How do we know Jesus is our Manna?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is referred to as the true Manna, representing spiritual nourishment and grace that sustains believers eternally.

In John 6:32-35, Jesus declares, 'I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.' This proclamation directly connects to the Manna provided to the Israelites, illustrating that while Manna sustained their physical bodies temporarily, Jesus offers everlasting life and spiritual sustenance. The attributes of Manna—its sweetness, purity, and the necessity to gather it daily—mirror the nature of Christ and our relationship with Him. Through faith, we partake in the sustenance that Jesus provides, which fulfills the deepest needs of our souls.
