How is Christ revealed as the secret place?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is the secret place, representing our only refuge from God's judgment and the means through which we come into His presence.

In the sermon, it is emphasized that Christ is the embodiment of the secret place, where true safety and refuge from judgment are found. The imagery derived from the Old Testament, such as the Holy of Holies, illustrates that access to God is realized only through Jesus, our great High Priest. Our interaction with God is mediated through His sacrifice, representing the fulfillment of all sacrificial systems in the Old Testament.

This understanding reveals that the secret place is not a tangible location but a spiritual state that exists in relationship with Christ. When we approach God through Jesus, we find communion and fellowship that grants us security in His grace. Consequently, recognizing Christ as the secret place is vital for Christians; it defines our identity and gives us peace, knowing we are eternally safe in His care.
