How does God's grace help us in prayer?

Answered in 1 source

God's grace enables us to pray, giving us the desire and ability to seek Him in all circumstances.

Prayer is a means of grace that reflects our relationship with God, who invites us into communication with Him. By His grace, believers are made a new creation, resulting in a heart that inherently seeks the Lord's mercy and guidance (Galatians 4:6). The Scriptures indicate that our prayers are vital as they demonstrate our dependence on God and our need for His grace in every aspect of life. Additionally, 1 Thessalonians 5:17 encourages us to pray without ceasing, testifying to the grace that sustains and compels us to approach the throne of grace for help. It's through prayer that we can express our burdens and receive comfort and assurance of His presence.
