And down there in verse seventeen,
look what it says, And if children, then heirs,
heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. This particular chapter starts
out with there's within Christ no condemnation to them which
are in, Christ Jesus. And it ends, the chapter ends,
with the same phrase. Nothing shall separate us from
the love of God which is in Christ Jesus, I alone. Starts out, no
condemnation in Christ our Lord, and nothing to separate us from
the love of God in Christ Jesus, I alone. Now, those that are
in the Lord Jesus Christ and those that are in Christ Notice
something about it. It says in verse 29, they're
predestinated. Predestinated to be in Christ,
elected of God, chosen of God, chosen in Christ before the foundation
of the world. And then he predestinated them
to something that's going to happen, to be conformed to the
image of his firstborn son there in verse 29, that he might be
the firstborn among many brethren. That's why we're joint heirs
with him. Now what else happened here now? Moreover, whom he did
predestinate, him he also called. And whom he called, him he also
justified. And whom he justified, him he
also glorified. So those that are in Christ Jesus
are chosen, not condemned, not be able to separate from the
love of God in Christ. And so you see then the apostle
down here in verse 14, he begins to make a progression. Watch
what he says. In verse 14, he says, first of
all, we're sons of God. For as many are led by the Spirit
of God, they're the sons of God. Now let me ask you something.
Where in the world does the Spirit of God lead us? Our Lord Jesus
told him himself, said, when the Spirit has come, He shall
not speak of himself, but he shall take the things of mine,
and shall show them unto you. He'll guide you into all truth.
So the Spirit of God leads us always to Christ. Leads us to
our liberty and our freedom in Christ, and our calling in Christ,
our justification in Christ. It leads us always to Christ.
And this is how we know, because we said in verse 15, you've not
received the spirit of bondage again to fill you. We're not
in the flesh, we're not under the law, so we have no reason
to fear. If you're in Christ and no condemnation and no judgment,
and Christ was sacrificed for our sins, then why in the world
would we fear? We've not received that spirit
of bondage. But now here's what we have received.
The spirit of adoption. God sent the Spirit of His Son
into our hearts, and because of that, we automatically turn
around and start saying, And then the Spirit comes on
and makes this progression, says, the Spirit bears witness with
our spirit that we are the children of God. So we go from sons To the adopted sons, that gives
us a legal standing with our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
and then to be in the children of God. And then he goes on to
say, then, and if you're children, start out as sons, come to children.
If you're children, then you're heirs. If you're children, then
you're heirs. That's what I want to talk about.
If you're children, you're heirs. You see, he makes a distinction.
Not everyone is an heir of God, only the children. If the children,
then. If. Now, I want you to notice
something. He makes a great distinction
here. Almost everybody, I heard a statistic this morning that,
and of course, it doesn't surprise me. Seventy-three percent of
Americans say they're Christian. I can believe that. I've never
known anybody die without having some kind of a hope. You know,
that's just the way it is. You know, man's got to do that.
But I'll tell you what it says, if children, then heirs. And
I'll tell you what it doesn't say. It doesn't say if a creature,
then you're an heir. It doesn't say if you're a creature,
you're an heir. If you're one of God's creation,
you're an heir. So many people say, you know, that God's the
father of all of us, and that, you know, there's the fatherhood
of God and the brotherhood of man. There's no such thing as
that in this world. There's just God's elect and
the rest. There's God's chosen, the rest.
There's the children of God and the rest. There's vessels of
mercy, vessels of honor. There's vessels fitted for wrath
and vessels fitted for mercy. That's the way it is. That's
the way God meant it to be. That's the way God brought it
out to be. So this idea... Now, the only way in the world
we're all related to one another is this in item. And only God
can make the difference between us and the sons of Adam. And
He does that in this election and predestination. So then He
says, if you're children, then you're heirs. Not just if you're
a creation. And I'll tell you something else, you don't become
an heir. We're talking about being heirs. Heirs. And oh, beloved, you know, being
heir is a wonderful thing if somebody's got something to leave
you. But you don't become an heir by natural descent here
when we're talking about heirs being heirs of God joining heirs
with Christ. We don't become heirs by our natural descent.
It doesn't say if you're children of Abraham, then you're heirs.
