How do we know Christ is the fulfillment of the temple's glory?

Answered in 1 source

Christ fulfills the temple's glory because He is the embodiment of God's presence and the ultimate sacrifice for sin.

The glory of the second temple, as prophesied in Haggai, was fulfilled in Christ, who represents everything the temple stood for. The temple was meant to communicate God's dwelling among His people, and with Christ's incarnation, the fullness of God was made manifest. This means that even though the physical temple was destroyed, Christ as the God-man encompasses the law, atonement, and all sacrificial systems, rendering the old ways obsolete. His presence among believers today constitutes the new temple, where His glory resides.
