How do we know Christ is our mantle?

In Christian theology, Christ is recognized as our mantle. This concept is rooted in the understanding that while the physical mantle of Elijah symbolized his prophetic authority, Christ fulfills this role for every believer. Our righteousness and authority before God are found in Jesus Christ alone. He is the mediator who represents us before the Father, and our faith in His finished work grants us acceptance and assurance of forgiveness. This mantle transcends all human efforts and is the foundation of our justification.