Look over here in Romans 9 with me just a moment. You know, by natural descent,
that's what a lot of folks think, you know, well, mama's a Christian,
so that makes me one. Paul, it says, you know, he could
wish himself a curse from Christ for his brethren, the kinsmen,
the Israelites. But then he comes down to say,
in verse 7, neither because they are the seed of Abraham are they
all children. But in Isaac shall thy seed be
called. That is, they which are the children
of the flesh, these are not the children of God. He makes distinction
who the children of God are and they are. But the children of
the promise are counted for the seed. Now here's the promise
now. For this is the word of promise,
at this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son. And not
only, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one by her father
Isaac, for the children being not yet born, neither having
done any good or evil, that the purpose of God, according to
election, my stand not of works, but of him that calleth, it was
said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger, as it is written,
Jacob hath a love, Esau hath a hatred." Now God, Paul, standing
here, said there's lots of descendants of Abraham. But that's only the
children of Abraham, is the children of promise, the people that God
made a promise to. And so you see, beloved, you
don't become an heir by natural descent. You don't get into this
becoming an heir of God. We're talking about heirs of
God, what God's going to give us. And it doesn't say, you know,
if children, then heirs, heirs of God and join heirs with Christ.
It doesn't say you become an heir by some work you've done
or some merit you have. It doesn't say if servants, then
heirs. Now, I'll tell you, there's a
fellow, Thomas Aquinas. He was the first man who started
teaching that if you had enough grace, you could give somebody
else some of your grace. You could have enough merit that
you could give somebody else some. And that's where this meritorious
grace, you know, that Mary could give you grace, the saint could
give you grace, and if you live good enough, then you give somebody
else grace. He's the one that started that.
So you see, then they merit. You merit enough to give somebody
else something. Well, beloved, listen, there's
no way you can merit if you don't become an heir by merit. Now,
you may be a Boy Scout and get a merit badge. You may go to
school and have a meritorious award. And you may get your name
in a book. And that's wonderful. I find
no fault in that whatsoever, as far as the world goes. But
when it comes to standing before God, marriage badges don't count. Names in books don't count. The
only name in a book that counts is your name written in the Lamb's
Book of Life. That's the only one that counts.
And, beloved, it doesn't say you're coming there by working. Oh, no, you can't work for the
inheritance. Listen, look over in Galatians
3 and write just a little bit. Let me show you something, if
I can. Oh, listen. Heirs of God. Heirs of God. Look what he said in verse 4.
Galatians 4.4. Talking about becoming It doesn't
say, if servants, then heirs. You've got to serve to get your
inheritance. But when the fullness of time
was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under
the law, to redeem them that are under the law, pay that penalty,
that dreadful debt that we sung about in that hymn this morning,
that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because, listen,
we are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son again into
our hearts, and we cry, Our Father, Our Father. Now listen to it.
Wherefore, thou art no more a servant, but a son. And if a son, then
an heir of God. Where? Through Christ. Look over in verse 30 of chapter
4 here. Let me show you something. Oh, my. Nevertheless, what saith
the scripture, cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the bondwoman
shall not be heir with the son of the free woman." We've been
set free. We've been set free in our Lord
Jesus Christ. I'll tell you something else
that says here, if you're children, then you're heirs. So you don't
become an heir by works or merit, and you don't become an heir
by any kind of a ceremony, observation, or ritual that you go through.
Now a lot of folks, you know, you say, Baptists don't have
rituals. Oh, they've got them as bad as anybody. Oh, my. You know, they have all kinds
of ceremonies. Bring their babies to have them dedicated. They
have folks to come up and make a decision up in the front, and
they have them sign cards so they can call you on your phone
and talk to you and try to get you to come back again. They
count heads. They do all kinds of things.
They get folks up front to raise their hands and do all kinds
of different things. But I'm telling you what, beloved, those
are ceremonies. Any kind of ceremony, any kind
of ritual. And I'll tell you it's not written
if you're circumcised. That circumcised in the scriptures
mean if you have a cleanliness about you, a work about you,
a ceremony that you've been, or it doesn't say here if you're
baptized, or if you stay on an altar till you pray through,
or if you get sanctified, oh my, then you become an heir of
God. You know, I heard them talking
this week, and today starts Holy Week. Did you all know that?
