How do we know God will help us during our struggles?

The assurance of God's help is beautifully expressed in Psalm 42:11, where David speaks of God as 'the health of my countenance.' This realization is critical for believers, especially during times of depression or struggle. Even when David felt overwhelmed, he anchored his hope in God’s character and faithfulness. As Christians, we trust that God is not only aware of our struggles but also actively working within us to bring hope and restoration. He has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us, making His help a certainty we can rely on.
