How do we know Christ's sacrifice fulfilled the law?

Answered in 1 source

Christ's sacrifice fulfilled the law by providing a perfect atonement that the Old Covenant sacrifices could only foreshadow.

The fulfillment of the law through Christ's sacrifice is clearly articulated in Hebrews, where it is stated that the blood of bulls and goats could never remove sin (Hebrews 10:4). Instead, Jesus came to fulfill the law by living a perfect life and offering Himself as the ultimate sacrifice. His death satisfied the demands of God's justice, achieving what the Old Covenant sacrifices merely symbolized. Jesus' sacrifice abolished the old covenant, establishing a new way of relating to God based solely on His grace. In Christ, true righteousness and forgiveness are made available to those who believe.