The next week's the holy week. It's the holy week. Now, are
we going to observe holy week? Is that going to make us have
better inheritance, more inheritance? What in the world makes a week,
one week holier than another week? Because somebody says it's
holy? Huh? I seen this morning, maybe
some of y'all saw it, but there was this Catholic guy, he had
these palms. He was telling them all about
Palm Sunday. This is Palm Sunday. This is when Christ rode in,
they had all their palms. And he had little old palms in
his hands. And this woman, this woman, that his mother taught
her how to make a cross out of a palm. And she took a palm,
made a cross out of it. And boy, somebody wanted that
thing. Oh, that's wonderful, said it. Her mother felt real
good about her. She knows how to still make those crosses out
of those palms. But those are the ceremonies that make people
think that's going to make their inheritance better. And with
the rituals, ah, my soul. Listen, but it says here in verse
17 again, Romans 8, If children, then heirs. How in the world
you become children? Raise your hand. I want to be
a child of God. Come up here in the front, take my hand and
you'll become a child of God. Come up here and pray and you'll
become a child of God. Get in this water and you can
become a child of God. Quit some bad habits, take on
some new and you'll become a child of God. Get rid of your television
and you'll become a child of God. No, now you become a child
of God and become an heir of God by being born again by the
Holy Spirit. The Holy Ghost must come upon
a man and create in him a new heart, a new spirit, a new mind,
and make him a new creature in Christ. Ain't that what he said
in verse 14, as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they're
the sons of God? When He, the Spirit, is come,
He shall lead you, He shall guide you, He shall take the things
of mine. And oh, beloved, listen, the
only way to become a child of God is by a new birth. It's for
God to come and create in you a new heart. He brings into existence
a person who never existed before. Now, you know that as well as
I do. The carnal mind is enmity against God. They that are in
the flesh cannot please God. So there's nothing that you can
do to make God get your attention except to be in Christ. And as God said, God won't touch
you with a ten-foot pole. You've got to, there must be
a new birth. And the new birth's not something
that you have anything to do with. It's something that God
does for you. And when you come and put that
new heart, that new nature, that new spirit in you, that spirit
that cries, Father, Father, that meant there and then. You become
spiritual minded. You see things you never saw.
You heard things you never heard. You experienced things you never
experienced. You have loves you never had. You understand yourself
like you never understood yourself. You understand Christ like you
never understood Him. You start viewing things with
a spiritual mind instead of a natural mind. And let me show you, look in,
keep Romans, John chapter 1. Look in John chapter 1 just a
minute. And I'm telling you, beloved, when a man's born again
by the Spirit of God, and this is true. Now, listen to what
I'm going to tell you. You can come to Christ and not
move a muscle. This idea that you've got to
do something to come to Christ. I do know this, when God regenerates
a man, quickens that man, quickens him who was dead and trespasses
and sins, raises him up together with Christ. The Spirit of God,
He's born from above. The Spirit of God regenerates
Him and brings into existence a person who was never there
before. That flesh becomes a burden to Him. Spiritual life becomes
everything to Him. And the Scriptures understand
them now. They hear things, they see things
with a whole new light, with a whole new nature, with a whole
new mind, with a whole new heart. And if that's not happened, if
that's not happened, you're not a child of God. And you know whether or not you've
been born again or not. You know whether God's gave you
a new heart or not. You know whether you've got a
new nature or not. You know whether you've got a
spiritual mind or not. You know whether you know Christ
or not. You know these things. You don't
have to sit and ponder and wonder. We've not received the Spirit
of Body to gain the fear, but least receive the Spirit of God. The Spirit Himself bears witness
with our spirit that we're the children of God. The Gospel makes
you know that you're children of God. The Word of God makes
you know you're the children of God. That's the only way you
can become, if you're going to be an heir, if you're a children
of an heir, the only way you can become an heir is by the
new birth. How do you get born again, preacher? Billy Graham
wrote a book on how to be born again. Christ never told a fellow
how to be born again. He just said you must. You know, the only book that
says anything about the new birth is this one right here. You can
write all the books you want to about it, but I'm telling
you our Lord Jesus said, except a man be born again. And you've
got all kinds of illustrations in the Old Testament. You've
got that valley of dry bones. Can these bones live, Lord, Thou
knowest? Start preaching to them. Preaching about dry bones? Yes,
preach to them. Why do you want me to tell them?
