What does the Bible mean by 'the strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak'?

In Romans 15:1, Paul articulates that those who are strong in faith have an obligation to carry the weaknesses of those who are less mature. This is not merely a call to endure the weaknesses of others, but also an imperative for compassion, understanding, and nurture. The strong should help those struggling without condemnation, creating an atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.
