How do we know that grace is the source of our freedom?

Answered in 1 source

The source of our freedom is the grace of God, which enables us to be released from the guilt of sin and live righteously.

In the sermon, it is affirmed that grace is the fundamental source of the believer's liberty. Paul draws on examples from Scripture, such as Noah finding grace in the eyes of the Lord, to show that God's mercy is the basis of our freedom. This grace does not only liberate us from sin but also empowers us to live obediently and lovingly towards God and others. It is God's unmerited favor that calls us out of darkness and into His marvelous light, transforming our hearts to desire righteousness rather than rebellion. This biblical truth is woven throughout the New Testament and exemplified in the lives of believers throughout history.