Tell them to come together. And they all come together. The
devil said, now preach to them flesh coming from them. And the
Lord come and put flesh on them. He said, they still stand there
and got no breath. He said, oh, blow winds, and life came into
them. It's like that infant cast out
in the field. He said, there's blood in his
blood. He said, yeah, I'll send them to live. It was like Jacob when God got
a hold of him there in Genesis 32 and he said, Oh, I'm not going
to let you go. And he laid hold on him until
he changed his name and changed his nature and changed his walk.
The Old Testament's full of the new birth. God said, I will come
and cleanse you from all filthiness of your flesh. I will give you
a new spirit and I'll give you a new heart and I'll give you
a new mind. I'll do this for you. They don't say anything
there about what you do. You see, beloved, that's where
people miss it. You've got to do something in
order to be a Christian. No, God's got to do something
for you to be a Christian. And that's why I'm saying, you
know whether these things is happening or not. Look with me
right here in John chapter 1. Oh, have you received Christ? Look what he said here in verse
12. But as many as received Him. To them gave he the power, the
right, the privilege to become, what? The sons of God. To them
that believe on his name. Now listen to this now. Which
were born, not of blood. That means, beloved, that one
child, you know, my blood, my son or my daughter, you know,
they don't become sons of God because they're related to me.
Nor the will of the flesh. All the flesh can do is His flesh,
nor the will of man. We're born not of the will of
the flesh nor the will of man, but of God. But of God. You see, beloved, a man must
be born of God. And then that man that's born
of God, he believes Christ, he receives Christ. But you won't
do it until you're born of God. You won't do it. Let me tell
you something, beloved. A dead man can't inherit anything. And
a dead sinner can't inherit anything. You've got to be made a child
of God to become an inheritor. And then look here, let me tell
you this, I've got to move on. All the children, you've got
to be born again, all the children are heirs just alike. All the
children inherit the same thing. Priority of time doesn't mean
anything. Paul was a believer. of years
ago, hundreds of thousands, 2,000 years ago. Abraham was a believer
5,000 years ago, 4,500 years ago. Noah, there's all believers. Simon
Peter was an But they don't get no more than
I do. Children of children and heirs.
Oh, my priority of time doesn't end here. You know, they'll say
the firstborn. And this is the law of the scriptures. The firstborn inherited everything. And then the rest of them got
just a little portion. But I'll tell you, it don't make no difference,
you're oldest or the youngest in God's family, you're equally
heirs. Whether you're the firstborn,
the lastborn, the one born in between, it doesn't make any...
And I'll tell you something, the love of God, the love of
God is the same to everybody. God doesn't love one better than
He loves another. For God really loves you, really
loves you. Well, He loves all His people,
loves all His elect. He loved them all with an everlasting
love. Huh? Oh, and I tell you, they're all
blessed by the same promise. You know, let me show you that.
They're all blessed not only by the love of God, but look
here in Hebrews chapter 6, they're all blessed by the same promise.
You know, we all have the same promises. If God gave me a promise
and you were one of the children of God, if you're an heir of
God and you're a son of God, then you get the same promise.
Hebrews 6.16. You get the same promise. The
promises are like to all. Huh? He said in verse 16, For
men verily swear by the greater. And they do. People always swear
out. Swear by my mama. Swear on the Bible. Swear by
my child. For men verily swear by the greater,
and an oath for confirmation to them ends all strife." Well,
then, that settles it. You've swore by it. Wherein God,
willing more abundantly to show unto the heirs of promise the
immutability, the unchangeableness of His counsel, confirmed it
by an oath. I swear, because I couldn't swear
by no greater, I swear by myself. So you see, we have the promise. And I tell you, all of them are
equally related. This is what I love about being
an heir. All of the children that are
heirs are all equally related to the firstborn son, the Lord
Jesus Christ, by whom we receive our heirship. Huh? We're all
equally related to Him. We're all one in Christ. Is that
not right? to be conformed to the image
of God's firstborn Son. Oh, bless His holy name. You
know, that's the thing about it. We've got to be related to
Christ. You know, we're related to the firstborn Son, and He's
the heir. Ain't that what it says? If children then heirs
of God and join heirs with Christ. He's the firstborn. He gets all
the heirs. But He said, I'll make them join
heirs with Me. That's what adoption's all about. Huh? And all beloved,
we're all equally related to the firstborn Son. I get a lot
of emails and a lot of letters and stuff. I had a lady send
some money from Sermon Audio. But I've got a message up there
that folks are really listening to a lot, and it's that one,
there'll be stars in my crown. And every person that's responded
to that, you know what they say? Thank God that we're all one
in Christ. And we all have the same reward. We have Him. And
all of a sudden, Dan says, you know, this is an amazing thing.
