The Bible teaches that Christ is the builder and keeper of our salvation, as indicated in Psalm 127:1-2.

The Scriptures affirm that it is Christ alone who builds and maintains our salvation. Psalm 127 states, 'Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it.' This highlights our complete dependence on Christ for our salvation. Just as Solomon was chosen to construct the temple but could not do it without God’s assistance, we too require the divine intervention of Christ, who fulfills the law and secures our redemption through His sacrifice. Jesus explicitly stated in Matthew 16:18, 'Upon this rock, I will build my church,' indicating His role as the architect of our faith.
