Turn to Job chapter 19. Job chapter 19. Where do we find confidence and
hope in times of real trouble? Real trouble. I'm not talking
about inconvenience. I'm talking about you don't know
which way to go, which way to look. Job said in Job chapter
10, he said, I am full of confusion. I'm full of confusion. This is
Job. I go forward. I can't find God.
I go backwards to the right, to the left. I don't know where
he's at. I don't know what's going on. When those kind of times come,
where is it we find that confidence and that hope? We find it in
the same place Job found it, in his Redeemer, in Christ. When we can't find anything else,
you can't reach anything else. It's like a child of God sitting
in darkness. Have you ever been there? Sometimes,
somewhere down the road, some of you will. And when those times
come, it's our Redeemer. It's our Redeemer, our relationship
to Him, knowing Him. Listen, it's not knowing facts
about Him. There's a real difference here.
Eternal life is to know God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent. It's not knowing facts about
God and knowing facts about Christ. It's literally knowing God. It's knowing God in Christ. It's
having a real relationship, a real communion with Almighty God. That's what it is. Job was not
reaching to facts here in trying to find comfort. He's reaching
to a person. He's just crying out and he says, I know, I know
my Redeemer liveth. You know how he was tried. Look
over here in verse 6. Know now that God hath overthrown
me. All the way through this book
of Job, He does not accuse the devil. He does not accuse Satan. He doesn't say the devil did
this, the devil did that. He went to the root of the cause,
God. Job knew that nothing moved against
him. He knew that nothing happened
without God, allowing His God, His Redeemer. He knew that. And
so here he says, well, you know, in the first chapter he says,
the Lord giveth. He doesn't say the Lord giveth
and Satan taketh. He didn't say it, did he? The
Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away. Blessed be his name. He knows what to give us, when
to give it to us, and when to take it. Some of the greatest
blessings that you and I will ever have will be in those things
that God takes away from us. Those will be the times that
will draw us up to Him and allow us to see more of Him. Job said,
by the hearing of the ear, I've heard of thee. A lot of you may have grown up
in Bible classes. You've heard of God and then one day, one
day you see, you see. Job was a man greatly tried of
God. He says here, Know now that God
hath overthrown me and hath compassed me with his net. It's like a
fishing net. He's just thrown it over me.
I'm trapped. There's no way out of this. He
has hedged up my way like he did Gomer. Hedged up my way. Behold, I cry out of wrong. I
cry out of violence. His prayers were violent. If God ever tries you, I mean
tries you, you'll cry out of violence. It won't be some, it'll
be, it'll be violent prayer. Heaven suffers violence and the
violent take it by force. And he says here, I pray violently,
but I'm not hurt. I'm not hurt. I cry aloud. There's
no judgment. The Sabians, they came and stole.
There's no justice. There is. There is. It's just hard to see it at times.
But there is nobody. You mark this down. Nobody ever
gets away with anything in this life. Nobody. Somebody could be murdered. They said they've never caught
that guy. God knows exactly where that person is. And I'm telling
you this judgment is real. It's real. And no one gets away
with anything. Job said, I cry loud. There's
no judgment. Oh, yes, there is, Joe. Yes,
there is. He has fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and He
has set darkness in my path. Would you think that this is
the way a father treats a son? Would you? This is the way God
treats us. This is the way He deals with
us. This is the way He disciplines us. This is the way He teaches
us. None teaches like God. He has set darkness in my path.
He has stripped me of my glory and taken the crown from my head.
The crown doesn't belong on my head, does it? The crown belongs
on the head of the Lord Jesus Christ. Job needed this. Job needed this or God would
not have sent it. Job needed it to the fullest
degree or God would not have sent it. Job was said to be an upright
man, he's a righteous man, just like you who believe the gospel,
you're righteous in Christ, you're upright in Christ. God called
him a perfect man. Look over in Job chapter 32. Some things revealed about Job
that God dealt with. And this is in us, more than we like to admit. So these three men ceased to
answer Job because he was righteous in his own eyes. Then was kindled
the wrath of Elihu, the son of Berechel, the Buzite of the kindred
of Ram, against Job was his wrath kindled because he justified
himself rather than God. There was some self-righteousness
that had to be dealt with. Now, God said he's perfect, he's
upright, but you know what? He's still a man, isn't he? He's
still a man, just like you and I. He's a man of like passion,
like you and I. And there's still so much self-righteousness
in us that it's appalling. It's absolutely appalling. And
so, let me go on down through here. He says here, He's destroyed
me on every side. I'm gone. My hope hath He removed
like a tree. Well, He removed all his hopes
but except one. And thank God if He does that.
