins to atone. When the darkness I see, he'll
be waiting for me. I won't have to cross Jordan
alone. Death's going to be thrilling,
too. You know, there's a lot said in the Bible about fear.
Actually, more said in the Bible about fear than there is about
love, actually. The word is used over and over.
Don't fear. Does life scare you? Fear not. Here's what the Lord
said. I've redeemed you. A long time
ago on the tree of the cross, He redeemed you. He gave His
life for you. You have nothing to fear. He's
got you. There may be those of you here without Christ. You're
suicidal. You're hopeless. You're depressed.
You're a drug addict. You're sick and tired of being
sick and tired. Or maybe you're here today and
you're wealthy. You're religious, but lost without hope and miserable. I meet those people every week
who are not Christians, lost and miserable. I had this in
my notes, are your thoughts so scattered, your bones so dry,
that you think yourself to be dead or wish you were? There's
hope for you, but it's not in yourself. It's not in yourself. You're gonna live an entire life
seeking joy and peace and happiness, and it's only found in a person,
Jesus Christ. And I wanna encourage you today,
yes. Do you secretly go home and take
your pill and barely survive? I got a pill for you. It's called
the gospel. The gospel.