This is it. He says, we're one in Christ,
and Christ is our reward. And so you see, we're all the
firstborn in Christ. We're all together with Christ.
We're chosen in Him, and here we are. And that's why he says
we're heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. And let me
say something. The inheritance, the children
of the heirs, the inheritance, is large enough for all of them. It's large enough for every single
one of them. And it's God's purpose for them
to get all of it. Huh? Now, listen. Did you hear
what I just said? The inheritance is large enough
for all. Now, I'm telling you, you know, if you've got six or
seven people in your family, and you've got to leave, you've
got six kids, They all get a sixth. And none
of them get it all. The only way they can get it
all is for five of them to pay the sixth one off. And that's
the way it happens. But in the kingdom of God, that's
not the way it is. God's got a large enough inheritance. It's so large that we can get
every bit of it. Got enough for all of us. And
not only that, but it's His purpose. for every one of them to get
all that. Everybody's not a prophet, but a prophet's not going to
inherit any more than I am. Preachers, not everybody's a
preacher, not everybody's an apostle. A lot of folks, you
know, they don't know the scriptures very well. Not very many rich,
not very many influential, not very many strong, not very beautiful.
But it says, but if you're children, then they're all our heirs. If
you're children, you're all our heirs. And now let me ask you
this. What is the children's inheritance? You know, it said if children,
then heirs. What is the children's inheritance? What are the children
heirs of? Well, it said here in verse 17,
if children, then heirs. Now listen to what it said. Heirs
of God. Heirs of God. You know, I could
have you turn to a lot of scriptures and deal with them, but let me
just quote a few to you. First of all, we're heir of all
things. Paul told the Corinthians, he says, you know, all things
are yours, whether Paul or Cephas or life or death, whatever it
is, all things are yours, except God, everything in this world
is for you. Apostles are for you. Service
was for you. Life is for you. Death is for
you. Everything that God has, He said,
it's all yours. And you are Christ. And Christ
is God. So everything that God has, He
said, it's all yours. You know what life, eternal life
that we have in Christ, that's ours. It's in Christ. Death,
to go to usher us into the presence of God. take us from here to
that blessed place where we rest in the eternal presence of Christ
Himself? Oh, what a thing to God to give
us! Oh my, listen, and not only are
we heirs of all things, but we're heirs of salvation. The Scripture
said in Hebrews 1.14, it says that angels are ministering spirits
sent forth to minister to them who are heirs of what? Salvation. And then we're heirs
of eternal life. He told Titus, he says, Titus,
in hope of eternal life, which God promised before the world
began. And then, I read it to you there in Hebrews 6. Heirs
of promise? God swore by Himself that I'd
give us life, give us Christ? And Peter talked over in 1 Peter
chapter 3, he talked about Heirs of the grace of life? Husbands
and wife together are heirs of the grace of life? Heirs of it? Huh? Me and praise and honor
the worldly wise and what they accomplish. But God said, all
things are yours. Then, you know what? It's talked about in Noah. He
was an heir of righteousness. We're heirs of righteousness.
We inherit righteousness. Christ our righteousness. We're
heirs of the kingdom. James said, heirs of the kingdom.
And poor old Lazarus, he laid at the rich man's gate. Laid
there, and this boy just, you know,
begging for the crumbs. That rich man would come out
of his gate and go by and marry this big fair and sumptuous,
dressed in purple. Oh my, really somebody. Passed
by old Lazarus. Lazarus laying there and the
dogs licking on him. So poor. Sores all over him. One day,
God called them both out of this world. Guess where Lazarus went? He was a child of God. He went
to his inheritance. You know where the rich man went? He went to his inheritance, which
was eternal. Poor man. And then he started
paying attention to Lazarus' sin. He said, you know, there
was a fellow that laid in my gate. And Abraham, if you'd just
let him, if you'd let old Lazarus, just dip his finger in some water
and let him drop that drop on my tongue. He said, son, you had everything
you wanted in this life. And you ain't getting no more.