Thank God if He removes every hope you cling to except the
Lord Jesus Christ. He hath also kindled His wrath
against me. He has counted me unto Him as one of His enemies.
His troops come together. I wrote out here beside this,
His troops of trials. And that's the way they come.
They never end. However long we live in this
life, There's troops of trials coming. We may get through one,
then a little while, and get a little break, and then there's
another one, and another one, and another one. His troops come
together and they raise up their way against me, and they encamp
around about my tabernacle. He hath put my brethren far from
me. Mine acquaintance is very strange for me. My kinsmen have
failed and my familiar friends have forgotten me. They dwell
in my house and my maids count me for a stranger. I'm an alien
to them. They think nothing of me now.
They used to honor me. It's tough coming down, isn't it?
Oh, I tell you, when God lays us in the dust, it's tough. It's
tough. I called my servant and he gave
me no answer. I treated him with my mouth.
My breath is strange to my wife. You know she said to him, why
don't you curse God and die? And what she was saying to him,
why don't you curse God and go out here and commit suicide?
Why don't you go kill yourself? That's tough, brother. That's
tough. Here's a man sitting there scraping
boils. His wife don't want anything to do with him. His servants,
none of them, all forsaken him. Boy, is this not a picture of
Christ? Did not all forsake him? My breath, he said, strange to
my wife. I had treated her for the children's sake of my own
body. Yeah, the young children despise me. They don't respect
me as an elder anymore. They despise me. I rose and they
spake against me. And no doubt they mocked him.
All my inward friends, the men of my secrets, all my inward
friends abhorred me. His friends, there were three
friends that sat there. They all said, Job, what did
you do to bring this upon your family? What did you do to bring
this upon yourself? Job, you had to have committed
some great sin. God doesn't deal with His children
like this. Oh yes, He does. Oh yes, He does. Don't be fooled. Don't think
that those who are blessed with riches have the favor of God.
It's those whom the Lord disciplines and chastens and takes from.
and guides and teaches and makes them cry. He makes his children
cry. All my inward friends abhor me
and they whom I love are turned against me. My bone cleaveth
to my skin and to my flesh. Man, what a mess he was. And
I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. Have pity upon me. Have pity upon me, all you my
friends, for the hand of God hath touched me. Now, for the
average person, you would say, would you like for the hand of
God to touch you? And they would think, yes, I'm going to win
the lottery. That's what they think. If the hand of God touches
you, they're going to have a bigger home, better job, better this. You
may not have nothing. You may end up with zero. Because
the hand of God touched Job in a way that brought Job to him
and stripped him of all this other stuff. All this, I don't
know how long he had had all this and how rich he was or what
his age was here. I know he's one of the richest
men in that land, but God laid him in the dust. And there's one thing that comes
out of all this. One thing. Well, I mean, several
things come out of it from Job. And he says here, oh, in verse
23, I can just see this, you know, he just told us here how
God has dealt with him. how the hand of God has touched
him and stripped him and treated him like an enemy. But he says,
oh, it's just like he just gets the energy. Sitting there with
those boils and just putrefying flesh and sick and feverish,
and he just gets the strength to say, oh, my words, I want
this written. If you guys don't get anything
else, It's like you look at those three friends. If you three jerks
don't get anything else, I want you to get this. I want you to
get this. Oh, that my words were written,
now written. Oh, that they were printed in
a book. And what a book God printed them
in. He printed them in His book. That they were graven with an
iron pen and led in the rock forever. And this is what I want
to be known. If I die right now, If I die,
if I do not come out of this sickness, if God does not raise
me up, this is one thing I want everybody to know. I know that
my Redeemer liveth. I know he's alive. I know he
liveth. Job knew his Redeemer. He knew
he had a Redeemer. He knew his Redeemer was alive.
He doesn't say, I know that my Redeemer is going to live. He knew that His Redeemer was
already living, that He was already alive. He knew that He would be victorious.
