How do we know that Jesus is our example in suffering?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture teaches us to consider Jesus, who endured great suffering as a model for us during our trials.

Hebrews 12:3 instructs believers to consider Jesus, who faced relentless opposition from sinners. His sufferings were profound—He was mocked, insulted, and ultimately crucified, yet He remained steadfast. This enduring example is vital for Christians, as reflecting on Christ’s perseverance in the face of adversity strengthens our resolve to endure our own struggles. The more we contemplate His trials and ultimate victory, the more equipped we become to face our own challenges with courage and faith.
