How do we know that Christ is victorious over His enemies?

The victory of Christ over His enemies is central to the teachings of Revelation, particularly in Revelation 17:14, which states that the Lamb shall overcome them. This victory is grounded in His nature as Lord of Lords and King of Kings. The culmination of His victory was accomplished through His death on the cross, which not only secured our redemption but also defeated Satan, the very embodiment of opposition against God. As Jesus stated, 'Now is the judgment of this world; now shall the prince of this world be cast out' (John 12:31). Thus, every enemy that rises in opposition to Christ ultimately faces defeat due to His sovereign authority and the completed work of salvation.