I may look like a mess. I am a mess. You're a mess. It's just a mess here, isn't
it? I'm a mess. You're a mess. But my Redeemer
is victorious. He's not a mess. He's cleaned
up the mess. He's cleaned it up. He's alive. He's my Redeemer. And He's victorious. And I'm going to see Him. Job said, I know this thing may
take my life. I may die. I may not get over
this. I may not get over this. And it may be the very instrument
that God uses to put me in the grave. But I'm going to see Him. I'm
going to see Him. And I'm going to be cleared of
all charges. You know, when you and I try to justify ourselves,
we mess it up, don't we? You get in a spitting contest.
I've never seen anybody win a spitting contest. But if God clears us,
if God justifies me, if God justifies me, who can condemn me? Who can
condemn me? Now, we see Job definitely was
a man greatly tried of God. He was a man taught of God. All
thy children, the scripture said, shall be taught of God. All thy
children shall be taught of God. And all the teaching is not just
book work, life work. There's life work in this. Job
knew that a man, that all men, Born of a woman is a few days
in full of trouble. Isn't that the way it is? Boy,
when I was young, I didn't see that. Now that I've got a little
gray hair going, I see it. I see it, full of trouble. You
could identify with people now. You know, I was young. I couldn't
identify with a lot of things. I really couldn't. I didn't experience
it. You can't identify with something
if you don't experience it. You just can't do it. Not really. But he knew that every man, every
woman that's born into this world is born to trouble. To trouble,
as he says, is a spark fly upward. He knew that his days were as
a vapor. It's quick, isn't it? It goes
by quick. But he also knew that his Redeemer would come and redeem
his soul and his body out of all its trouble. He knew that. In fact, that was a hard experience.
He knew that in his soul, just as sure as he was living. He
knew that his Redeemer would redeem him out of all his troubles,
and that God would not abandon the work of his hands. We are
His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus under good works. That's
what it says in Ephesians 2. God will not abandon the work
of His hands. If you believe the Gospel, You
are a work of God. You are born of God and God will
never abandon that work. He'll never abandon that work.
Job knew that his redeemer would save him and raise him up in
the latter days. He knew that was going to happen.
He was confident of that. He was so confident of it. He
said, I want this written down. There's a lot of things I said
probably shouldn't be written down. I'm sure he felt that way. You probably felt there's a lot
of things I've said here. Have you done that? A lot of things
I've said I wish I hadn't said. But he's saying here, this is
one thing I want written down. He's going to raise me up. He
knew he'd live again. If a man dies, shall he live
again? Absolutely. Absolutely. He'll live again
in Christ if he's in Christ. If not, he'll perish and he'll
spend his time in hell. Now listen, he says here, I know
that my Redeemer liveth. He knew he had a Redeemer. I
think Job knew he needed a Redeemer. And Job knew he had a Redeemer.
And he knew that his Redeemer had the right and the power to
redeem him from all his sins, from all his troubles, from all
his wrongdoings, and set everything right, everything right at the
bar of justice. He knew He had Him. He knew that
His Redeemer would come and redeem Him from everything. Everything. There's not one thing
that will have a claim on me or you who believe. Not one thing
will have a claim on us. Not one. He paid the price in full. He
bought us lock, stock and barrel. That's why the Scripture says,
are not your own. You've been bought with a price.
I bought my own. You've been bought with a price.
And that price is the blood of the Son of God. I belong to Him. I'm His property. I'm His. He knew that He had a true kinsman
that was His friend and would never leave Him. Not going to
leave Him in the grave. He's not going to perish. Job
knew he would not perish. Because his Redeemer redeemed
him. Brother, that's confidence. I want that confidence right
there. When I read this, I just felt drawn to it. I want this
confidence. I want this confidence in Christ so much. That whatever
comes my way, that I can say, I want it to be written, I want
it to be said, I know my Redeemer lives. I know he lives, and he's
coming again for me. No matter how bad it gets, he's
coming again for me. Job's friends, so-called, and
wife despised him, and they blamed him. And I can't
even imagine the weight of this. I can't imagine the weight of
this. They blamed him for all the calamity that had happened. All of it just fell on him. Blamed him for it. However, through all his
troubles, and through all his darkness, and through all his
confusion, he said, I'm confused. There's one thing he was not
confused about, and that's his Redeemer. I know He's alive. I know he's well, and I know
he's going to set this thing right, and I know I'm coming
out of this. I don't know what I'm going to
have to go through in this life. I don't know yet the trials.
Me and my family has gone through some things that's been very,
very difficult. And there may be some things
yet that's even more and more difficult. But I do know one
thing. I know that the end of it is
good. I have a good end. I have a good end in Christ.
