Scripture clearly states that Jesus alone is the remedy for sin, fulfilling the requirements of the law and bearing our sins on the cross.
The Bible teaches that, like leprosy, sin is a curse that renders us unclean before God, and it cannot be dealt with by any human effort or adherence to the law. In Leviticus 13, the law could only inspect and reveal the condition of leprosy but could not heal. Likewise, the law cannot cleanse us from sin but exposes our guilt. Jesus, being fully divine and fully human, fulfills the law and provides the only means of reconciliation with God. He took our sins upon Himself and bore the ultimate penalty on the cross, as seen in Galatians 3:13-14. Through His sacrifice, we find complete forgiveness and righteousness, testifying to Him being the sole remedy for our sins.
