What does the Bible say about looking unto Jesus for salvation?

Isaiah 45:22 explicitly states, 'Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.' This command is foundational in understanding salvation from a sovereign grace perspective. It emphasizes that salvation is not a result of human effort or will but is entirely initiated by God. To 'look' means to regard, trust, and turn to Jesus as the only hope of salvation.