I know the way this thing is going to end. I read the last
chapter. I read it. There's going to be a new heaven. There's going to be a new earth
wherein dwells righteousness. And there's going to be no more
sin, no more sorrow, no more sadness. All that's begun. It says in Scripture that the
former things will not even come into mind. We won't sit around and just
remember the past and find sorrow over it. The only thing we're
going to... I can't even explain what we're
going to do. I'm into a realm right now I
don't know what I'm talking about so I better get out of it. I mean, it's just unbelievable what's coming. That's
why faith is a gift of God. Because it is unbelievable. By
human standards. By human standards. It is. But Job knew that through all
his trouble, his Redeemer would come and redeem him, and he never
lost hope in his kinsman, Redeemer. And that's the very thing Satan
set out to do. Satan said, you just let me at
him. I got that first at him. You let me at him. He'll be cursing
you to your face. He'll be cussing you by the time
I get done with him. God said, well, he said, you go ahead,
you take all he has, because you know what? His life and his
hope is not what he owns in his possessions. My life's not in
these things. Your life consists not in the
things which you possess. God knew. Job, this is how ignorant
Satan is. This is how ignorant he is. Job
was in God's hands. He's in Christ's hand. Our life
is hid with Christ in God. Does that know what it says?
That's why God said don't touch his life. You can't. You can't
because his life is hid with Christ in God. Now you can touch
my body. You can touch my possessions.
You can touch these things. And God let him do it. And Satan
thought for sure he would break Job and Job would curse God to
his face and turn on him. Instead, you know what he did?
When he squashed him, he squeezed out this cry, I know my Redeemer
liveth. The harder he was squashed, the
louder he cried, I know my Redeemer liveth. I know he's alive and
he's coming again. Man, he just kept encouraging
himself. Those three friends weren't encouraged,
they were just listening. But boy, Job was just, he was
just at the level of singing. I know my Redeemer liveth. The
harder he was squashed, the more he shouted, I know my Redeemer
liveth. Oh my. In Christ we find our
kinsman Redeemer. He's all our hope. You know,
it's not that I accepted Christ that gives me any hope at all.
It's that God has accepted me in Christ. That's my hope. That's my hope. He's not only
all my hope, He's all my life. Because I live, you shall live
also. Listen, even if the mountains
depart, and the hills be carried to the midst of the sea, and
there's no cattle in the stall, and there's no fruit on the vine,
we still look to our Redeemer, who is risen and ascended on
high, who is seated at God's right hand, right now, Right
now, you and I, we're here, we're gathered here together, right
now. Our Redeemer is seated at God's right hand making intercession
for us. This worship service is going
on in His presence, you know that? It's going on in His presence. It's not like we're sitting here
and it's a zillion miles away somewhere. We're in His presence.
He said the Kingdom of God's in you. The Jews made a mistake
looking for a kingdom that was coming to be set up on earth.
No, he said the kingdom is spiritual. It's a spiritual kingdom. We're in His presence right now.
This worship service is going on in His presence right now. Now Job said this. Let me move
on. He said that his Redeemer liveth. Scripture tells us, unto us a
child is born, unto us a son is given. The child was born. The body of Christ, He said,
I am fearfully and wonderfully made. The human, the man Christ
Jesus was created. The man, the body, the soul.
He was a man in every way. In every way that we are. He
was a man. And that was made. But the Son, which is God, The
Son is not created. He's God. Jesus Christ is God-man. He's all God and He's all man.
And I cannot explain that. I can't explain that. I can't
explain the Trinity. I can't explain that stuff. I can't do it. I don't need to. You know, the brother read back
there in Psalm 27. I want you to look over there
a minute. Psalm 27. This jumped out at me when he
read it. I can't believe it. I mean, I
can't explain it all, but I can believe it. And in believing
it, listen, in believing it, we get understanding. In believing,
we see. I had fainted, verse 13. I had
fainted unless I had believed to see." Don't reverse that. Don't reverse that. Don't say,
and it doesn't say, I had fainted unless I had seen, and then I
believed. No, that's not faith. He said,
unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord. He
believed to see it. A lot of things I can't explain,
but I can believe it. And in believing it, God gives
understanding. He gives an understanding. Job said, he said, I know my
Redeemer liveth. This means that he must be eternal. How can you explain the longevity
of the Redeemer? If he liveth, if he's already
alive and he's going to stand upon the earth in the latter
days. Job knew that his Redeemer was none other than his Lord.
