Warm greetings, friends, near
and far. The Lord Jesus Christ be magnified
forever and ever. This is Sinner Saved coming at
you with the following short evangelistic gospel message sponsored
by preacher Wayne Boyd and the Brethren in Christ at First Baptist
Church located in Almonte, Michigan, USA. And God willing, this broadcast
will reach you, Lima Charlie, loud and clear. It is my hope
and prayer unto God Most High, the only Holy Father, that His
only begotten Son, Christ Jesus, the Lord Our Righteousness, be
greatly exalted, that His everlasting gospel be clearly proclaimed,
that the pride of mere flesh and blood men be humbled, and
that His elect saints be greatly encouraged and comforted in these
evil and perilous days. Please consider having paper
and pencil handy to jot down the scriptural references for
your own follow-up study. And so we begin with the weekend
gospel message to follow. For all hands, heads up! Please find enclosed encouragement
in so great salvation by the perfect and finished work of
our Lord Jesus Christ in saving poor, needy, and wretched sinners
by his sovereign free grace. That is to say, Almighty God,
in His unmerited favor, to save me and you from our sins and
from hell. The Lord thy God in the midst
of thee is mighty. Zephaniah 317. What a mighty
God we have to deal with. And what would suit our cause
but a mighty God? Have we not mighty sins? Have
we not mighty trials? Have we not mighty temptations?
Have we not mighty foes and mighty fears? And who is to deliver
us from all this mighty host except the mighty God? It is
not a little God, if I may use the expression, that will do.
For God's people, they need a mighty God because they are in circumstances
where none but a mighty God can interfere in their behalf. Why,
if you did not know feelingly and experimentally your mighty
sins, your mighty trials, your mighty temptations, and your
mighty fears, you would not want a mighty God. This sense of our
weakness and His power, of our misery and of His mercy, of our
ruin and His recovery, of the aboundings of our sin and the
super aboundings of His grace. A feeling sense, I say, of these
opposite yet harmonious things brings us to have personal, experimental
dealings with God. And it is in these personal dealings
with God that the life of all religion consists. Old-time preacher
J.C. Philpott. And when I saw him,
I fell at his feet as dead. Revelation 1, 17. John saw the
Lord as a great high priest, obviously conscious of the immeasurable
distance of sinfulness. In the very presence of sinlessness,
he fell at his feet as one was dead. John saw him with the eye
of understanding and faith, knowing him to be the only mediator between
or before God for men, and knew him as the only one able to save
to the uttermost those that come unto God by him, seeing he ever
liveth to make intercession for them. Hallelujah. Thank you,
Lord. John fell at his feet in submission
as one dead to self. and in total need of mercy. Oh,
may he be pleased to bless us likewise today. That was from
preacher Marvin Stalnaker of Katy, I spell K-A-T-Y, Baptist
Church located in Fairmont, West Virginia, USA. Sovereign purpose
and the power of Almighty God. That we are the children of God
is the result of God's eternal purpose without regard to anything
we have done or anything that God foresaw we would do. That
we have been justified is the result of God's will. made just
by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ so that we may say that we are
justified by Christ's blood. That we have believed the gospel
is the result of the omnipotent call of the spirit of God as
he gives life to God's chosen, guiding them into all truth by
taking from what is Christ's and showing it to them. Furthermore,
that we persevere in the faith is the result of the spirit of
Christ preserving or persevering in all his life-giving, guiding,
and revealing work. Without question, every aspect
of our salvation is the result of the sovereign purpose and
power of the God of our salvation. But we are mistaken if we think
that this means that salvation is experienced apart from our
will to be saved, are actually relying on the blood of Christ
poured out for us and our positive response to the call of the Holy
Spirit of God. The work of God, His eternal
purpose and His outstretched hand of omnipotence does not
wait for us to actualize the mere possibility of salvation
and is certainly in no way dependent upon our power or actions. But
such is the will and power of God that it actually works in
us to will and to do of His good pleasure. Please see Philippians
2.13, friends. Salvation is not initiated or
perfected by our will or choice to be saved, but none were ever
saved apart from such a will and choice. And I'd like to interject
Psalm 110, verse three. Check it out, friends. The Lord
makes his people willing in the day of his power. Salvation is
not commenced or perfected by our perceiving the blood of Christ
shed for sinners and trusting in it, but none were ever saved
apart from such perception and trust. Salvation does not await
our positive response to the call of the Spirit, but none
were ever saved apart from such a positive response. The perfection
of our salvation is not dependent on our perseverance, but none
were ever finally saved without pressing on, so that it can be
said of him, he died in faith. While we must never act as though
our salvation is made up of God's part and our part, Neither must
we allow ourselves to think that the scriptural calls to hear
the gospel, to repent and believe the gospel, to call upon the
name of the Lord for his salvation, and to give our whole selves
to the pursuit of Christ is somehow irrelevant to the whole matter.
