How do we know that Christ is the seed of Abraham?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is identified as the seed of Abraham as He fulfills the promises God made to Abraham regarding salvation.

In Galatians 3:16, Paul explicitly states, 'He saith not, and to seeds as of many, but as of one, and to thy seed, which is Christ.' This affirmation establishes Christ’s lineage as the fulfillment of the promise made to Abraham. He is the only seed through whom spiritual blessings are bestowed, representing the ultimate realization of God’s covenant. Thus, believers—both Jew and Gentile—receive the promises of salvation through faith in Him, affirming His role as the singular seed of Abraham.
