How do we know God's grace produces good works?

Answered in 1 source

We know God's grace produces good works through biblical teachings and the evidence in transformed lives.

The Scriptures make it clear that good works are a fruit of God's grace active in our lives. In Romans 12:2, it is stated that we are transformed by the renewing of our minds to prove God's good and perfect will. This transformation is a foundational aspect of the Christian experience and confirms the workings of God's grace. Good works manifest as evidence of a genuine faith, as they stem from a heart changed by God's mercy and love. Consequently, the good works of kindness, charity, and fulfilling our duties arise naturally as we seek to know and do God’s will, as empowered by the Holy Spirit.
