How do we know God is glorified in our struggles?

Answered in 1 source

God’s glory is often revealed in our struggles, allowing us to understand His power and mercy more profoundly.

Through adversity, we are brought into awareness of our own limitations and failures, which cultivates a position of humility necessary to perceive God's glory. The path of ease and comfort does not reveal the depth of God's magnificence as trial does. When we face trials such as bereavement, poverty, or temptation, we should see it as an opportunity to witness God's greatness. As Spurgeon points out, those who've navigated difficult waters experience a deeper understanding of God's wonders. Thus, our difficulties serve a divine purpose, shaping us to witness how God’s glory manifests in rescue and provision during our times of despair.
