How do we know Jesus is the full revelation of God?

Answered in 2 sources

Jesus is the full revelation of God because He is the expressed image of God’s person and the ultimate message of His glory.

Hebrews teaches that in these last days, God has spoken through His Son, presenting Him as the full and final revelation of Himself. Jesus is described as the brightness of God's glory and the express image of His person, meaning that to know Jesus is to know the Father. Unlike the prophets who delivered messages from God, Christ embodies the message, demonstrating God’s character and will most completely. This cessation of prophetic revelation signifies His definitive role in revealing God to humanity.
