How do we know that Jesus is the judge of mankind?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible clearly states that all judgment has been committed to Jesus as the Son of Man, confirming His authority in this role.

The authority of Jesus to judge is explicitly stated in Scripture. John 5 declares that the Father has committed all judgment to the Son, which reflects His complete authority over all creation. This is not simply because He is the divine Son of God, but more specifically in His role as the Son of Man, who has merited this capacity through His redemptive work on Earth. Therefore, Jesus, being both fully God and fully man, is uniquely positioned to judge humanity, as He understands both divine justice and human experience. This reinforces our confidence in His righteous judgments.
