How do we know the blood of Christ provides salvation?

Answered in 1 source

The blood of Christ is central to salvation, as it signifies forgiveness and reconciliation with God.

The significance of Christ's blood in salvation is evident throughout Scripture. In Hebrews 12:24, the blood of Jesus, described as the blood of sprinkling, speaks of better things than Abel's blood, which cried out for justice. Instead, Christ's blood calls for forgiveness and justification, as stated in Romans 5:9, where we are justified by His blood. Furthermore, without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins (Hebrews 9:22). This underscores that Christ's sacrifice was necessary for reconciliation with God, fully accomplishing His eternal purpose.
