How do we know we've been born again?

Answered in 1 source

One sign of being born again is the ability to rejoice in Christ, having confidence in Him as our Savior.

The Apostle Paul identifies several evidences of being born again, primarily articulated in Philippians 3:3. A key evidence of being a true believer is the delight in rejoicing in Christ Jesus. This joy stems from the acknowledgment of Christ as our surety in salvation, where our confidence does not rest in ourselves but solely in Jesus. The notion of being born again is rooted in the transformative work of the Holy Spirit, granting believers the spiritual ears to hear and eyes to see the glory of Christ. Recognition of spiritual life and the capacity to genuinely worship and rejoice in Christ serve as hallmarks of a true conversion.