And I would like to interject something very important. Although
I've mentioned this in a previous broadcast, it bears repeating. That so-called false evil, Doctrine
known as cooperative salvation theology is a lie from the pit
of hell It's all of Christ and none of us And consider the some
of the scariest words in the entire holy bible with our master
Saying very solemnly in matthew 7 and I think it's verses 21
through 23. Uh, but uh, basically In that
day in the judgment many many are going to say to the lord
lord lord Didn't we do this? Didn't we do that? Didn't we
do the other thing? And the lord's going to look
at them and say depart from me you workers of iniquity. I never
knew you Those many, and I think that word means majority, those
people erroneously believed in cooperative salvation theology,
and they trusted in their filthy, ragged, self-righteous works
instead of in the Lord our righteousness. Okay, enough about that. Even
if our minds cannot properly reconcile all these things, they
are all true, so let us walk according to them. And that message
was from preacher Joe Terrell of Grace Community Church, located
in Rock Valley, Iowa, USA. necessary truths. If preachers
are to be true to the word of God and to the souls of the people
to whom we minister, we must faithfully proclaim the gospel
of the grace of God, clearly setting forth these four things. Number one, salvation of the
righteous is of the Lord. Psalm 37, 39. We must never leave
the impression upon anyone that the deliverance of their soul
from sin and Satan is somehow left in their hands, that they
are the determining factor in their salvation, or that God
is in need of man's cooperation in this matter of the rescue
of sinners. Negative. True Bible doctrine must permeate
our preaching. Jonah 2, 9. Salvation is of the
Lord. Ephesians 2 5 by grace you are
saved the father chose a people unto eternal life. This is salvation
by purpose The son laid down his life to rescue the people
of god's choice. This is salvation by purchase
The holy spirit quickens sinners and leads them to believe on
the name of the son of god. This is salvation by power number
two everyone is totally depraved Romans 3 23 all have sinned and
come short of the glory of God We must proclaim that all are
dead in sins and have no ability to think a spiritual thought
or perform a spiritual deed The supposed righteousness of every
sinner must be set forth as nothing but polluted, filthy rags. Please
see Isaiah 64, 6. Since the fall of Adam's race
was unto spiritual death and inability, there is no hope for
anyone if left to themselves. Regardless of any sinner's intentions,
efforts, and resolutions, self-salvation is an utter impossibility. Number three, Christ's work of
redemption was successful. His cross death satisfied the
requirements of God and resulted in the pardon of all those in
whose stead he died. It cannot be that a person perish
whose debt was assumed by Christ and paid for with his precious
blood. Payment God will not twice demand,
first at my bleeding surety's hand and then again at mine.
