How does the blood of Christ relate to our sanctification?

Answered in 1 source

The blood of Christ is integral to our sanctification, as it redeems us and enables us to approach God without guilt.

In Hebrews 10:10, it states that we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. The blood of Christ not only redeems us but also serves as the basis for our sanctification. Through His sacrifice, we are cleansed from sin and granted access to the presence of God. Our sanctification is not a gradual improvement of our own righteousness; rather, it is a complete position of holiness given to us in Christ, allowing us to live in light of our new identity as part of His holy nation.
