What role does faith in Christ play in spiritual warfare?

Answered in 1 source

Faith in Christ is the foundation of our victory in spiritual warfare, equipping us to overcome sin and satanic accusations.

Faith in Christ is central to understanding our position and power in spiritual warfare. As proclaimed in Romans 8:1, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, which emphasizes that our assurance comes from being united with Him. The blood of Christ is our defense against satanic accusations; therefore, we find our victory in His sovereign grace. Spiritual warfare involves recognizing our need for Christ's righteousness to clothe us, allowing us to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Our strategy in this battle is not to rely on our strength but wholly on Christ. By maintaining our faith and adhering to His Word, we affirm the victory already secured and remain steadfast against temptations and deception.
