How do we know Christ's prayers for us are effective?

Answered in 1 source

Christ's prayers are effective because they are based on His perfect righteousness and sacrifice.

The effectiveness of Christ's prayers is rooted in His position as the perfect high priest who has no sin of His own to atone for. In Hebrews 7:25, it states that He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, as He ever lives to make intercession for them. This means that His prayers are always heard and valid because they are intercessions for those whom He has redeemed through His sacrifice. Thus, believers can confidently rest in the truth that they are upheld by Christ’s effective prayers. It is His righteousness, not our own, that secures our standing before God, making His intercession not only necessary but also assured in its success.
