How do we know Christ is the end of the law for righteousness?

Answered in 3 sources

Christ is confirmed as the end of the law for righteousness because He perfectly fulfilled the law and provides righteousness to all who believe.

The Apostle Paul makes it clear in Romans 10:4 that Christ is the fulfillment of the law in its entirety. This idea is reinforced in Galatians 3, where Paul addresses the futility of attempting to obtain righteousness through the law. He argues that if righteousness could be attained by lawkeeping, then Christ's sacrifice would be in vain. Instead, through faith in Christ, believers are declared righteous because of His obedient life and sacrificial death. It is by this belief in Him, not the works of the law, that one is justified before God and attains righteousness.
