How does Jesus' suffering relate to the blessings we receive?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus' suffering is the foundation of the blessings we receive, as He paid the price for our sins.

The suffering of Jesus is directly tied to the blessings that believers receive, as He willingly became our substitute and paid the penalty for sin. According to Isaiah 50:6, He endured humiliation and pain for our salvation. His death, burial, and resurrection became the cause behind the eternal life and spiritual blessings granted to us (as seen in 1 Peter 2:24). Without His sacrificial love, there would be no hope of redemption or belonging to the family of God. Therefore, understanding His suffering helps us appreciate the grace and blessings that flow from it.
