How does Christ support and embrace His followers?

Answered in 1 source

Christ supports and embraces His followers by being our foundation, protector, and source of strength in every circumstance.

In the Song of Solomon 8:3, the imagery of Christ's left hand under the head of His bride and His right hand embracing her conveys the comforting and supportive nature of Christ towards His people. He is described as our rock and high tower, which means that all believers find their security and strength in Him. This support is not merely metaphorical but is realized in the way He guides, protects, and preserves us through life's challenges. The assurance that we are held in His everlasting love provides us with the peace needed to navigate our struggles, knowing that He is always present as our Savior.
