How do we know that God sees our afflictions?

Answered in 1 source

God explicitly states in Scripture that He has seen the afflictions of His people and is intimately aware of their suffering.

In Exodus 3:7-8, God says, 'I have surely seen the affliction of my people.' This declaration reveals God's omniscience and His deep concern for our suffering. He is aware of our pain whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. The notion that God is mindful of our afflictions provides comfort, assuring us that we are never alone in our struggles. As God has been attentive to His people throughout history, so He continues to be aware of the challenges faced by believers today, promising deliverance in His perfect timing.
