How do we know we are born sinners?

We are born sinners because we are born with a depraved nature, not because of our actions (Romans 5:12).

According to Romans 5:12, sin entered the world through one man, Adam, and death through sin, which has passed on to all men. This means all humanity is born dead in trespasses and sin, afflicted by a depraved and unholy nature that we cannot change or improve by our actions. We are sinners not because of what we do, but because of what we are by nature, necessitating the need for a Savior who can give us a new heart.