Thanks be to God. Hallelujah. We must set forth
the total accomplishment of the redemptive work of Christ for
all for whom he tasted death. His sacrifice was offered to
the Father on behalf of His chosen people and divine justice was
honored and satisfied. Not one drop of the blood of
the Savior was shed in vain. The successful accomplishment
of redemption by the Savior's death and resurrection will be
the eternal theme of the Saints in Glory, Revelation 5.9. Thou
wast slain and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood. Number
four. The Holy Spirit's work is to
confront sinners with the gospel of grace, quicken them by His
mighty power, and bring them to repentance toward God and
faith in Christ. The Spirit convinces them of
their sinfulness and brings them to believe on the name of the
only begotten Son of God. The sinner who experiences an
inward work of grace is brought to turn from the idea of salvation
by their work, will, or worth, and is turned by the Lord to
Christ alone and finds in him salvation, righteousness, forgiveness,
and peace with God." That outstanding message was from preacher Jim
Byrd of 13th Street Baptist Church located in Ashland, Kentucky,
USA. Christ died for our sins. Upon a mount called Calvary,
salvation's work was done. Redemption was accomplished by
God's beloved son. Christ bore our sins and sorrows. He made them all his own and
died to honor justice, our sin debt to atone. Oh, what a wondrous
savior. Oh, what a blessed friend. What
love and great compassion, which none can comprehend. The Lord
came down from heaven his very life to he gave he died by God's
appointment our guilty souls to save Lord send thy mighty
spirit to quicken us within Come wash us in the fountain once
open for our sin Oh bring us all to Jesus by faith in him
to dwell he died to seal our pardon and save our souls from
hell And that was written to the tune of the old gospel hymn,
The Church's One Foundation, words by preacher Jim Bird. It is written in Isaiah 45, 22,
where our Lord Jesus Christ commands, look unto me and be ye saved,
all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is none else.
And the master also says in Matthew 11, 28, 30, come unto me, all
ye that labor and are heavy laden. and I will give you rest. Take
my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in
heart, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke
is easy and my burden is light. Friends, it is imperative that
you flee to Christ Jesus today, not tomorrow, for none of us
are promised another day on this planet. Today is the day of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord
while he may be found, and seek him while he is near. And by the way, let me interject,
friends. Take a close look at Proverbs chapter one. The window
of grace is not going to stay open forever. It's gonna slam
shut. And those who do, after that
happens, are going to call upon the name of the Lord, and the
Lord is going to mock them in their calamities. Take heed!
Only by being found in Christ, the ark of our salvation, may
we be delivered from the fierce wrath of Almighty God, which
is coming soon upon the wicked. This about wraps up this evening's
broadcast. I trust Almighty God will awaken
his sleeping elect and draw multitudes of men, women, and children around
the world near and far to his only begotten son, Christ Jesus,
the Lord our righteousness. Yehovah Sidkenu. Bless his name. Baruch Hashem. If you are led
of the Lord to contribute funds to sponsor future shortwave world
band radio broadcasts, then please go to WWCR.com, get their mailing
address to send your donation. Please remember to indicate that
it's for the storm warning broadcast. I'd like to repeat a plea I've
given once or twice on these storm warning broadcasts. We
need We need folks that fear God and worship Him in spirit
and truth and believe the true Lord Jesus Christ and who believe
the true everlasting gospel. We need you to get on these shortwave
radio programs and brag on the master. Again, I say this with
a broken heart. The religious freak show circus
junk that's being talked on shortwave radio is deceiving people around
the world. May the Lord be pleased to raise
up his laborers unto the harvest, for the fields are white unto
the harvest. If you have any questions on
how to go about doing that, it's super simple. Just get my contact
information from Preacher Wayne and we'll go from there. Thank
you for listening. So we await our Lord Jesus Christ,
the son of righteousness, rising with healings in his wings unto
those that fear him in his holy name. We have a glorious future
in the Lord Jesus people forever and ever and ever. If you'd like
to communicate, then please feel free to write. The email address
is thelordbmagnified at gmail.com. And please indicate what country
you're from, what life is like where you live and how the reception
was on your radio or the sermon audio. Great is our Lord Jesus
Christ and greatly to be praised. Take heart, friends. Our mighty
and glorious King of Glory is inbound for his afflicted saints.
Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Maranatha!
