How do we know Jesus is the seed of Abraham?

In Galatians 3:16, Paul clarifies that the promises made to Abraham were specifically regarding his seed, and that seed is Christ. This means that Jesus is the fulfillment of God's promise to Abraham, which stated that in his seed, all nations would be blessed.