He knew that. The One who has no beginning
of days or end of life. He knew His Redeemer was none
other than His Lord. The Lord Jesus Christ. We know
Him now. We know His name, Jesus Christ. Job's Redeemer is life. He said, My Redeemer liveth. He is life. He doesn't just give
life. He is the embodiment of life.
It says grace and truth came by Him. He didn't just come and
tell us grace and truth. He's the embodiment of it. He's the embodiment of it. My
Redeemer is life and gives life. Life comes from life. That's
where it comes from. No man, no sickness can take
my life from me. It's here with Christ and God. You know, one day I'm going to
lay this body down One day I'll lay this body down, but I'm not
going to die. I'm not going to die, I'm telling
you. I already died. Go read Colossians chapter 3.
Look over at Colossians chapter 3. He says here, If you then be
risen with Christ, seek those things which are above. For Christ
sitteth on the right hand of God. Colossians chapter 3, verse
1. Verse 2. Set your affection on
things above, not on things of the earth, for you are dead.
When did that happen? When did that happen? Do you
remember dying? I'll tell you when it happened.
It happened at Calvary. And that's real. We need to live
in the reality of it. I died in Christ. That's a real
death. I died a real death in Christ.
I will not die. My body is going to die. It's
going to be laid in the grave. But just as soon as I leave this
body, as soon as this body lay it down, I'm gone. I'm gone. I'm gone to be with the Lord.
That's where the righteous go, to be with the Lord. My Redeemer is life and He gives
life and I'll never die. He that believes in me shall
what? That's exactly what He said. You'll never die. My Redeemer is my righteousness. I'm sure glad I don't have to
produce one. I couldn't keep the law. I don't even want all
the law. You know what all of them are? Huh? You want to keep the law
before God? Can you quote them all? Six hundred
and some of them? It wouldn't matter if you could
quote them. It wouldn't matter. We can't
even drive a speed limit. Can't drive the speed limit.
What makes me think I'd ever keep God's law? My Redeemer is my righteousness. Now, I know men don't think much
about righteousness, but God does. God does. The righteous Lord loves righteousness.
We read that this morning over in Hebrews chapter 1. Thou hast
loved righteousness and hated iniquity. I might sit in sackcloth and
ashes, and I may... I know I'm going to do things,
say things that I ought not to. But I thank God that my righteousness
does not hang on what I do and don't do. It's all on Christ. It's all on Him. There will always
be accusations cast at me, some true, some not true. Yet in my Redeemer, I am always
righteous in God's sight. You know, when Elihu spoke up
and he just shot Job down, he said, you justified yourself
more than God. And Job said some pretty hard
things. But if you read the end of the beginning of Job, when
God calls him a perfect and righteous man, read the end of Job, God
calls him the same thing. A perfect and righteous man.
He never brings up his sins. He never brings up one thing
that Job said that he shouldn't have said. Not one thing. God doesn't mention
one thing. And they're gone. They're gone. Who shall lay anything to the
charge of God's elect? I'm chargeable. I mean, you can
charge me with stuff. I charge you with stuff. But
it's not going to stick. Satan can charge me, but it's
not going to stick. It's all gone. The attention here is on
my Redeemer. Not Job's faith on Job's Redeemer. That's where the attention is.
Christ said, without me, you can do nothing. You can do nothing
without me. And then my Redeemer is my wisdom.
It's through Christ that I know the Father. It's through Christ
that I know the truth. It's through Him. Then we have Job's assurance
of his interest in Christ. I'll wind this up. I know that
my My Redeemer. Brethren, there's
a difference in knowing there is a Savior and He's my Savior.
There's a difference in knowing that there is a Redeemer. Knowing
Him as my Redeemer. He's my Redeemer. I'm His and
He is mine. Isn't that what she says in the
Song of Solomon? I am His and He is mine. He's
my Redeemer. He's my kinsman. He's my elder
brother. Through all His trials and losses,
He never lost hope in His Redeemer. This kind of assurance only comes
from what? Knowing Him. I cannot express this strongly
enough that salvation is knowing Christ. It's knowing God in Christ. It's been united to Him like
the branch is to the vine. It's a relationship like that
of a husband and wife, a father and son. This kind of assurance only comes
from knowing the Redeemer. It's the same faith that Paul
expressed When he said, I know whom I have believed. Now you
can ask a lot of people about what they believe. They'll tell
you what they believe. Won't they? Let me tell you what I
believe. But not many ever say, let me
tell you about the one I believe. Abraham believed God. He believed God. He believed
a person. He had beliefs and facts. And it wasn't just a story
that he believed. He believed God when God spoke
to him. When God spoke to him about the
seed, he believed Him. He believed Him. Against all
hope, he believed God. He believed Him. And that's what
Paul said, I know whom I have believed. And I have committed
everything to Him against that day. The Redeemer hasn't changed.
