How do we know that God remembers his servants?

Scriptural assurance confirms that God remembers His servants and their afflictions. Hebrews 6:10 states that 'God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name.' Furthermore, throughout the Bible, we see instances where God remembers His people during times of distress, such as His remembrance of Noah during the flood (Genesis 8:1) and Abraham when he delivered Lot from destruction.