But Lazarus, he didn't have nothing in this life. But now he's got
everything. As long as we're heirs of God,
that's all that matters. Being heirs of God. And all beloved
heirs of God means, now listen to me, when it says heirs of
God, it's heirs of everything that God possesses. How wealthy
is God? What does God possess? What does He possess? Huh? He said, if I was in need, what
did I ask of you? The heaven of heavens can contain
Him. And, oh, beloved, everything that God possesses, that's what
we are heirs of. And not only that, but we're
heirs of all that God is. What is God? What is His attributes? What is His glory? What is His
power? What is His grace? What is His
love? What is His goodness? Every other attribute of God.
That's our inheritance too. And then not only that, but we're
heirs of God Himself. He told Abraham, I will be thy
exceeding great reward. Whatever you get in this life,
really all that matters is Abraham, I'm going to be your reward.
I'll be your reward. When it's all said and done,
you get me. What more could you want than
that? Then we're heirs of all that the Lord Jesus Christ is
and has as both God and man. It inherits His obedience, His
righteousness, His fulfilling of the law, His justice satisfied,
His substitutionary death, His sin being put away. Everything
that He is is God and man. That's what we inherit. And then I'll tell you something
else, and then I'll wind this up. And the children, there's verse
17, Romans 8 said, And the children, then heirs of God, and joined
heirs with Christ. Now here's the key. This is the
kicker right here. We're not heirs except with Christ,
through Christ, and in Christ. You ain't getting nothing without
Him. If you've got Him, you've got everything. Oh, see, this
is the test. Henry sent us a song the other
day, Christ Himself. Christ Himself. We're not heirs
except with Christ and in Christ. And this is the test, as I talked
about the New Birth a minute ago. Are you in Him? Have you come to Him? Are you
joined to Him by faith? Huh? Oh my, have you come to
Christ? Are you joined to Christ? Are
you united to Christ? If you are, then you're heirs
of God and joint heirs with Christ. And this shows us the greatness
of the inheritance. Oh, how great and vast this inheritance
must be. What must the inheritance be
if the Father gives it to the Son of His love? It's an inheritance
worthy of the Lord Jesus. What would God give His Son?
But he who has all things, what would he give him? Well, whatever
he's got, that's what he gives us. Can you see how great the
inheritance is? You remember when Abraham sent
Eliezer to get a bride for Isaac, and he went over where Abraham
was from, over to Laban's house, got over there, and the first
thing he started doing, you know, found a woman. He started taking
the things of Isaac. First thing he says, he says,
My son's an Arab. My master's son's Arab of all
things. Then he started bringing out
a lot of gold. Laying out gold. Boy, gold is impressive. Then he started taking out a
lot of silver. Laying out a lot of silver. Then he started bringing
out all these beautiful garments that she'd go dress her in. She said, where you go? I believe
I'll just go. And that's what God does to us.
Oh, he shows us. We just see just a little gold,
a little silver. We see this beautiful robe we're
dressed in. And this is where the prodigal
son, he's got to spend all his inheritance. And that's all we
can do in this world, spend what we have. But I tell you what,
he went back to the father. The Father gave him everything
that he had and said, take the best robe and put it on him.
Put shoes on his feet and put a ring on his finger. It's going
to be like he always had, just what he always had. Oh, my. And we cannot tell you something,

inheritance here. But Christ cannot and will not
lose His inheritance. And we stand or fall in Him. And how much, how much must he
love his children, his blessed children, to make them heirs
with him in all things? And I'll tell you something,
beloved. It's called an internal inheritance. Our inheritance,
if children then heirs, our inheritance is secure because he took us
into union with himself. What he has, we have. And he
says, I pray not for the world, but for them that thou hast given
me out of the world. He intercedes for us. That secures
our inheritance. He's gone into heaven now before
us to prepare for us, and he's gone as our forerunner for us.
And his coming again and our going to him will bring us into
the full enjoyment of this blessed inheritance and being joint heirs
with the Lord Jesus Christ. ought to cause us to love Him,
plead to Him, trust Him, call on Him, because without Him,
and apart from Him, we are nothing, have nothing, and can do nothing. But in Him we possess all things. Amen? And let me tell you something
else it says right there, and then I'm done. If children then
heirs of God, then heirs, heirs of God join heirs with Christ.
is so big, and then listen to this now, that we suffer with
Him, we may be also glorified with Him. That's part of our
inheritance, suffering with Him. And what a blessed thing that'll
be. What an inheritance. What an
inheritance. Our Father in the
