What does the Bible say about the tabernacle of God with men?

In Revelation 21:3, we learn that God will dwell with His people, describing this union as the 'tabernacle of God with men.' This reflects the intimate relationship God desires with His creation, echoing back to the tabernacle in the Old Testament where God manifested His presence among the Israelites. Just as the tabernacle was central in the worship and life of ancient Israel, so will be the presence of God in the new heavens and new earth, where believers will experience everlasting fellowship with Him.
