How do we know God's grace is sufficient in times of weakness?

Answered in 1 source

God's grace is demonstrated as sufficient through His power displayed in our weakness, as shown in 2 Corinthians 12:9.

In the life of faith, God's grace proves sufficient especially when we confront our weaknesses. As seen in the example of the affliction of the woman in Luke 13:12, Jesus’s intervention highlights the transforming power of grace in our hardships. The Apostle Paul reinforces this by stating, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness' (2 Corinthians 12:9). This doctrine assures us that even in prolonged struggles, the Lord will provide comfort and strength, making 'us more than conquerors' (Romans 8:37). Therefore, rather than viewing hardship as solely negative, we can see it as an opportunity for God’s grace to manifest in powerful and encouraging ways.