He hasn't changed. He's the same yesterday, today,
forever. We can trust Him, rely on Him, come to Him, look to
Him, hope in Him, walk with Him, have fellowship with Him, and
someday walk into glory with Him. Someday. If He kept Job, He'll keep me.
He'd keep one center, he'd keep another. Lack of faith is our fault. Every
ounce of lack of faith is my fault. Every bit of it. We have all we need to have all
the faith and assurance we need. We have God's Word, why can't
we take Him at His Word? The problem is we don't avail
ourselves of the means. as often as we should, and sin,
indwelling sin. And though after my skin worms
destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God, whom I
shall see for myself, mine eyes shall behold, and not another,
though my reins be consumed within me. That's confidence. When you've
lost everything and you say that God has, he just said this over
in a few verses, God is counting me as an enemy. God's treating
me like an enemy. God has cut me off. God has shut
me up. God has taken away everything
I have. But you know what? I'm going to see Him. I'm going
to see Him. Even though I go to the grave
and the skin worms have their day, I'm going to have my day.
I'm going to have my day. Job knew that his redemption
was so complete that God would raise him up. In a body. In a body. He said, I'm going to behold
Him with my eyes. You know, we're going to have
His body again, but we're going to have it without sin, without
corruption. We're going to have His body
again. I'm going to look like me. Except there's not going
to be any sin. It's going to be an incorruptible
body. Our redemption is so complete
that He not only redeemed our souls, He redeemed our bodies. Redeemed us. Our Lord said, not
a hair of your head will be lost. It will all be complete. The
body will be complete. Take sin out of our bodies and
they're perfect. That old corrupt nature of flesh,
you take it away and we're perfect. But when God does take that old
sinful nature away, It's not coming back. It's not like a
bad habit, it keeps coming back. It's gone. It's gone. Job knew that with his own eyes
he'd see God. He would see God, face to face,
in the flesh. He would stand there and he would
look at God. As we are, we can only know in
part and preach in part. But in that day, that which is
in part will be done away, and we shall know even as we are
known. And we will behold God in all His glorious perfection.
And you know what's amazing? You and I are going to be partakers
of that glory. We're not going to just look
at it. We're going to be partakers of it. We are said to be partakers
of the divine nature. We shall know what true holiness
is. We will know what true life is. We will know what true kindness
is. We will know what true love is.
What real genuine love is in its purity. We'll know it. We'll
know what true joy and mercy and grace. We'll know it to its
perfection. Now our Redeemer has stood upon
the earth, hasn't He? He has stood upon this earth.
And now we await His return to come and get us. Are you looking
for Him? Are you looking for Him? I can tell you everyone here
that's going to be saved. Turn over to Hebrews chapter
9. Hebrews chapter 9, verse 27, And as it is appointed unto men
once to die, and after this judgment, so Christ was once offered to
bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for Him. Are you looking for Him? Are you just waiting to die?
Are you looking for Him to come? And unto them that look for Him
shall He appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Everyone
here right now that's looking for Him to appear shall be saved. You'll go with Him. You'll go
with Him. I know, Job said, I know I know
I want this written down. God wrote it down. I want everybody to know this. I look like a mess. I'm in a
mess. I've lost everything. It looks like his friends were
accusing him of all kinds of things. He must be one of the
worst people that ever walked on earth for that to happen to
him. He said, but I want everybody to know one thing. I know my
Redeemer lives. And I know He's going to stand
on this earth. I know He's victorious. And I know I'm going to die.
I know I'm going to die. But I know that He's going to
bring me out of that grave. And I'm going to behold His glory.
I'm going to be with Him. And I know the end of this is
going to be alright. I know it's going to be alright. I know how it ends. Where is your confidence when
all is dark? And I mean the hard trials of
life. If you have any, it will be in
your Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ.
