How does God's glory relate to creation?

Answered in 1 source

God's glory is inherently linked to creation, as all things were made to reflect His splendor and majesty.

Creation is a powerful testament to the glory of God, as described in numerous Scriptures. In Psalm 19:1, it is declared that 'the heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.' Everything that exists points back to the Creator, revealing His attributes such as power, wisdom, and beauty. Furthermore, Romans 1:20 tells us that God's invisible qualities and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. Thus, creation serves as a continuous reminder of God's glory, inviting humanity to recognize and worship Him for the magnificence of what He has accomplished. In His decree, all of creation was intentionally made for His glory, establishing our responsibility to glorify Him in and through our lives.
